Very small bare room, only one hand/facial towel for 2 people, one change of towels and linens for 9 days, No connection with reception, extremely steep staircase, no elevator. Truly disappointing, except for the beautiful garden.

Lhotel nétait pas aussi bruyant à lidée quon sétait faite.Nous avons été déçus car nous pensions avoir le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix (peut-être avons-nous mal compris lors de notre choix sur internet). Heureusement, il y avait tout près une boulangerie servant un large choix de boissons et de bonnes brioches que nous pouvions déguster sur place.

Location is good but they charge a lot for late check-in and there is no private bathroom in the rooms.
Also the shower is extremely small.

Destacar lo amabilidad del personal, habitación justita de dos camas con baño, limpieza justita y deberían esmerarse un poco más en ese aspecto.
Disponen de jardín pero no está muy bien cuidado.
Está muy cerca del metro y del famoso tranvía de Lisboa. Hay sitios muy cerca para desayunar.
Para un fin de semana, la relación calidad/precio está bien, pero no esperes florituras.

Malgré un personnel très agreable, la chambre d’hotel était très humide, ça sentait mauvais, les serviettes ne sont pas changées (il faut payer pour en avoir une propre), il n’y a pas d’ascenseurs et SURPRISE on a eu le droit aux douches communes alors que sur le site de réservation j’avais compris que c’etait des douches va privées (on a du payer 70 euros pour avoir une douche privée ...). Et aussi on a du payer 40 euros de taxe de séjour, je trouve que ça fait bcp !
Un conseil fuyez cet hôtel pour ne pas vivre la même expérience catastrophique que nous.
A oui puis le mini chauffage électrique qui chauffe pas et l’absence de clim...sans commentaires !
Et pour l’emplacement, l’hotel n’est pas du tout à côté des lieux touristiques style monastère hiéronymite, Tage, musée d’art moderne...

Hotel is like our 230 year old house-- a combination of many new renovations with some things left to complete. It feels very good, the rooftop garden is wonderful, reception folks are all very helpful, and excellent location. Next improvement should be fans in the bathroom to dry it out more quickly to reduce moisture issues like mildew. (We have the same problem at home.) 3 really good seafood restaurants are within about 4 blocks walk. Very fair value.

Javais demandé un lit double et quand on est arrivé on avait 2 lits simples et on ma répondu que ça dépendait de la disponibilité quand on arrive sur place.Du coup le lendemain il se trouvait quune chambre sest libérée donc on lui a demandé mais on nous a fait payer 10 euros de plus par nuit car il y avait une salle de bain privative alors qu on ne demandait quun lit double. En plus,il y avait des mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre et couloir, de la rouille dans la baignoire et humidité au plafond .Nous sommes très déçu et au final pour le même prix nous aurions eu un autre standing dans un autre hôtel!Nous aimerions bien être remboursé des frais supplémentaires que nous avons eu!

Bonjour suite à un séjour qui a duré 8 jours je me suis senti à l’Aise comme si j’etais Chez moi il on un accueil très chaleureux et un espace jardin très agréable j’ai pris une chambre avec salle de bain et je regrette rien tout était parfait et les transports et magasins tout est accessible à pied voilà pourquoi nous recommandons vivement cette hôtel merci séjour du 12/03/2019 au 19/03/2019

Pas de luxe mais suffisant pour passer quelques jours à Lisbonne surtout si on est en vadrouille toute la journée et une partie de la nuit.. Le personnel de la réception très sympa. chambres et salles de bains convenables et propres. J'avais lu de mauvaises critiques concernant les salles de bains mais rien à dire. Il faut aussi un peu d'auto discipline je pense.
Métro à 2 minutes, plusieures pastelarias juste à côté.
Bref si vous voulez passer quelques jours à Lisbonne avoir un pied à terre pas très cher et pas très loin des quartiers touristiques.. n'hésitez pas.

El hotel es un antiguo palacete/casa señorial con un esplendido jardín en el 2 piso. Recepcionistas muy agradables.Los alrededores ... mal. Barrio poco cuidado y sucio, personas sin techo, cantidad de pinturas en las paredes.

