Personnel très sympathique qui a accepté de garder nos valises avant le check-in et après le check-out afin que nous ne soyons pas encombré pour visiter la ville. Un peu bruyant mais rien d'aussi dramatique que les autres commentaires le décrivent. La chambre était très propre et son style est sobre et moderne. Il est vrai qu'un placard ou tout autre espace de rangement dans la chambre serait le bienvenue pour les personnes passant plus d'une nuit. L'hôtel est proche du métro. Petit plus pour la TV qui comprend des chaînes étrangères afin que les anglais, français etc puissent en profiter. J'y ai passé une très bonne nuit.

Insonorisation inexistante , chambre spartiate (pas de meubles pour ranger les affaires, pas de mini bar, pas de bouulloir), le sèche cheveux est à partagé avec les autres clients, il faut aller le chercher à l'accueil, enfin si on peut appeler un couloir un accueil... Pas d'ascenseur. On ne peut appeler ce lieu un hôtel mais plutôt un raison rénovée avec des chambres qui parfois ont leurs commodités sur le palier. Rapport qualité prix nul... Ne pas se fier aux photos

Sehr laut, sowohl im Hausinneren als auch von der kleinen Straße. Man hat das Gefühl, die anderen Gäste sind im selben Zimmer. Auch die Dusche und der Wasserhahn der anderen ist extrem laut. Vom Bett aus starrt man direkt auf die Tür, das hätte man leicht anders lösen können. Kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das war komplett grau und sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Sauberkeit war o.k. Lage war o.k.Dusche trotz schlanker Figur sehr eng.

Très bon hôtel dans les tendances actuelles. Douche de la salle de bain un peu petite sinon tout était parfait.

Tivemos problemas com a reserva, pagamos por um quarto com cama de casal e quando chegamos fomos encaminhados a uma quarto com beliches de solteiro. A situação foi resolvida, porém é sempre chato se deparar com esses problemas. Falta um elevador tbm, muito complicado subir até o quarto andar com várias malas!

Es war alles super! Freundliches Personal. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht. Die Rezeption war 24 Stunden geöffnet und die Mitarbeiter wussten auf jede Frage stets eine Antwort und gaben gerne Tipps. Das Zimmer war auch sehr gut. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis haben gestimmt. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Cleanliness was of a high standard and the location was close to local amenities and the metro.No lift to the upper floors which was difficult for people who found it hard to walk upstairs

No te dejes engañar por las fotos, es todo enano. Es simplemente una casa rehabilitada, un edificio viejo con unas escaleras estrechas, imposible subir una maleta grande. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero no tiene armarios o cajones.

Hôtel très propre avec toilette privé séparé dont la porte se fermait très difficilement (besoin daide de quelquun pour la fermer de l’extérieur)

Abbiamo alloggiato il 10 gennaio 2020x 2 notti senza riscaldamento e hanno pensato di darci una stufetta scaldabagno..Non ce neanche 1 piccolo armadio e nessun appoggio x la valigia bagno piccolissimo pulizia lasciamo stare ,abbiamo chiesto di parlare con un responsabile ci hanno preso in giro x 3 giorni dicendoci che ogni mattina sarebbe arrivato il tecnico x riscaldamento io non lo consiglio a nessuno esperienza negavita siamo tornati col raffreddore e febbre

Reservei neste hotel para os dias 15/11/2019 a 19/11/2019 em um quarto para casal. Chegando ao hotel para fazer o check-in, fomos surpreendido por 5 situações: 1 - Fomos obrigados a pagar uma taxa de 16 Euros, o equivalente a 76,00 reais na cotação atual, valor totalmente fora do nosso orçamento já que não havia informações na reserva; 2 - O quarto seria para casal, mas tivemos que ficar em um quarto duplo com cama de beliche; 3 - O banheiro era fora do quarto. Informação não constou na reserva; 4 - O chuveiro horrível, difícil para regular, ficava quente demais ou frio demais. E no quente esfriava rapidamente, e tinha que aguardar alguns minutos até voltar esquentar. 5 - A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. Não recomendo hospedagem.

je reviens juste de lisbonne pour un week end "sister", nous avons adoré cet hotel, un personnel très sympa, chambre petite mais propre et bien décorée, une terrasse avec coin cuisine, de grand citrinniers et orngers autour, trop beau, emplacement top juste à coté métro, des pastérias de suite en bas pour pouvoir déjeuner, vraiment je recommande ! on a même pu laisser nos valises dès notre arrivée et ils nous ont imprimés nos boarding pass pour le retour !

