Schönes Restaurant mit freundlichem Service mitten im Bairro Alto. Ausgewählt haben wir es da keiner auf der Straße stand und versucht Gäste ein zu fangen. Der Gegrillte Oktopus war sehr gut.

Cozy little Restaurant. I ate the cod fish grilled with garlic, it was delicious. The staff was great! I would totally would come back in another holiday!

Veldig god og hyggelig service. Forstår det sånn at de er gode nok på sjømat; dessverre bestilte jeg en slags svinefilet som var langt under standard av det man bør forvente på en restaurant. Én stjerne for svinefileten og fem stjerner for hyggelig service blir tre stjerner i gjennomsnitt.

Trop bien mangé, dinner en couple, entre pimientos del padron, pulpo a la brasa y bacalaho, desert et vin pour un peut plus de 50€. Le pulpo était vraiment bon!

I first came to this restaurant a few months ago on my first visit to Lisbon. We were looking for a place to eat and nothing seemed enticing, as we are walking two girls who were just finishing their meals told us as they were leaving that it was so great we should try it. We did. So happy we listened to them. The food is presented in a very simple original way but what's mind blowing was the flavors. It was delicious food. And you can't beat that with an amazing wine to pair with. Best part of all is that it is inexpensive. I came to visit again this January and I went back for more. My favorites dishes are "Arroz con Pato" a must!! and the octopus salad and the shrimps serve in their juices... exquisite!! the restaurant itself is a little tiny place you will feel like you are playing house :) Its really adorable. Jamile who is the server/manager/ one show woman is on top of everything amazing!!! From now on I made sure when I'm in Lisbon I will always come here... I feel like home.

Ibamos sin informacion ni nada, el local nos pareció majo y bonito decorado. Ahora...a la hora de comer,tendriamos que haber mirado antes los comentarios. Las croquetas de bacalao sequisimas, por suerte nos cogimos los champiñones con nata y bacon y esa fue nuestra salsa para las croquetas(eso si estaba bien). La tabla mixta de queso y embutidos un timo. Casi 17euros por una mini tabla con 2 quesos y algún chorizo o morcilla.Los quesos la verdad que si estaban buenos, pero para de contar...y hablando de contar, no hay para pagar con tarjeta de crédito,50euros tirados. Ok pues.

Amazing tiny restaurant, hidden in the neighborhood of Bairro Alto! Traditional Portuguese cuisine, traditional dishes done in a very tasty and fresh way! We had the baccala/cod with potatoes and veggies with cod in cream and duck rice, a must for those who want to taste real homey traditional food. The restaurant is very small, 5 tables max but the decor is so cosy and the place is soo cute that it makes your experience very memorable! Definitely recommend it and definitely would come back next time! #letsguide

Comemos o polvo a lagareiro e o bacalhau com espinafre e gambas. Estavam muito bons. O atendimento pela Jamile foi ótimo e a o restaurante é pequeno e aconchegante.

É um restaurante russo (PECTOPAH significa RESTAURANTE em caracteres cirílicos) e portanto tem alguns pratos russos. Mas também tem um menu português de carne, peixe e sobremesas.
O espaço é interessante embora pequeno. O atendimento é bom. Os preços são ligeiramente acima da média mas valem a pena.

We ate dinner here several times. The food is very good and the service was excellent.
We had tapas, the vegetarian bruschetta and other vegetarian items. Our friend had the octopus salad and the cod and loved it. The dining room was cozy and well decorated.
The wait staff was friendly and we got to know them well. They gave great recommendations and great service. We definitely will go back when return to Lisbon.

Minuscolo spazio organizzato al meglio, tante piccole cose da scoprire come ad esempio i tavoli su cui si cena. Il pesce grigliato ordinato era molto buono (accompagnato da verdure senza pretese), il vino ok, il tutto servito da un peperino di cameriera che ha sempre la risposta pronta, a volte esagera un po'.

