Great stay. The perfect house with the perfect service. We did a last minute booking and everything went smooth. Everything was very clean and the communication was perfect. The house is incredibly luxurious and fully equipped. Highly recommended

I’ve been using The Lisbon Concierge services for almost a year and I think I made a good choice. They take good care of my house and my guests. And if some issue happens they try to resolve as soon as possible.

Very spacious apartment and full of light. The decoration was great and equipped with all the comforts. The concierge service had great support and provided us a transfer to the airport. They also offered us a bottle of wine upon arrival. Fully recommend them.

Add a wonderful experience when staying in one of Lisbon Concierge apartments, the apartment was exactly as described and was able to enjoy my stay without any undesired surprise. Plus I even add a bottle of wine waiting for me in the apartment.

Eu e a minha família ficamos hóspedados durante uns dias na zona da Graça e fomos bem recebidos pelo concierge responsável pela nossa estadia, até ofereceram uma garrafa de vinho à chegada. Durante a nossa estadia foram sempre prestáveis. No dia do check-out deixamos as malas no welcome center, para podermos aproveitar o resto do dia na cidade. Recomendo!

terrible service. they breach contract agreements, charge extra fees and do not provide quality services. Worst part, they charge over 30% on average!

They act like Mafia, if there is problems with the house, the customer is confronted to a situation where The Lisbon Concierge avoids any responsabilities and the customer is confronted to a situation on which has not power, no rights. They are really something to avoid