The hotel is 25 mins walk from the river making it 20-15 mins from the main shopping areas by foot, or 5 mins by Metro. The room was adequate and cleaned daily. There were some cracked tiles at one end of the bath/shower. The bath was one of the mini type found on the continent with a step to sit on but as we only take showers ther was no issue. Plenty of v hot water. Room well lit and looked onto a raised walled garden which was adequate. No views at all. Outside the street is a bit of a disaster, crumbling 3 story houses amongst buildings that are being upgraded. Quite a poor area some alcoholics and beggars but not threatening. 50m away, the main drag, shops, excellent restaurants. Likewise up the hill towards the more well to do areas. Staff were really lovely and all were helpful.There is no lift, so if you are suffering from the heat, the final 2 flights are a bit tiring. Would I return? Probably not but only because I would like a room with a view. In this price range you get what you expect, no frills but then, I’ve stayed in accommodation in Tanzania that resembles an up turned basket, with malarial mosquitoes buzzing around my bed so I may not be the best benchmark for what is good.

Hostel situado en metro intendente. A 20' caminando de plaza del rossio. Si es solo para dormir está bien, sin más, es para lo que lo usamos nosotros. Habitación pequeña, con dos camas individuales pegadas para una pareja. El baño bien, con bañera y grande. En conclusión es un hostel simplemente para ir a dormir, sin lujos.

Lo primero destacar la amabilidad del personal, gran trato y muy amables.
Lo segundo, la limpieza tanto de las habitaciones como de los baños y zonas comunes, perfecto.
Además está bien ubicado, se puede ir caminando al centro tranquilamente. ¡Muy recomendable!.

Pretty nice hotel. Not a 5 star hotel but for the price it’s very acceptable. In our room we had a shower and a sink which wasn’t separated by a wall. Hopefully we were a couple so it wasn’t so bad. We stay at the 3rd/last floor. It do not have an elevator. And hopefully we had just a little luggage. It do not have a breakfast but different coffee types and tea. A microwave and a toaster are available. And there’s also a fridge if you want to store some food or water.
Also it has a very amazing garden at the second floor, we’re we had our breakfast every morning.
Lidl is close to the hotel so we bought our breakfast and lunches there.
And the public transport is just 50 meters down. Also the tram 28 has a stop there.
It’s close to the city center.
And the staff is super friendly. Very helpful and try to give you the best stay possible there!!
Couldn’t think about a better place to stay for this price!!

Cest un hôtel sympa, les lieux sont très propres. Les personnes à laccueil sont aimables et renseignent bien. Nous avions la salle de bain et les toilettes communs ce qui est embêtant mais sans plus. Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant, populaire et bruyant, il faut le savoir, moi cela ne ma pas du tout embêté. Proche du métro, et du centre ville. Difficulté de se garer (tout est payant). Attention nous avons eu un pv de 60 euros car nous étions garés dans une zone réservée aux résidents. Jai apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Êste hotel tem uma bela e satisfatória estrutura. Muito confortável e aconchegante, com belas acomodações, decoração de muito bom gosto! O atendimento dos funcionários, Sr. João, muito atencioso e com amplo conhecimento sobre tudo da cidade, para dar informações aos hóspedes, deixando todos muito à vontade e seguros dentro do hotel. Ótimo profissional! Ampla sala de estar, com suporte para lanches, cafés, chás e tudo mais necessário para uma boa estadia. Hotel conta também com um belo jardim, muito gostoso para descansar e relaxar da viagem. Conta também com o apoio da Sra. Marta para dar mais atenção à todos hóspedes! Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was a little basic but very good value for the money and most importantly clean.Immediate environment outside was a little tatty with some traffic noise but benifited from being within easy walking distance of the core of the city. All in all a very positive experience and would recommend the hotel for any person travelling on a budget.

Cet établissement est vraiment super sympa. Alors oui ce n'est pas du luxe mais je l'ai trouvé très propre, les salles de bains sont bien entretenues également. Les chambres sont juste comme il faut sachant qu'on y dort seulement. Le personnel très agréablement et toujours disponible. Juan qui nous a accueilli est de très bons conseils, que se soit pour les visites à faire ou les endroits sympa où manger. Le petit jardin est très appréciable également. La cuisine est spacieuse et le système d'indiquer sur numéro de chambre sur ce que l'on achète est très bien. J'ai mit 5 étoiles car ils font également l'effort de parler en français. Je recommande.