Mon coup de cœur (pour le moment car le séjour n'est pas terminé). Nous avons pris 6 tapas tous excellents. Si j'ai un conseil à vous donner, aller y les yeux fermés. En prime la serveuse est souriante et sympathique. Nous étions à une autre adresse (Rua da Barroca), mais elle n'est pas encore sur Google maps.

great tapas. we had the stuffed peppers, roasted chorizo, mushrooms and prawns. just lovely. great service and a nice intimate setting. highly recommended and excellent value.

Fomos ontem a restaurente e pedimos o bacalhau à bras e as almondegas e devo dizer que foi das piores experiências em restaurantes. A comida era francamente má: quanto ao bacalhau à bras estava demasiado seco e cheio de batata palha (bacalhau nem vê-lo) e quando comentamos isso com a empregada a resposta foi "ah eu gosto é do bacalhau à bras assim porque não gosto de bacalhau". Quanto as almôndegas são cozinhadas genero indiano e com arroz basmati mas o molho não estava muito bom e as almôndegas estavam queimadas.
Resumo: só se aproveita o espaço que apesar de pequeno é muito catita.

Very bad experience. We were sent here by a sister restaurant or something in that direction. First thing we noticed was an extremely strong chemical toilet freshener odor. We asked for three times if they could do something to reduce the smell, but to no avail. The smell even got worse after time, to the point that some members of our group felt a little dizzy.
Next to that, the food was really disappointing. The complimentary bread (which was totally not complimentary by the way, since we had to pay for it either way) was really dry and the accompanying garlic butter was supermarket quality.
As for mains I ordered duck rice and grilled squid. The duck rice had no appeal whatsoever, no seasoning, the duck was plain and dry and my plate was just an oily mess. The squid was grilled well, but had a sour aftertaste, which is not uncommon for squid, although the lack of seasoning did nothing to give the squid more taste. Everything else added onto the plate was laughable, veggies which weren't fresh and potatoes which weren't cooked well enough and again no seasoning. Almost everyone in our group complained about the food and some couldn't finish it, all by all a huge disappointment in a city with such a wonderful and rich cuisine.

We paid less money in a 4 star hotel in Madeira 3 days previously which we could not fault.

Locale pessimo, cibo imbarazzante. Ci siamo fatte catturare dall'atmosfera del locale, molto caratteristico. Il prezzo, per quanto abbiamo mangiato, è a dir poco imbarazzante. Il polpo, gommoso e con un sapore atipico,era immangiabile e le crocchette di baccalà, solitamente buone, erano acide e senza sapore. Sconsigliatissimo.

I went here 3 years ago because the food was excellent but now something has changed. The food is terrible, it was so bad that we couldn't finish the dishes. I think the food it's microwaved or something and the prices are quite high. The octopus was uneatalbe and the croquetes de bacalhau too. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Im not difficult, and i usually cook with lot of oil. but this was hard to eat it. And impossible to finish the fish and the vegetables. Everything had taste of a bath of oil. Sooo bad. Furthermore we wait sooo long to be serve 4 plates. The price was 16€ for a plate without any pleasure + 1/4 of a basic quality wine. I dont recommend it.

We’re ordered pork with sausages inside combined with salad and mushrooms with salad. We ate everything except the stake. We were also served with appetizers before which we didn’t order and we thought it’s was complimentary, but it turned out quite unexpectedly expensive...Location was fine, on a traditional narrow street with other shops and restaurants around. We couldn’t pay by credit card,cash only...which is of course fine, but we didn’t have cash on us.

Great little restaurant full of character, wonderful food, many bacalhau (cod) dishes. Note that, like many small businesses here it's cash only, but there are ATMs in the street if you get caught out.

Mediocre food in a very nice place. The restaurant itself is extremely small, really cozy and makes a great first impression. Unfortunately food is very average if not bad. Chefs mussels taste like heated canned stuff with some cubed vegetables on top (mostly pepper). Prawns in garlic sauce very well flavored but overcooked making it difficult to peel. Selection of cheeses ok, house wine very good and a very nice service. Tourist trap unfortunately.

