Péssimo serviço e muita má atitude do funcionário. Hoje, na loja do piso de check in, quando pedi por favor para usar o marcador para identificar as minhas malas no exterior do plástico, foi-me negado porque eu escolhi serviço básico sem tracking. Para o meu destino o tracking não funciona!!! Lamentável atitude e completa falta de respeito pelo cliente. Enfim...
