Great place to stay!! Because: ++ appartment is super clean!! So nice! ++ has everything you need: washing machine, tv, wifi, water boiler, coffee machine, microwave toaster etc etc. ++ before arriving we received extensive information on how to get to the place, explaining metro(lines and costs), and we were awaited by the lady at the app. + alarm system for added security ++ towels included, can ask for them to be changed + supermarket and a couple restaurants plus Fado cafes literally around the corner ++ quiet area at night, so we slept well ++ public transportation nearby - some planks/showerhead are hanging at an angle because of loose screws. Minor detail All in all a great place to stay and explore Lisboa from!

Positive: - excellent location, the flat is easily reachable with the metro and inside the charming old part of the city - the hosts, Nuno and Christina, were very friend and helpful (tips, ready to help..) - the flat was very clean and modern (just a little problem with the power system but linked to the urban electricity supply) - calm location (except for the main door, that you have to slam to shut) - full equipment. Negative: - the title of the flat could make think that we will have a duplex with terrace. You just have to be careful if you choose the « studio » or the duplex. - no negative comment!

Positif: Emplacement parfait / Quartier magnifique / Silencieux la nuit / hôte disponible. Négatif: Rien

Positive: Ottima posizione. splendida vista. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e pulito.ma soprattutto disponibilità e cortesia degli host.fantastico.

Positiva: Me gustó principalmente la ubicación. Negativa: Las fotos y el nombre pueden llevar a engaño, tienen dúplex y estudio. El dúplex supongo que estará bien, el estudio está normal, un poco botella para mi gusto, sin balcón. Al ser fumadores teníamos que bajar a la calle a fumar. Incómodo, claro.

Positive: Great location in the older Moorish part of Lisbon, complete with a neighbourhood with hilly roads, narrow streets and laundry drying in the windows. Also a lot of great restaurants in walking distance.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. Schönes Apartment mit Balkon über den Dächern von Lissabon. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Supermarkt und Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke. Schöne kleine Restaurants gleich in der Nähe.. Negativ: Für Leute die schlecht laufen können ist die Treppe im Hausflur sehr steil.

Positive: Appartamento pulitissimo su 2 piani , completo di tutto, arredi nuovi , letti comodi , panorama incredibile sia dalle finestre che dal terrazzo. Marcela gentilissima e disponibile oltre l'immaginabile. ha seguito passo passo il nostro arrivo In auto dal centro di Lisbona alla struttura, mandando mappa, indicazioni e aspettandoci sulla strada. che dire? CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Positiva: La situación es perfecta. A poca distancia tanto del Castillo de San Jorge como de la plaza del Comercio. En la misma esquina hay un restaurante muy bueno y barato. Y hay un supermercado a pocos metros. El apartamento duplex es grande, cómodo y con muchos servicios (TV, WiFi...) Ideal para ir con niños. Y la anfitriona muy atenta. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Negativa: Sólo había un calefactor por lo que lo teníamos que ir moviendo de piso para no tener frío. Con un poco más de calefacción hubiera sido perfecto. Las escaleras hasta el piso son bastante empinadas. A nosotros no nos importó, pero no es recomendable para personas con dificultades o para llevar cochecitos de bebes.

Positive: The place is great if you want to visit Lisbon. And the host - Marcella, is excellent, open, kind and really helpful.. Negative: There was no central heating, but I believe flats in Portugal do not have central heating in general but we were given a small heater and we survived :). On the other hand we didn't expect it would be so cold at this time of the year in Portugal.

Positivo: A localização é belíssima, o apartamento novo e bem cuidado e os anfitriões muito gentis e prestativos.