My fiancé and I had an absolutely lovely night here in Alfama. The atmosphere is cozy, all of the staff are very friendly, and the Fado singers were the best we’ve heard so far in Lisbon. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a great time for a fair price!! Definitely on the itinerary for our next trip back to Portugal!

Our best meal in Lisbon so far! Host is super nice, the wine is good and the octopus is outstanding amazing!!! Small and quiet space, cozy music playing, really large plates of food. Leaving this review primarily so I can easily find the restaurant next time I’m in Lisbon! Will definitely be back on my next trip

Kleines und verstecktes traditionelles Lokal mit überragend gutem Essen. Der gegrillte Oktopus (~14€) war der beste, den ich je hatte. So unglaublich zart und schmackhaft. Dazu sehr guten Hauswein. Unbedingt mal einen gemütlichen Abend dort verbringen!

Locale piccolo e molto caratteristico nel Barrio Alto. Ottimi piatti di pesce (il Bacalhau con la panna è buonissimo) e di carne. Prezzi assolutamente onesti, pane, formaggio ed olive si pagano a parte, come in quasi tutti i ristoranti di Lisbona.
Da ritornarci assolutamente!

Don't go here, especially if you have special dietary requests that are important to you. We went here thinking it was a nice little place to have some tapas and drinks. However, when we ordered a vegetarian dish from the menu (the oven baked mushrooms), it came with bits of bacon in the sauce. When I asked the waitress about it, she completely denied, without asking the kitchen first, there was any meat in it because it was a vegetarian option, making me doubt my own taste buds. Because of this, the other person I went with, who is vegetarian, thought it was okay to eat. But we both agreed it had meat in and asked again, making her ask the kitchen, to which she told us that there was a problem and that it had bacon in it. Of course this was distressing and she said she wouldn't charge us for the dish which we didn't even eat but other than that basically said she didn't realise because their dish was prepared from one of their other kitchens and that she therefore assumed it had no meat without checking first. Terrible service and it left us feeling sick. We are vegetarian but imagine if she had treated someone with a severe allergy the same way, the consequences could have been deadly. Don't go, go somewhere where they give a damn about the customer experience.

Nice vibe, good service, best meal I've eaten in a long time. Stuffed sir lion. The small space gives you a direct connection with the waitress. Pricewise you get a lot for your money. I would recomment you walk past this place and look at the poorly translated menu (you'll understand what they sell) and try something. Biggest (-) point are the seats, they are a bit to hard.

Small and quiet. My cod with mushrooms was a bit ordinary, but my wife's prawn dish with spinach was excellent.
It seems that there is another branch with the same name and identical menu just round the corner as well.

Un lugar muy acogedor, en el centro histórico de Lisboa. La comida está realmente rica y sabrosa, a primera vista pueden parecer platos pequeños pero uno acaba bien servido con ellos. Muy recomendable el lugar y también reservar sitio previamente pues siempre está hasta arriba.

Amazing!!!!! Great food! Great service..... Ordered the octopus today and it was to delicious....the other day had the flan, the best one I ever had, and also ordered the grilled cod with potatoes and salad and it was soooooooo good! Great service! The server is very friendly and attentive! Can't wait to come back there! The atmosphere is very nice small and not turisting....highly recommended!!!!!!

Aunque la dirección no coincide, está cerca del restaurante Baluca, a 30m de donde pone en google.
La comida es espectacular!! Bacalao à Bras y el atún con sésamo, todo riquísimo ;-)
Si hace bueno, tienen una terracita muy mona. El servicio muy atento. ;-)
Muy recomendable si estás por Barrio Alto.

Wir waren gleich um die Ecke in der "Filiale" in der Travessa Poco da Cidade 48 bei MAMA LISSABON. Sehr intim, freundlich, lecker und im preislich vernünftigen Niveau von ca. 20,00 EUR p.P. Absolut nix zu meckern und interessant zu sehen, was man aus einer Handvoll Quadratmeter so zaubern kann. Ergo: lohnenswert!
