Die Mitarbeiter sind hervorragend (Ich hatte noch nie so gute Gastgeber), die Zimmer super schön eingerichtet und haben das gewisse Etwas. Lage ist nicht so im Getümmel, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch hier sind die Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen hellhörig, aber absolut aushaltbar. Ich würde das Hotel jedem, der nach Lissabon geht, wärmstens empfehlen!

Super accueil dans un établissement familial a la deco in donesienne. A recommander.
Seul bemol son éloignement du centre. Il faut utiliser soit des taxis soit des bus bondés qui s'arrêtent vers 22h. Restos sympa a proximité

The staff was incredibly nice and accomodating - top notch. The room was very nice, very clean and really nice bed and bedding. The place is decorated beautifully They are located where I took a nice walk towards the center of the old town. Overall the place is exceptional and I couldnt have been more happy

The location of this hotel is excellent for people who have meetings in Congress Center Lisboa (Centro de Congressos de Lisboa). It is also near the bridge of 25th April. There is a beautiful walking trail along the river of Tejo. The staffs of this hotel are all very friendly and help to solve the problems customers faced within their capabilities.

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous around a communal table which was a great way to meet other nationalities. The rooms are beautifully finished. Hotel is in ideal position for visiting Alfama and Belem areas of Lisbon. Hotel staff were very knowledgable at recommending restaurants, places to visit and organising transport. Will definitely be back!

Amazing place!!! Very quite, has a good road junction, including train station. Very convenient to get to any part of the city. Also quite close to Ponte 25 de April. It surrounded by plenty of various shops and cafes. Want to mention that decor in the guesthouse is tremendously exciting - all the rooms has their own design and created to be a comfortable place for a good vacation. Particularly important to notice that all workers in the guesthouse are incredibly nice and friendly - they are ready to help you and answer all your questions. Perfect service. Highly recommended!

Es acogedor, y muy bonito. Lo único que la habitación y el baño eran muy pequeños. Si llega a ir alguien más grande,en el baño no entra. Pero por lo demás me encantó todo, el servicio, limpieza,desayuno, ubicación, etc.

Buon b&b .Situato a metà strada tra il centro e Belem. Vicino alla fermata del 714 e del.15. Pulito accogliente silenzioso. Qualche pecca la colazione. Non fanno il cappuccino e non servono croissant ma quel.che c'è è buono. Siamo stati molto bene e ad un prezzo accessibile.

A Bali Style in Lisbon
If you'll visit Lisbon be sure to check Garam, it is worh in all senses. We have been there this last days of February and for sure we will be back when coming to Lisbon again.
The Localization is perfect, 5m from the Tejo River and all his promenades and activities, 5m from the trending zone where are all the main restaurants and bars, it is not in the business center of lisbon so you don´t get all the traffic jams and problems from it.
The Staff is amazing and very friendly, anything you need ask them and they will solve it with a smile in the face.
The beds are really amazingly comfortable and the rooms super cozy that seems that you were teleported to some kind of bali. The bathrooms are perfect. The Breakfast area is very cozy and there is also a terrace with a beautiful place to seat. The swimming pool is really nice to rest.

I extended my stay because Tales was exceptional in getting me a quiet room to enjoy a solo birthday weekend. This hotel is gorgeous, my room is lovely! I walked to LX Factory for dinner which was about 12 mins. This area is emerging quickly with hipsters, artsy cafes, etc. I can use this location to visit all the hot spots and historical site by foot, rail or bus. Big difference is the peace and quiet I will have when I’m ready to sleep. I cannot say enough about how nice it is to be greeted warmly, needs met and have a clean and gorgeous styled room. Note: If you book the best rate and it notes “ground floor” that’s what you will receive. If you want an upper level or larger room then spend the money. Not much and It’s worth it. This is a boutique, warm hotel meant for couples or singles not big parties or kids.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your guest house we were greeted warmly by Rosmy who had been prompt and informative to questions posed prior to our stay. We were allocated R01 on the 1sr floor which was clean and cosy. Simply furnished with Indonesian influence with only bedside tables, two drawer sideboard for storage and a small bathroom which had a excellent shower. Luxurious towels, hair dryer and iron available on request. Breakfast was simply continental with scrambled or boiled eggs. The whole house had a boutique feel to it dining available outside if requested in a small courtyard. The only downside was its a little too far out of the main city and accessible by 15E tram/bus from the Metro to Av Infante Santos. The walk for a loan traveller to the guesthouse may be a little lonely. But a 10 min walk to Estrela Brasilica the 28 tram was available to take you to the main city centre sights including the Castle.

Absolutely wonderful staff.Davi and crew were very helpful throughout, with suggestions of where to eat, drink or places to visit.Much appreciated.Beautiful unique decor.Like that it is within walking distance to buses and the train station.Breakfast was a good surprise. Wonderful way to start the day.Definitely enjoyed our stay.

the design is gorgeous. bright and airy. my room was on the ground floor so i check out the rest of the property. the staff were very kind and helpful, as well as accessible via whatsapp prior to the stay, quick to answer questions, etc.

What a cute and comfortable boutique hotel. The large shared breakfast table enabled guests to interact (dont worry there were separate tables for more introverted and private guests) and the decor was understated and stylish. It is really well located outside of the hussle bussle of Alfama and 10-15min walk from the LxFactory. The taxi from the airport is shorter than to Alfama - you can use the motorway rather than go through the city centre. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff let me in after hours when I had left my card in my room, which was much appreciated! Highly recommend this for anyone going for business, pleasure or a couple getaway!

