Very clean, really helpful staff with lots of things put on in the day time. The online guide has been really useful and the walking tour was great! The breakfast is a great addition, some fruit would be nice though.

Super Lage direkt im Touristenviertel. Tolle, moderne Zimmer (mit Klimaanlage). Alles sehr sauber. Chek-in und Check-out klappten reibungslos. Empfehlenswertes Hostel.

Fantástico hostal. Limpio, acogedor, moderno, juvenil, original, con buen ambiente y muy céntrico. En él no hay dos habitaciones iguales, todas ellas están decoradas de un modo peculiar y distinto. El trato por parte del personal es bueno y lo único que se puede echar en falta es un ascensor a la hora de subir maletas. Calidad/precio excepcional.

Just loved the Place. Very well located, easy access everywhere, even on foot. The premises are Very clean and well scented. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok, everywhere day there's sth different, like omelete, pancake..... Whenever I come back to Lisbon, surely I'll stay here again.

I loved the hostel, it's right smack in the very center, close to everything basically. It's a bit pricey but a guess that's fine for the location. The staff is very friendly and wants to help whenever you need aomething, anything. The rooms are great and spacious, shared bathrooms are large and they clean them every day. However, it does have its flaws but only one worth mentioning. The breakfast is terrible (no wonder it's free) it's almost always pancakes with a few jams and always the same terrible instant coffee. All my friends (3 of them) that were with me in the room (4 beds room) got some bite marks all over the body while we were there (one had almost a rash as there were so many of them) which look as they are from bed bugs. Can't say for certain that they are, but they might be so it should be mentioned. I was lucky enough not to get them for some reason.

Melhor hostel da Europa ! Limpo espaçoso e bem decorado e moderno , melhor do que varios hoteis ! Eu estou aqui a 1 mes poque estou sem lugar de ir morar ! Mas pretendo ficar aqui por um bom tempo porque aqui e maravilhoso!

The lounge has a few things going for it. It is close to the shopping. Average breakfast, clean and good kitchen. The dorm I stayed in was spacious. I found the cleaning ladies a little curt. Good for a night, but if you are staying longer in Lisbon, there are cheaper and better hostels to choose from in the same area.

Very friendly staff. Amazingly welcoming and always there to help. The breakfast served is good. And, you get to meet more people from different countries who stop by at the hostel. They can also help you with guide on tours. The best part is, it is located in the best area which has walkable accessibility to all the most happening areas (parties, eateries, shopping etc) Just stop by here and you will prove me right!!

住了三天雙人房 優點：人員友善, 廁所很乾淨, 地點很好 缺點：早餐很陽春，只有麵包果醬飲品。樓下餐廳營業到12點所以會有點吵，另外床架很爛，兩張單人床一張凹陷，另一張很搖晃，不知道是不是只有這間房間的床有問題

Excellent hostel to stay for a few days and make new friends along the way. Quirky decor and clean spaces. Breakfast options are really good and prices affordable. Walkable from nearby public transport stations. Highly recommended.

J'ai adoré l'endroit, j'y suis venue en août 2018 et c'était très bien. Le personnel était sympathique, et l'auberge était propre. Seul bémol il manque des rideaux au lit pour pouvoir dormir tranquille ou plus dans le noir.

Es uno de los mejores en los que he estado. Instalaciones súper cómodas, espaciosas, muy buena limpieza y desayuno. Muy buena ubicación tambien. Lo mejor, la calidad de atención de los chicos de la recepción. Te brindan ayuda personalizada para garantizar que la pases bien en tú estadía.

Sitio muy céntrico, limpio, los trabajadores majisimos, el desayuno a base de crepes, cereales, fruta... encantó a los pequeños de la casa. En cada piso hay un baño completo privado por lo que se tiene intimidad para asear a los pequeños de la casa y además otro grande con varias duchas compartidas. Lo recomendamos, nosotros si volvemos a Lisboa volveremos.

Everything was great. I'm only giving 4 stars because the wifi is fast but it does not reach your room if you live on the 3rd floor. You will have to go to the lounge to use the wifi.

A gem of a hostel, I will be staying here again if I'm fortunate enough to return to Lisbon one day. It is incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable and in a perfect location.

What a perfect location. They happily accommodated our Camino bike delivery and even let us eat breakfast early on our departure day. Staff friendly, rooms and bathrooms very clean – highly recommend! We really enjoyed the Wild Walker tour that left from there. Learned a lot and saved us loads of mistakes/money!

Un lugar centrico y bonito. Las literas hacen ruido al ser de madera. Faltan normas basicas de convivencia en hostel referente a ruidos, calzado sucio etc. La gente es poco civica y es necesario. Personal agradable.

Hostal super recomendable, ubicación estupenda y el trato del staff increíble. Los desayunos que se incluyen son muy variados, y las habitaciones son amplias y con buenas camas. Definitivamente un buen sitio, bonito y barato al que volveré seguramente :)

Ótima localização e valor, além disso oferece pequeno almoço e só por 10€ podes apreciar a comida de um excelente chefe!!!!! Me surpreendi!!!!! Com vinho à vontade!!! E às vezes não prestamos atenção nisso, pois ao comer fora gasta-se muito (50€ e até mais). Eu devia ter aproveitado mais quando estava lá. Você conhece muitas pessoas e também tem sua privacidade e cozinha à disposição.