Le personnel à laccueil est sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue mais la chambre était vraiment exiguë, ne comportant quun lit double, pas un seul rangement pour pour pouvoir défaire les bagages, et pas peu de place pour les stocker. La chambre était faite tous les jours, mais à partir du milieu du séjour nous navons plus eu que la moitié des serviettes... pour lesquelles il ny a rien de prévu pour les étendre afin quelles puissent sécher.

Good location near the Intendente metro station and the rooms were very clean. However the advertised private bathroom for our twin rooms were not en suite, but were across the public corridor.

Preiswertes sauberes Guest House. Kein Aufzug, spartanische Einrichtung.Gemeinschaftsküchenbereich mit ausreichend Platz im Kühlschrank. Muffiger Geruch im Bad. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im kleinen ostwärts gelegenen Zimmer. Insgesamt empfehlenswert für geringe Ansprüche.

Buona posizione, vicino si hanno tantissimi ristorantini, panaderie e mini mercati, cosi come i mezzi pubblici. La stanza (tripla con bagno privato) veramente bella e funzionale! Personale gentile, ottime impressioni!

Céntrico en una calle muy fea, pero en general el centro de Lisboa tiene las calles así, no hay ascensor ( lo peor), todo muy pequeño, no hay armario.

Fue de casualidad que llegamos allí y de verdad que una atención personalizada y muy amables

The property is located in central Lisbon, being a 5-min walk to Rossio Square, which has trains going to all the major attractions, as well as trains going to Sintra and Cascais.CONS ARE AS FOLLOWS. 1) NO ELEVATORS. My room was on the fourth floor. Staff was kind enough to assist me with luggage during check in, but checking out was a different matter.2) A bit noisy. You can hear noise from other rooms, esp the external bathrooms, and there is also noise coming from the street.3) Hot water takes a while to arrive to your bathroom. It might not arrive if there are other people taking showers at the same time.4) There arent really any amenities. 5) No early check-in.The room was clean and the layout of the space reminds of Paris hotels. (reconfigured to be space-saving). There is an outdoor kitchen with metal cutlery and a microwave.There wasnt much sink space, and there was the constellation on the ceiling. Everything was acceptable as the room and bathroom are clean and modern.Overall, it was good value for the price.

O lugar é bem limpo, atendimento bom, mas é muito confuso o site, reservamos através da cvc um apto de casal com banheiro privativo e nos colocaram num quarto duplo com beliche e banheiro no corredor e devido a lotação não conseguimos cama de casal, tivemos que dormir em cama separada por 9 dias.

Tout était bien mis a part : nos voisins den haut, ils étaient très bruyants et quand ils marchaient on avait la sensation que le plafond allait nous tomber dessus. + les serviettes et la literie nont pas été changées. Jai taché la serviette avec du rouge à levres, je lai retrouvée le soir. (idem avec la literie.. on a retrouvé les miettes du cookie quon a mangé le matin au petit dej)

Une chambre de 3 personnes au dernier étage, tout neuf avec une belle décoration, une chambre très silencieuse (4.02 qui est côté cour). Les escaliers sont un peu dur a monter mais la montée est très jolie a regarder, un bâtiment très propre, a proximité du centre, restaurants, bars, etc, je recommande cet établissement +++

The way that the room is designed is quite unique and inspiring. The room that I had was very small and with a symbolical window. The bathroom was also very tight. Overall for the price paid Im still pleased.

The property is in a very dilapidated, unsafe area. There was no elevator or restaurant in the hotel and we were assigned a room in the fourth floor. The bedrooms look nothing like the picture, actually there are no closets or dressers. The air conditioning didnt work and they kept promising they would fix it, but didnt.

The planet theme in each room is wonderfully geeky, even down to the star-filled ceiling. The small twin-room we stayed in was ingenious with its space-saving (pardon the pun) features ...safe on the wall, drawers under the bed, hooks on the walls and, my own favourite, the metal shelf with a tiny magetic light bulb that could attatch UNDER the shelf for reading - brilliant!

We stayed in room 1 - would not recommend. The air con didnt keep the room cool, it was more like a fan that only worked if you were in the fans direct line, which made the room incredibly hot and gave us sleepless nights. The room is right next to the front door which slams shut and shakes the content of the room (waking us up several times). With the lack of air con and loud noise from the door, we got far less sleep than we should have.The theme of the room was cool, and the cleaners did a great job, but overall a poor experience.

Aunque vengas pasadas las 12 de la noche hay gente en recepción. Una amiga tuvo que reservar a través de Expedia una habitación sobre esa hora y no huno ningún problema.La habitación está muy limpia, tiene un aspecto juvenil y está muy cerca del centro andando.
