Tourist trap. You show them a photo of the haircut you want, the end result is as close as the Old Trafford is from Wembley. No English. Much better places to choose from in Lisbon. The same Cidália in Almada is really good though.

Both hairdressers that work here are extremely bad. One of them had too much attitude and the other did exactly the opposite I had asked for: I asked him not to cut much and just trim and he kept his pride and cut what he thought it was right even though I gave him clear instructions on how much to cut. Please avoid this place, customer service is shocking.

Great Barbershop / Salon. A great salon to cut your hair in Lisbon, good service, friendly and spontaneous, cheerful staff. I liked everything, massage chair, washing, impeccable haircut, really professional!

Pleasant disappointment!! When you should avoid going to this place? 1. If you want to look good 2. If you are going on a date 3. If you think they will do exactly what you wanted 4. If you want to try something new When you should go to this place? 1. If you don’t care about how you look 2. If you don’t mind spending 24 euros for a haircut & beard trip that is barely worth 5 euros 3. If you fancy giving an amateur an chance to practice 4. If you don’t mind wasting your time. I am quite surprised that a haircut worth 24 euros, they use a hair gel that is so cheap. At least they should buy some good quality hair gel and wax. MANAGEMENT: Please hire people with experience and knows their job well. You can have someone who barely knows how to use a blade or scissors or trimmers. If you want to explore, please walk around the city and there are many hairdressers & barbers who do an impeccable job for a lot less than what you offer. Sadly, they dont have a fancy shop like yours. NOTE TO THE HAIRDRESSER: You don’t need foot recliner whilst washing your clients hair. It is quite uncomfortable than fancy.

Foi péssimo ,cabeleireiro brasileiro que me atendeu não tem qualquer profissionalismo,entrei loura apenas para fazer a coloração da raiz que tinha 1cm e saí de lá com o cabelo castanho,não fez nada do que lhe pedi nem tentou remediar a situação para a qual lhe fiz exposição do meu desagrado.Hoje tenho de ir gastar mais dinheiro para ir fazer madeixas louras para abrir a cor do meu cabelo e não esta cor horrivel que para além de escuro não tem qualquer brilho.Estragou-me o cabelo e cobrou caro.Conheci a D.Cidalia desde a minha adolescência e sei que ela jamais permitia que os clientes saissem do seu salão descontentes.Para mim este salão fica com nota 1 porque não posso dar zero.