Un hostel de lujo! Merece las 5 estrellas. Tiene muy buenas habitaciones, muy grandes, bien iluminadas y espaciosas para almacenar todo el equipaje. Las camas son muy cómodas y de buena calidad. Apenas crujen cuando te moves jaja y tienen luz individual. La calefacción tambien, 10 puntos. Los espacios en comun son muy buenos y estan decorados muy lindo. Hay buenas compus y lugares para sentarse y distenderse. La cocina es muuuy completa. Muy cómoda para cocinar. No le falta nada, bien equipada para todo. Hay cafe y te para tomar todo el dia. El refrigerador es quizás un poco chico. Tiene un tamaño normal como el de la mayoría de las casas. Hay que acomodar bien para hacer lugar. No hay sistema de etiquetado de la comida... eso es un poco raro jaja. Pueden haber cosas muy viejas aunque no pareciera porque esta muy limpia. Los baños son muy limpios y modernos. Las duchas son muy buenas y grandes. Están bien diseñadas para que sea cómodo ducharte y vestirte ahí. La ubicación del hostel es céntrica. Esta muy cerca de todo lo lindo de la ciudad de Lisboa. Por suerte es muy poco ruidoso durante la noche. Hay muchos restauranes/take away y mercados cerca y baratos donde comprar. La atención del personal es muy buena. Te ayudan con todo y son muy amables. Podes preguntar lo que quieras y pedir lo que necesites. Importante! El lugar creo que no tiene ascensor. Son 4 pisos muy bonitos pero por escalera. No se como hacen en caso de alguien con movilidad reducida. Preguntar! Super recomendable!!

Great place to stay. It offers nice clean spacious rooms, clean sanitary and cool common rooms. Situated in a good spot in the city center and has a lot of good benefits for a hostel, such as: personal locked storage under the bed, free coffee, good free breakfast, large beds and a frigfin' arcade cabinet in the common room. Aardige mensen. We kwamen eerder om te kijken of we onze tassen al konden neerzetten, maar we mochten al in onze kamer. Kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is echt over nagedacht. Kluisjes onder de bedden met stekkerdoos. Een zakje km snachts je spullen in te doen naast je hoofd en ieder een nachtlampje. Het hostel is ruim, licht en leuk ingericht.

Everything at this hostel was great and the employees were very nice. The only reason why I don't think this place deserves 5 star reviews is because of the renovations needed in the washrooms. There was a lot of mold in the showers which was pretty disgusting and the air circulation is barely there as there is an extremely small fan to take out the air if someone takes a really hot shower or if someone stinks up the washroom. Also it makes it hard to go the toilet if there are only two toilets on each floor, one being in the private washroom. I don't recommend this place and there are much better kept hostels out there.

It was my first experience of a hostel and it was fantastic. The cleanness and the modern feel while being located in Baixa Chiado it's all overwhelming. The breakfast is plenty and filled with various choices, the staff is super nice and welcome to any doubt. It was an experience that I absolutely will repeat.

For 6 nights we were on the 4th floor with a private bathroom. There was strong sewage gases coming into the bathroom. Very nauseating. Every night our sleep was disturbed with drunk party goers and loud talking. We also were woken up by a guest in the adjacent room for 2 nights trying to unlock a faulty door lock for several hours. We complained to the desk and they made a note for the night staff to monitor people coming in which did not result with any improvement. Because the hostel is on the junction of two very noisy street.s.The cleanup on the street continued to wake us up throughout the night. We had to leave the door open, there was a veranda, so for 6 nights we slept very little. The fan never worked. We had one more night when we came back and dreaded it. We have never experienced anything like this and we have travelled to many countries.

Amazing hostel! Very nice staff and the breakfast was excellent. We were eight people and we all feel the same about it.

First time in Lisbon, and thankfully we stayed at this hostel. Accommodation was great, clean, and were always greeted with a friendly face, night and day. They gave great advice in our adventure through Lisbon and provided great opportunities to get out there, with tours and fun activities to do. A great place to call home during your visit to Lisbon. Well recommended.

We stayed for only two nights but it was very enjoyable! We enjoyed the walking tour promoted at reception a lot, great way to see some sights an get some great trivia and have some fun. Breakfast is superb and the people working and staying here were really relaxed!

This is definitely my favorite hostel in the world! It's so lovely with the community dinner and the free port wine, I just love it!

Dis place is one of the best hostel i have visited. Everything is so clean and arranged. All staffs are so friendly and helping. Tasty breakfast​ which is free and vegetarian friendly. You get all amminities a hostel can provide. Just 5 mins walk from metro, tram and train station.

Pros: Clean, new, lots of common space, big lockers, nice showers , good free breakfast (scrambled eggs or crepes, buns, jams, juices, fruit, tea and coffee) , free arcade game(!!!), and a great location! Cons: a bit on the more expensive side for hostels(but competitive), small pillows, the bunks don't have their own power outlets although every locker (each bed has a locker) has one but you aren't able to be in bed and be plugged in at the same time.

Lisbon Lounge is INCREDIBLE. By far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, friendly guests, big rooms, comfy beds, and a great location. Crepes freshly made for breakfast! I can't say enough. Perfect for solo travelers of any age.

What an amazing place! it made my trip totally and completely perfect! I was travelling on my own and the place was just beautiful, the stuff the best ever..they speak English perfecty, my roomates from all over the world and respecful people. The best the dinners cooked by excellent cooks, friendly and nice and I will definitely back to this magic place i love: Lisbon and to the Lisbon Lounge Hostel because the location is expectacular too..all this for the price they have..unbelievable..you have tours,etc..Thank you so much guys!
