Positief: De locatie was perfect ; het centrum was vlakbij. We konden veel te voet doen. Inrichting was prima ; alles was aanwezig om een goed verblijf te hebben. Het appartement was binnen lekker koel toen het buiten warm was. De uitbaters waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam en antwoordden snel op onze vragen.. Negatief: De verlichting in de badkamer boven de spiegel werkte niet. Ook het stopcontact in de badkamer moet nagekeken worden. Positivo: O espaço esta agradável, e como a minha esposa é doente oncológica nós preferimos confeccionar as nossas refeições tem quase tudo o que necessário na cozinha, o quarto de dormir tinha espaço para colocarmos as nossas coisas e a sala é muito agradável e acolhedora. Positive: It was very nice of the host to meet us before 3pm and allow us into the apartment before check-in time. The location was amazing - with the view of the castle, very close to Martim Moniz and Rossio stations. The mattress was comfortable, so was the sofa bed. Although the apartment is tiny, it is pretty cool in the evening when the windows are open. It is certainly a bonus after a hot day in Lisbon. Thank you for providing all extras, hairdryer made my day. The steep staircase didn't bother me, but my mum struggled walking up (from the front door to the apartment). Certainly not great for people with walking issues. Also, it is high up on a hill, so if you are coming from the Martim Moniz station, use the streets, not the steps. It is easier to wheel your suitcases. When we booked an Uber upon leaving, the driver found it easily, so it is accessible despite some complaints that I found here.. Negative: 1. Noise. You can hear literally everything. Squeaky steps, some clicking from the corridor, not mentioning people walking up and down the stairs. It felt like the noise was right next to me in the same room, as if there were no walls. Mum also heard the noise very clearly from the bedroom. While I understand that most locals are used to the noise, travelers who are keen to get sleep during their holiday will find it frustrating. Earplugs didn't help. 2. Some guys hanging around right underneath the windows at night. Talking, laughing and listening to music late at night (until 3am or so), every night. We felt pretty uncomfortable walking past them every evening, as they sat pretty much right next to the entrance. They were also a source of noise, so we had to sleep with the windows closed. :( 3. Sofabed was wobbling, perhaps due to the uneven floor..

Positive: L'appartamento è molto accogliente, piccolino ma ben sistemato e ben dotato. La posizione è strategica per la visita alla città, proprio sopra la piazza Martim Moniz che oltretutto è anche capolinea per il tram 28. Si arriva a piedi ovunque. Dalla finestra c'è una bella veduta del castello.. Negazione: Purtroppo per arrivare all'appartamento si deve fare una scalinata abbastanza lunga che con i bagagli diventa impegnativa. La sera ci sono in giro dei tizi dall'aspetto un po' losco, ma non abbiamo mai avuto nessun tipo di fastidio.

Negazione: È stato possibile entrare nell'appartamento solo alle 18:30 circa perché l'host aveva capito che saremmo voluti entrare in tarda sera quando io le avevo detto non più tardi delle 17. In più una volta fatte le 17 ci è stato comunicato un danno al lavandino del bagno e quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare ancora.

Positive: we love the place for the igenuity of the interior design, for the fact that it is like home, but as a different experience (because we leave home not to feel like home, just for new experiences) we didnt love the stairs until the apartment, but hey, it was good for exercising, and our daughter loves to climb step by step stairs. we loved the plazza out side, lots of music and colors. Negative: as a think i didnt like, i guess we werent lucky because of the rainy days - the towels didnt smell good, they looked clean, probably didnt dry well. but, there were more in the dresser and used another that smell good. I think you should dry the towels in a dryer machine so you shouldnt have this problem again.

Positive: Location in regards of metro station and bus/tram stops. Amenities provided. The owner kindly presented us with pastry of very high quality and taste. Really sweet of her.. Negative: Difficult access to people carrying heavy and big luggage due to narrow streets and a seemingly temporary street block, which prevents Taxi and similar services to get there. It is really unfair not to make clear for possible guests that there are incredible number of steep steps of ladders. Clearly this is a complaint and a negative aspect of the place, although it should be noted as a fair share that the location is perfect and centrally located in regards of transportation, as well as important places to visit nearby. To those with back trouble, mattress is too soft. Overall, the amenities at disposal are okay and seemed clean, a really functional apartment.

Pozitív: Közlekedés szempontjából nagyon jó helyen van. Biztonságos jó környék. A Házigazda segítőkész. Lisszabon nagyon barátságos, élhető város. Közlekedésre a nyugodtság és udvariasság a jellemző. Negazione: Purtroppo si sentono tutti i rumori dell'appartamento di sopra,dal camminare sul parquet alle voci e di notte non è piacevole. Cipolla della doccia con un filo d'acqua andrebbe cambiata. Cuscini scomodissimi. Parcheggio a pagamento in garage privato vicino ma costosissimo,due gg settanta euro. Per arrivare alla casa ci sono dalla piazza tante scale quindi con i bagagli è molto dura.

Положительный: Идеальное местоположение.Рядом 2 станции метро,ж/д вокзал (поезд в Синтру) и остановка автобуса, который идёт в аэропорт. Окна выходят на тихую боковую улицу, можно спать с открытыми окнами,шум не мешает. Вокруг огромное количество кафе,ресторанов на любой бюджет,а также сувенирных лавок.. Негативный: Если вы используете общественный транспорт,то чтобы добраться до квартиры от основной улицы надо подняться по длинной лестнице (с чемоданами).

Положительный: Очень удобное расположение, совсем близко к центру города. Всё необходимое в шаговой доступности. Апартаменты просторные и оборудованы всем необходимым (стиральная машина, кухня с полным набором техники) для комфортного проживания. Нуно нас дождался при заезде и передал ключи, также по просьбе заказал такси до аэропорта, за что отдельное спасибо.. Негативный: Подушки и сама кровать не очень удобные, но не критично. И общего впечатления от проживания не испортили.

Положительный: Хорошая, отлично оснащенная квартира поблизости от метро Мартин Мониш. Тихое место, почти нет автомобильного движения. Находится на небольшом возвышении, так что от метро придется подняться по лестнице или пройти по улице, что несколько дольше, но, на мой взгляд, легче. Близко до достопримечательностей исторического центра города. До супермаркета и вокзала Рушиу минут 10 пешком. На площади остановка "туристического" трамвая 28, рядом остановка трамвая 15 в Белен. Кондиционера нет, есть только вентилятор, но вечером становится прохладно, так что мы вполне обходились без кондиционера. Очень приветливый хозяин. Very good and perfectly equipped apartment close to Martim Moniz metro station. It's quiet place with almost no traffic. It's a little uphill, you can reach apartment going upstairs or by the street, it's slightly longer but easier for me. It's 10 minutes walk to Rossio train station and nearby supermarket. Close to historical centre of the city. There is a stop of "touristic" tram 28 on Martim Moniz, the tram 15 (to Belem) stop is close also. There is no air conditioning, electric fan only but it's OK because evenings are fresh and a little windy. Very friendly owner. Muito obrigado Antonio.. Positif: Petit appartement plein de charme, à la déco soignée, en plein centre de Lisbonne. La vue sur le château fort est fabuleuse. Les fenêtres donnent sur une rue piétonne, donc pas de bruits de circulation. Les hôtes sont très charmants et serviables, demandez-leur conseil sur ce qu'il faut voir et faire à Lisbonne pendant votre séjour, ils vous répondront avec plaisir.. Négatif: Un appartement un peu petit pour plus de deux personnes. Idéal pour un couple. La salle de bain manque un peu de rangements.