Létablissement correspond à la description sur Expédia, petit hôtel plein de charme avec une équipe aimable et professionnelle. On a bien dormi, pas de bruit, ma fille et moi étions contentes de rentrer nous reposer après de longues journées à découvrir Lisbonne. Nous avions une chambre avec salle de bain et les toilettes communes qui étaient toujours propres. Épicerie, boulangerie, bars et restos à proximité. Pouso dos Anjos est très bien situé, métro intendente à 2 mn, un Auchan Market à 5mn on lon peut prendre dexcellents pti déj pour pas cher. La réception a gentiment accepté de garder nos valises avant lheure du chek-in et aussi à notre départ de la chambre puisque notre vol était en soirée...muito obrigado!!!Olivia

I will recommend this place to others visoting Lisboa. Edison was very professional and courteus and the lady as well. Both great :) Room was super clean, quiet, bathroom in great conditions, comfy bed, everything worked everywhere in the room. Location awesome near 3 vegetarian cafes recommended to me by locals. Street safe. Easy walking to centre. Obrigado!!!

Room 206 is like sleep on a stone, you will not sleep too many hours so you will spend more time visiting Lisbon with an awkward pain in the back and half face dead. However the staff is great and price is cheap in compare with others around.

La habitación 308 es un desastre, una buhardilla que tienes que estar casi más tiempo agachado que recto, está llena de hormigas. Las toallas me las encontré con hormigas y a mi compañera Le cayeron esta mañana en la cabeza.
Tienes que pagar 2€cada vez que quieras una toalla limpia, da igual el tiempo que te quedes.
El servicio de limpieza que pagas cuando llegas (el cual no sabes que tienes pagar hasta que llegas allí) solo incluye que te hagan las camas.

Very good place to stay and visit Lisbon by feet and public transports as it's situated in town center near Baixa/Chiado with very easy access to everything. For who travels with car, there is a secure parking open 24h very close to the hostel and only 12€ per day. The staff is very nice and always friendly. The room was very clean and cosy with a very powerful shower that is very good after a long day. There's access to a small and pretty garden in the back of the building where you can chill as well. Recommended.

Top Lage, konnte aber sauberer und moderner sein
Lage ist sehr gut, sowohl vom Flughafen mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch ins Zentrum zum bummeln. In der Nähe gibt es gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und auch gute Restaurants.
Zimmer für zwei Personen war groß genug.
Das Bad ist aber ein Manko. Auf den ersten Blick sah es renoviert zu sein, Abwässerkanalisation stinkte aber unheimlich, so das Fenster im Bad ständig offen bleiben musste.
Internetempfang hat im Zimmer auch nicht funktioniert, nur an der Rezeption.

Leuk en idyllisch hotel met een mooie tuin. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd en de bedden wat hard, maar bij een aanvraag voor een upgrade van de kamer werden we gelijk geholpen aan een grotere kamer met iets beter bed. Goede service en perfect voor kort verblijf met vrienden

Great value hostel! The rooms are simple and clean, exactly like the pics, and it's in a very calm neighbourhood. There's a small garden which is absolutely lovely and relaxing and even has a hammock for lying under the trees. All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. It's not in the very city centre, but you can walk there in 10-15 min. Great!

Zwischen Alfama und Barrio Alto fußläufig gelegen. Nebenstraße einer Hauptstraße mit alter Strassenbahn Linie 28. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strasse raus bekommt, dann kann man sich über die Fenster bis zum Fußboden mit kleinem Balkönchen davor freuen. Riesenbad mit Wanne und ebenfalls Balkönchen - hat aber nicht jedes Zimmer. Altes Gebäude - schiefe Türen - rostiges Balkongitter - ich mag es und bin sehr zufrieden.

Un voyage de détente qu'à mal fini. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. On a trouvé: sur un coussin "du sang", caché par la taie d'oreiller, la brosse des toilettes pleines d'excrément et de poils pubiens, présence de moisissures sur les jointes baignoires et tout le contour de la fenêtre, serviettes de bain 2 euros ( qui restent humides car toute la chambre y est), pas de savon... De plus, les ouvriers travaillant dans le secteur qui partent de bonne heure sans se soucier du bruit qu'ils fondent à 5h30, le cadenas d'une valise a été forcé et pour finir à partir du moment où on a voulu voir un responsable...il n'y en avait pas et cela jusqu'à ce jour! Vraiment passer votre chemin.