It was a super cute boutique hotel. The interior and the details were simply fantastic. The water pressure and the fact that the water didn't get hot enough was annoying. Also the breakfast was ok. If the bread came out warm and the the eggs were a bit tastier it would have been better. The coffee was pretty bad.

The customer service was excellent, however the property is really mediocre. For a short stay you can go ahead and book this hotel. For me personally I love knowing that there is a bar and lounge on the property or even close by . The rooms are clean but small and the mattress was not that comfortable for me. 3 star ⭐️

Quirky and friendly hotel a 30 minute walk away from from the old town. Dont be put off by that as there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.Very friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast to start the day.

Creative design and super friendly staff. They have an excellent free breakfast. This place is wonderful. The only draw back is they dont have parking so if you have a car you need to park in a paid public parking lot nearby and it costs 10 € per day as of December 2019.

Firstly very nice and obligingly staff. Warm and friendly. My room was amazing. Airy, spotlessly clean and what i needed.... A tranquil space with excellent shower. My room was on ground floor. Breakfast was basic. Very nice bread rolls brought to you, some fruit, cheese and meat but eggs made to order. The boiled egg i had each morning was really good. Granola and yogurt also very good. Only thing that lets them down is coffee as american is instant coffee and not good but they had soja milk so good i could have breakfast tea. If they had coffee machine the place would be excellent. Away from city but i like walking and excellent bus service. Area safe with lovely coffee shops and delis. I walked to Belem and city with no issues

Two 30’s friends stayed here. The decor is trendy and cute. We shared a room with twin beds which was nice for friends. Breakie was amazing with lots of variety. The shower and water pressure were lovely. Staff helped us with recommendations. We felt safe and able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would come back again.

This place is amazing! The most unique and beautiful hotel Ive ever stayed at. Im sad we only had one night there. The service was absolutely amazing, they reached out to me after I booked to set up a car service to pick us up and take us back to the airport. They communicated through WhatsApp as soon as we landed because our flight had been delayed and assured us that the driver would be there. Breakfast is included in the price and its a full delicious breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again if given the chance.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Betten. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist dass man die Badezimmer Türe nicht als solche bezeichnen kann und man keine privatsphäre auf der Toilette hat.

Really great botique hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful, and thought of all the little touches that made our stay really enjoyable. Rooms are small but cozy. The outdoor area is really nicely done and the whole hotel has a very nice feel.

Ist eine sehr schnukkelige und nette unterkunft. Das personal ist top sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die zimmer sind etwas kleiner wie sie auf den fotos ausschaun wenn man aber nur für 4 tage bleibt ausrreichend, das frúhstück war auch sehr lecker.Mein hilight war die terasse.Muss aber ehrlich sagen fúr mich war es etwas zu teuer für das was geboten wird.

Mit viel Liebe hergerichtetes kleines Hotel.Schöne Zimmer und ein kleines Bad mit hübschen Details.Leider wird die Duschkabine nicht richtig gereinigt und der Duschvorhang ist auch nicht sauber.Die Armaturen am Waschbecken waren lose.Das war sehr schade,da müsste man dran arbeiten.Es gibt einen gemütlichenFrühstücksraum und einen kleinen Innenhof wo man draußen sitzen kann.Wir waren vier Nächte dort,und fanden das Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich,jeden Tag das gleiche,aber es ist ausreichend.Freundliches Personal und gute Tipps an der Rezeption.

Beautiful property. A clean inviting oasis on an unassuming street. Super clean. Comfy bed. Hot shower with good water pressure. Room I had faced the street and despite being across from hospital it was quiet with shutters closed. Rooms are small but comfortable. Almost like a bed and breakfast. Not as close to Belem as we’d hoped but near enough. Also near LX factory. Rent a scooter or electric bike and get around quickly.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Colazione semplice ma di buona qualità con spremuta d'arancia fresca e uova cotte al momento. Stanze arredate in stile etnico, pulite e funzionali. In posizione leggermente decentrata, ma servito da mezzi pubblici disponibili a pochi minuti dall'hotel.

One of the nicest places I've had the pleasure of staying at. From the hotel manager to the awesome front desk staff, this is a definite 5 stars. The rooms are very artsy & beautiful. The 1 table breakfasts are a good way of chatting with some random people from all over the world. The new name of the hotel is Garam Lisboa.

Garam Lisboa is the new name of this place. It is a newly renovated hotel now. The staff is great, always there to help, guide or chat with you. Breakfast at the single table in the hotel is a great way to get to know other travelers. It was an amazing experience. Thanks for everything.

Horrível
Para começar eu não sabia que hostel significava partilhar casa de banho e na minha reserva não referia isso pelo contrário dizia que tínhamos direitos a toalhas e nem vê-las.
A limpeza é muito pouca, a começar com sacos de roupa suja logo à entrada, as escadas que nos levam as quartos cheias de lixo. À chegada ao quarto a mesma decepção as janelas até tinham fita cola a prender os plásticos que faziam de vidros.
Instalações precisam de obras e de muita limpeza.
Para terminar, fiz check in e passado meia hora fiz check out, não havia condições para ficar um casal e uma criança de 3 anos.
