Fui até ao caixa na área profissional onde estava a comprar 45 blocos de parede de retenção. A caixa Judy tinha-me telefonado e estava pronta para pagar. Pedi à Judy que me ajudasse a carregar a palete no meu camião e ela recusou-se a fazer a chamada para o fazer. Perguntei-lhe como é que eu os ia encontrar e ela encolheu os ombros. Disse-lhe para cancelar a transacção e fui para a auto-estrada onde eles não tinham problemas em ajudar-me. Presumo que ela não tenha sido treinada corretamente para lidar com a situação.

Encomende um computador portátil online com 1 hora de recolha na berma neste local. Esteve em espera durante 40 minutos para ser informado de que iriam cumprir o meu pedido em breve. 4 horas depois, agora 9 horas desde a encomenda e fecham em 20 minutos e ainda não estão prontos. Diga-me só que só estará pronto amanhã. Pelo menos eu saberia. Prefiro ser entregue sob promessa e em excesso. Esta foi uma experiência pobre e frustrante para o cliente.
