Tem o exencial para quem não é exigente. Para dormir e o suficiente e muito bem localizada.

El servicio es muy malo, es una pensein que necesita nuevo equipamiento, tiene problemas de humedad, malos olores, mala atencion al cliente...

NO esta bien cobrar 4 euros por dos noches por derecho de tasa turistica, y no entregar la boleta de pago. La recepcion me ha tratado horrible y humillantemente. NO es posible maltratar asi al viajero. EL personal de la recepcion es maloliente y muy desagradable! ME VOY TRISTE DE LISBOA!

Die Pension liegt in der Altstadt von Lissabon, im 2. OG in einem älteren Haus. Vieles ist hier absolut renovierungsbedürftig, aber die Betten, Toilette, Badewanne und Waschbecken sind top sauber, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Betten wurden gemacht. Die Betten waren leider bretthart. Eine Klimaanlage ist auch im Zimmer, bei mehr als 35 Grad Außentemperatur auch sehr sinnvoll. Durch das geöffnete Fenster kam nur heiße Luft, da es zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiß in Lissabon war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mit Englisch kamen wir sehr gut zurecht. Die Zimmer werden ohne Frühstück angeboten, aber in der näheren Umgebung gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten dafür. So ist z. B. ein Starbucks geschätzte 100 Meter entfernt. Wer ohne Fernseher nicht leben kann, es gibt einen 24 Zoll Fernseher im Zimmer, auch ein Kühlschrank steht zur Verfügung. Wer allerdings auf Luxus, Spa, Ruhe usw. steht, der ist hier fehl am Platz. Es ist abends teilweise sehr laut, da zahlreiche Kneipen und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung sind und man bis nach Mitternacht noch draußen sitzt. Das Fenster im Zimmer ist nur einfach verglast. Der ca. 100 Meter entfernte Bahnhof ist auch nicht gerade leise. Für uns war es perfekt, da wir hauptsächlich die Altstadt erkundet und unsere Aktivitäten in die weitere Umgebung auch von hier aus gestartet haben.

Locatie was uitstekend...je zit overal dichtbij. Kamer erg verouderd...bed erg hard en badkamertje stelt niets voor...douchekop kan niet vast aan de muur...veel schimmel in de douche en bij de wastafel. Kamer rook erg muf...beneden in de hal komt je een putlucht tegemoet! Personeel aardig maar ruiken heel onfris...er hangt daar een hele zure lucht! Kortom...geen aanrader!

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Huele mal (tanto la entrada como la habitación), está sucio y los colchones son duros y finos. En las sábanas había pelos. No lo recomiendo por muy bien ubicado que esté

I didn't have high hopes before i arrived since i had read so many bad reviews about the place. Turns out it is so much better than my expectation. The place is small but you have everything that is essential. The location is impeccable. 24-hour check-in. Price is incredibly cheap. I slept well during my stay. Highly recommend to those who are traveling on a shoestring budget and won't cry over the fact that the room looks nothing like a hotel suite. The only downside: the bathroom is a bit dusty and the shower place is super tiny.

Excelente localização, atendimento muito bom. Ambiente precisa ser modernizado, especialmente o banheiro do quarto, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Não inclui café da manhã, mas há várias opções em regiões próximas ao hotel.

Old apartment turned to a hotel that cannot even compare to Lisbon’s hostels.. Owners are shady, refusing to issue invoices and exploiting 3rd party booking services. Would advice you to stay away.

Bien, situación excepcional, amabilidad en la recepción, limpieza y cambio de toallas diaria

Bien: Ubicación excepcional, personal amable y eficiente. Recepción 24 horas. Limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas. Agua caliente. Wifi que funciona. Tranquilidad. Ascensor. Mal: la cama, algo imprescindible en un hotel, no sé cómo pueden tener esa cama taaan dura. Cambienla por favor.

Huele fatal y está muy viejo

O forte do residencial é a localização, nas proximidades encontra-se supermercado, lanchonetes fast good, transporte público, restaurantes e farto comércio. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado, mas é um imóvel antigo, não espere sofisticação.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non ragionevole

Rooms need some tender loving care. There's sort of a musky, moldy smell. If the rooms were renovated/redecorated, then this place would be great. Also seems a tad bit shifty. Super convenient location though.

Pretty rough but in a great location. It done the job but at 50€ a night it was way over priced for the condition of the room, capital of Portugal or not.
