Positive: The apartment was very close to the city center Rua do Comercio and Chiado, brand new, clean and designed in a modern style.. Negative: It was very noisy all night long as the building is situated on the busy street Rua do Sao Paulo and due to the closeness to bars and cafes. Moreover the windows are so permeables that they couldn't keep the noise and the wind out. Besides, at our first day, as we arrived to the building, we have waited for about 20 minutes to get the keys...

Positiva: Una vez limpio el apartamento es muy bonito, tal cual las fotos. La cama es cómoda, aunque con el ruido que hay por la noche es imposible aprovecharla y dormir bien.. Negativa: Llegamos al apartamento y aún estaba sin limpiar... tuvimos q esperar a limpieza lo que conllevó retrasar nuestra organización del día. Por las noches hay muchísimo ruido, hay pubs cercanos y no pegas ojo en toda la noche, creíamos q sería pq era sábado pero paso lo mismo los días de semana Para nosotros fue un problema ya que viajábamos con un bebé... si tienes pensado estar de fiesta hasta las 7 de la mañana no sería un impedimento

Positive: Clean, spacious and modern. The apartment had everything.. Negative: Quite noisy at night. It's in a great area however there is a lot of noise from clubs and pubs.

Positiv: Die Lage war top. Alles konnte in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden, wie Cais do Sodre, Timeout-Market, Tejo-River, Chiado, Bairro Alto. Supermarkt liegt direkt gegenüber der Haustür.Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, neu renoviert und liegt in der 3. Etage. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.. Negativ: Nachts sollte man nicht geräuschempfindlich sein, da die Wohnung unmittelbar an der "Pink Street" liegt, wo nachts viele Leute gerne Musik hören und Party feiern. Am Wochenende kehrte erst ab 6 Uhr Ruhe ein. Trotz geschlossener Fenster herrscht schon ein hoher Geräuschpegel.

Positiva: El apartamento está muy bien situado con sitios para comer y comprar comida, cerca del metro para moverte por la ciudad. La cama comodísima y la casa muy amplia.. Negativa: Hacía bastante frío y tardaba en calentarse la casa.

Negativo: Coisinha com ventoinhas portáteis a ocupar algum espaço, uma vez que estamos no inverno achei pouco adequado. Tinha também na coisinha um frigorífico extra avariado a ocupar espaço. Janelas fecham mal o que causou ouvirmos algum ruído. Alguma falta de limpeza nos candeeiros, via-se o pó; 2 candeeiros estavam partidos na sala.

Positiivinen: Sijainti, korkeat huoneet, tyylikäs sisustus, hyvä sänky, toimiva keittiö (hyvät koneet ja jopa kuohuviinilasit, espressopannu ja kalaveitset). Itse talo oli rauhallinen, rappukäytävä siisti, hissi toimi.. Negatiivinen: Pahinta oli huonosti toimiva lukitus: annettu koodi ei toiminut lainkaan ja 'vara-avain' vasta useamman yrityksen jälkeen. Oven ympärillä oli rako, josta näki sisälle - ei tuntunut kovin turvalliselta. WiFi oli epävarma ja hidas. Laatutaso ei vastannut odotuksia: esim. pyyheliinat ja osa huonekaluista olivat kuluneita, kylpyhuoneen pyyhetanko ja saippuateline roikkuivat ja pistorasia oli rikki. Läheisistä baareista kuuluva jumputtava jytä häiritsi noin klo 04.00 joka yö.

Positiv: Exzellente Lage! Bester Ort in der Stadt für Parties und Ausflüge an den Strand. Markthalle für grosse Auswahl an Essen gleich nebenan. Die Apartments sind schalldicht, kein Lärm von Aussen. Schlüsselübergabe war easy! Apartment war sehr gross und geräumig, so möchte ich wohnen!

Positif: La situation géographique, proche des sites touristiques. La possibilité d'arriver à heure tardive. Négatif: - Les frais supplémentaires à payer pour une arrivée tardive. - La nuisance sonore, impossible de dormir avant 4H du matin en pleine semaine ! (Mauvaise isolation de l'immeuble) - Le logement revendique une vue incroyable or nous avions une vue sur des immeubles insalubres, défraîchis et une rue sale. - Un appartement qui semble au 1er regard parfait mais qui cache de nombreux défauts : * une énorme fuite au niveau de la douche (une grosse flaque qui stagne durant le séjour au pied de la douche) * le voisin du dessus doit rencontrer le même soucis puisque le plafond au dessus de la douche gondole et l'ampoule à même était retiré afin d'éviter une électrocution. * un manque de luminosité, l'appartement est sombre, même en plein jour nous étions obligé d'allumer toutes les lumières. * un manque de propreté : un fauteuil blanc cassé qui devient gris avec des tâches jaunes. Idem pour les coussins / le linge de lit qui n'est plus blanc mais gris / et un sol poussiéreux

Негативный: Надо быть готовым к шуму местной молодежной тусовки по ночам, которая проходит как раз под окнами квартиры. Окна хотя и пластиковые, но стекло одинарное и отлично пропускает шум.

Positiv: Centralt boende. Nära till alla kommunikationer. Affär och bra restauranger i kvarteret. Gångavstånd till centrum. . Negativ: Flera nattklubbar i kvarteret som var öppna till tidig morgon med mycket gap och skrik störde nattsömnen varje natt.

Positief: Mooi en luxe appartement. Negatief: Het geluid buiten. Het is een uitgaansgebied tot ver in de ochtend. Wel leuk maar gehorig. Betere isolatie nodig.

Positief: Locatie was perfect. Alles lag zo dichtbij Daarnaast was het appartement echt heel ruim voor twee personen dus de prijs meer dan waard. De service die ze verleenden was wel uitmuntend. Je kon ze via whatsapp contacteren wanneer er iets was en stonden dan direct voor je klaar.. Negatief: Wifi was behoorlijk slecht. Vaak geen verbinding met mijn telefoon Er was geen centrale verwarming waardoor het soms wat koud kon zijn maar ze hadden gelukkig kleine heaters geregeld. Ook werkte de koelkast/diepvries het niet maar dat zou geregeld worden en we kregen toen een vervanging koelkast die wel gewoon werkte.

В двух минутах ходьбы находится Time out market - необычное, очень атмосферное место - огромный потолок и модный фудкорт - устрицы, хамон, всевозможное мясо, рыба, прекрасное вино, очень людно и живо, недорого. The kitchen is well-equipped, but doesn't have enough useful things for cooking, our neighbors asked us a frying-pan, they didn't have one. The staff is polite. На кухне не хватает полезных мелочей - лопатки для готовки, соседи приходили за сковородкой - в их квартире ее не оказалось. Очень тонкие стены, слышно , как ходят наверху и как гремят ложками за стенкой. На улице идёт ремонт - как будто в квартире. Район ночью оживлённый - бары - крики до самого утра. В квартире очень холодно, привычных для России батарей нет, после двух просьб принесли электрический радиатор, его хватило на спальню, но в остальной части квартиры было очень холодно, ледяной пол особенно в ванной. В душе засорился слив и после того, как помыла голову, в коридоре образовался океан, вытирала полчаса. Нет полотенцесушителя, полотенца быстро стали влажными, за 4 ночи их не меняли.