Beim Hotel handelt es sich eher um eine Herberge als um ein richtiges Hotel. Da die Türen nicht richtig geschlossen werden können, hört man alles. Die Betten waren extrem unbequem und das Frühstück bestand aus einem Brötchen, Orangensaft, 1 kleines Stück Butter / Streichkäse und Marmelade, sowie ein abgepacktes Croissant. Das alles wurde auf einem Tablett gebracht. Also keine Selbstbedienung. Zudem kostet das Frühstück 5 Euro. Für die Unterkunft spricht allerdings, dass das Personal wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Eine Bus, sowie Metrostation ist circa 50 Meter entfernt und das Zentrum auch nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Der kleine Garten in der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Unterkunft ist für 1 bis 2 Nächte ok. Kleiner Tipp: Geht ausserhalb Frühstücken, es lohnt sich nicht!

Mein Aufenthalt war für 3 Tage (So-Mi) gebucht. Das Zimmer hatte ein sauberes Waschbecken und ein sauberes Bidet. WC und Bad waren auf dem Gang. Es war spartanisch aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hostel bietet auch Frühstück an. Einziges Manko war die Müllabfuhr auf der Strassenseite. Die Tonnen wurden an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen, irgendwann in der Nacht, geleert. Davon wurde ich leider wach. Mein Fazit lautet: Wer einen Städtetrip plant ohne grosse Ansprüche an Service oder Ruhe ist in dem Hostel gut aufgehoben da die Metro nur 100m entfernt liegt (Station Intendente). Von dort braucht man nur zwei Stationen bis zum Zentrum. Wer höhere Ansprüche hat, muss auch tiefer in die Tasche greifen, wie auch woanders.

J'ai beaucoup aimé parce que c était simple ,pas cher,propre avec une très belle deco etnique et chaleureuse . Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et le personnel parlais français. Même si la fenêtre de la chambre donnais sur le mur d en face au premier étage c été très sympa voir des graff street art pour apaiser le regard et la salle de bain avec une baignoire c été un vrai bonheur

mit Etagen-WC und Bad. - Enttäuschend ist/war, Expedia!. Nie wieder. Die Angaben vom Hostel stimmen nicht. Nach der Buchung und Bezahlung sendet mir das Hostel eine Mail mit deren Konditionen! - Bei Expedia kann man elefonisch niemand erreichen und auf Mails reagierne die überhaupt nicht. D.h. du hast gebucht und bezahlt und dann läßt man dich im Regen stehen, wenn mal Schwierigkeiten auftauchen! - Nie wieder Expedia!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Haltestelle Intendente und da die Bahn ca. alle 10 Minuten fährt, kommt man gut in die Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer zur Hofseite und schauten in einen Lichtschacht. Dass es nicht besonders hell im Zimmer war, störte uns nicht, aber die schlechte Luftzirkulation.Dadurch, dass es im Bad keine funktionierende Lüftung gab, mussten wir immer das Fenster offen lassen.Trotzdem wurden unsere Handtücher nicht trocken und im Bad schimmelte es. Der Schlauch war kaputt, das Wasser lief nicht ab... und weitere Kleinigkeiten funktionierten nicht (gut). Der Fön war neu.Zusammenfassend würde ich das Hotel nur Leuten empfehlen, die das Hotel nur zum Übernachten brauchen, denn das Bett war sauber. Das Frühstück gibt es im Cafe (direkt am Metro-Eingang) besser und günstiger. Man muss nur vorher wissen, dass man eigene Handtücher mitbringen muss (sonst muss man sie sich für 2€ dort leihen). Die Handtücher werden nur gegen Gebühr (erneut 2€) gewechselt. Geputzt wird angeblich alle drei Tage (bei uns nicht), ansonsten muss man einen Aufschlag von 1€ bezahlen.

