Por ter trabalhado no local, acho que posso dixer que a uma grande falta de formaçao da parte de quem nos da. Somos recrutados por fantasmas pois nunca os vemos. Sem contar com ou ficas 7meses ou reembolsas a formaçao. Ok é um call center mas as pessoas sao humanas. E mais por de tras um grande negocio, comiçoes nas ajudas a alugar casas a estrangeiros acabados de chegar + aberturas de conta.