Es una posada más o menos bien situada en la que hay habitaciones de todo tipo. Hay algunas muy pequeñas y otras que están bien. Hay una terraza muy amplia donde se puede fumar o desayunar tranquilamente llena de plantas. Muy acogedora.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, aber sehr nahe an der Metro-Station Intendente und damit sehr verkehrsgünstig.In der Nähe befinden sich Lokale, die ohne weiteres zum Frühstück, oder abends zu einem kleinen Absacker aufgesucht werden können.Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich, von außen und noch mehr von innen, um einen Altbau ohne jegliche Geräusch- und Wärmedämmung. Handtücher müssen gesondert bestellt und bezahlt werden. Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war so hart, dass ich täglich Rückenschmerzen hatte.Das Hotel kann ich, im derzeitigen Zustand, nur einem Feind empfehlen.

alles war so, wie unsere vorstellung war. kleines zimmer und minimalistisch gehalten. sauberkeit und der allgemeine service war sehr zuvorkommend und verlässlich! auch der sehr schöne garten, der zum entspannen einlädt, ist sehr zu empfehlen! der nächste trip nach lissabon sollte uns in diesem hotel erwarten!

Die Pension ist von der Metro Intendente in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr geräumig. Einzigartig: Sie erinnert an Low Cost Airlines mit extracharges, denn für jedes Handtuch muss bezahlt werden und vorhandener TV ist nur verwendbar, wenn man dazu eine Fernbedienung erhält, was ohne Nachfrage nicht geschieht.Das Zentrum der Stadt erreicht man leicht in 15 Gehminuten. Preisgünstige Imbisse (fast food restaurants) in der Nähe.

First room had an unpleasant sewage smell. The second room we got had a very very big bathroom and a small "bedroom". Could have been a better hotel with "old fashioned charm" if they had taken better care of the place.

When we arrived there was nowhere to park our car. Then they tried to charge us extra for towels and using wi-fi in our rooms. The first room they offered us had not been cleaned. Not a good experience all in all.

Ha sido sencillo. El trato agradable, cordial. Total libertad de movimiento. Espacio agradable. Usamos la opción de baño compartido y el tener un lavamanos y bidé en la propia habitación lo hace genial...

Avoid this one. They charge extra for towels, and then the towels they provide are badly stained. The wifi is slow and unreliable, and limited to one person, even if you are paying for 2 people to stay. Rooms are dirty, old and worn, with no air-con. Service poor. Worst part was that they over charged to my credit card without my approval.

Estive lá duas noites. A única coisa boa do hotel é o jardim interior privativo, do resto, bastante a desejar. Não tem estacionamento de carro, também não dispõe de wi-fi de graça para além da zona da receção e ainda nesta é muito deficitário, de facto, não consegui ligar em nenhum momento. Não mudam as toalhas de banho, as rececionistas bastante desagradáveis, os rececionistas eram muito mais amáveis. Para o preço que tem, não vi nenhuma correspondéncia em serviços.

Bei Bezug des großen Zimmers mit Klimaanlage und großzügigem Bad ( alle Zimmer sind unterschiedlich) war das Bett frisch bezogen aber der Boden zwar gewischt allerdings mit hunderten von Haaren bedeckt, die herbei gerufene Reinigungskraft wischte ohne Konzept Haare von links nach rechts, die freundliche Rezeption bot an die Reinigung zu übernehmen, was abgelehnt wurde, am nächsten Tag war es besser, das Hotel liegt zentral allerdings nahe einer unsicheren Gegend mit vielen gestrandeten Gestalten, Drogen und Strich, Abends nicht so schön. Das Haus verfügt über einen herrlichen Garten wo man wunderbar entspannen kann, die Rezeption ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Frühstück sehr bescheiden aber um die Ecke gibt es hervorragende Cafes mit günstigen Angeboten. Der Flughafen ist in wenigen Minuten für kleines Geld per Taxi erreicht.

El hotel no tiene ascensor y nos dieron una habitacón en el último piso. Dentro de la habitación hay un bidé, un lavabo y un plato de ducha, pero integrada en la misma, cero en intimidad, para ir al wc hay que salir al pasillo. Sólo dejamos en una ocasión una toalla de lavabo en el bidé para que la cambiaran y sorpresa estaba de nuevo puesta como si la hubieran cambiado. El personal amable y servicial. El desayuno normalito.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und ist sehr charmant restauriert. Der garten ist ein echtes Plus. Nachteilig wirken sich die alten Türen aus, die im Innern des Hotels den Lärm nicht schlucken. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas trist, und das Frühstück etwas mager. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im ganzen ist das Hotel zu empfehlen!
