However, only one out of three oil radiators was working on arrival. We managed to get the second one working, but the moment we tried to move it to another room, it stopped working again. Положительный: 5 минут до центра города, немного в гору, но не очень утомительно. Апартаменты достаточно большие и комфортные. 2 спальни и 2 ванные комнаты. На кухне все необходимое и в нормальном состоянии.. Негативный: Пару дней по приезду был запах подвала, так как это цокольный этаж. Потом запах прошел.

Positive: everythin was great, we would reccomend accomodation to everyone. 2 separate sleeping rooms, 2 toilets, good equiped kitchen. Location is great. Short walking to almost any location.

Positiva: La amabilidad del propietario y los chicos que se encargaron de hacer el check-in. Todo fue facilidades. Pude dejar la maleta dos horas más tarde del check-out. Negativa: Como apunte de mejora, considero que tendrían que mejorar el aspecto de la calefacción. Hacía un poco de frío y con los radiadores no lo veo pasando el frío de diciembre a febrero.

Positiva: La ubicacion genial,el apartamento es una moneria y tenia todos los electrodomesticos,cobertores,sabanas y radiadores que se estaba muy calentito. Negativa: Ubicacion y el apartamento

Positiv: Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Ein zwei Tipps wurden uns auch gegeben. Die Unterkunft war authentisch, sauber und schön. Die Betten waren bequem, das Badezimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Küche haben wir gar nicht richtig ausgenutzt, es war aber alles vorhanden, was man gebraucht hätte. Gut möglich, dass ich mich bei meiner nächsten Reise für dieselbe Unterkunft entscheide.

Positive: Posizio e ottima soprattutto se la sera si vuole uscire al barrio alto, ma comumqie a 10 miniti di passeggiata dal centro. . Negazione: Check in in ritardo alle 11 von u prezzo di 25!

Pozytywna: Apartament ma okna w drzwiach, ale to pozwala poczuć klimat Lizbony, ma również małe patio z dużym oknem do wewnątrz podwórka domu. Plan znajdował się w opisie i wszystko było podane w informacji. Obiekt dobry dla ceniących sobie prywatność. Bardzo czysto. Wszystko co było podane w opisie było na miejscu. Sprzęty nowe i odnowione wnętrza. Ciepło - uruchomione ogrzewanie. Dla 3 osób bardzo dobry. Dla grupy znajomych lub dla pary z dzieckiem idealny. Blisko stacji metra, blisko Placu Restauradores, świetne miejsce do zwiedzania Lizbony. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny.

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß ist man in ca 5 Minuten über eine Treppe im Bairro alto, wo sich das Leben in Lissabon abspielt. Dafür ist der Preis für das kleine appartement absolut in Ordnung. Eine metro station befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Schlüsselübergabe verlief gut und recht schnell. Die Küche ist für ihre Größe sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben sie aber nicht genutzt, da man so zügig mitten in der Stadt war. Sehr empfehlenswert. . Negativ: Schlafzimmer haben keine Fenster, allgemein hat die Wohnung wenig Fenster, sodass lüften etwas schwer fällt. Allerdings bucht man Unterkünfte wie diese bestimmt nicht um sich während seines Urlaubs nur in seiner Ferienwohnung aufzuhalten.

Positive: La posizione una zona ricca di locali e la vicinanza alla metropolitana. Negazione: L'umidita trovata in casa, migliorata il giorno successivo quando abbiamo tenuto aperto. Per migliorare l'impatto negativo basterebbe far arreare il locale prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti.

Positivo: Internet muito boa, cama confortável, localização central. Gostei muito do apartamento apesar das críticas que fiz a ele.... Negativo: Estacionamento público caro em rua movimentada e concorrida. A Propósito, para quem está sem carro, pode ser complicado chegar sem táxi... A rua fica numa subida (ou descida rs) toda de paralelepipedos. Vi uma família subindo com malas, crianças e idosos e me pareceu bem exaustivo... Limpeza boa mas não excelente (banheiros deixam a desejar...). Travesseiros ruins (tipo pedra). Casa no térreo, porta de entrada já é na rua. Divisão interna da casa é muito estranha, mas ok. O que eu realmente não gostei: Muitos apartamentos anunciados no mesmo anúncio dificultando saber qual é o apartamento que você está alugando. E acredito que por causa disso não te dão a localização do seu apartamento, já que tem outros no mesmo anúncio. Achei isso péssimo. O endereço que dão na reserva é aproximado e não o endereço real. Ou seja, se você tiver que avisar alguém onde será sua estadia você dará o endereço errado. Precisei ligar para o responsável pelo imóvel para dizer que o gps não achava o endereço, e era porque o endereço não correspondia com a casa. Se eu não tivesse um aparelho de celular com numero de Portugal ou roaming internacional não conseguiria resolver o problema. E para buscar as chaves também é necessário ligar, o que para alguns pode ser difícil... Já viajei algumas vezes dependendo só do wifi, nesse caso eu não saberia sequer o endereço da minha reserva. Realmente não gostei disso... As chaves me foram entregues por um rapaz super educado, mas não acho legal eu ter que depender de ligar para alguém ir lá me entregar as chaves. Essa história de precisar de celular funcionando quando você acaba de chegar, com malas, cansado, muitas vezes sem bateria e dependente de wifi (que por sinal só ajuda se você tiver o outro número em aplicativos tipo whatsapp, messenger... o que também não era o caso.) Enfim, deu tudo certo, comprei um chip no aeroporto depois de 36h de viagem, troquei o chip, busquei meu carro alugado e coloquei o endereço ERRADO no gps, que não entendeu.

Положительный: Хорошее месторасположение, за углом не дорогой бар, работающий всю ночь. Есть патио в окне)) Удобные кровати. Кухня.. Негативный: Не было мыла, закончилась туалетная бумага, запасного рулона не было, в общем в ванне ничего не было!

Positive: Lokacija, iako se do smeštaja stiže gore/dole, do centra treba 15-tak minuta. Udobnost i čistoća smeštaja, komfor, opremljenost celog apartmana. Domaćin sa ćerkom ljubazno nas dočekao i dao nam sve potrebne informacije.. Negative: Ništa.

Положительный: Отличные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Удобно спать, хороший интернет, можно готовить) хорошая ванна. Местоположение хорошее, близко к метро и центру, жаль только, что надо идти в гору от метро. Сравнивал цены с другими, этот вариант был дешевле.. Негативный: Единственный недостаток - отсутствие окон (кроме окна на входной двери). Проветривать практически невозможно, спасают только вентиляторы. Но никакого запаха плесени или чего-то подобного нет. Да, влажно, душновато, но спать вполне нормально. Если это так критично, стоит брать апартаменты на 2 этаже - они наверное дороже, но еще лучше.

Pozytywna: Dobry kontakt z personelem. Mieszkanie wyremontowane, dobre wyposażenie. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra na piesze zwiedzanie Lizbony. . Negatywna: Niestety praktycznie nie ma okien (suterena) Czuć lekki zapach piwniczny. Nie polecam na dłuższy pobyt. Jak cena odpowiada i znajome są minusy może być ok.

Pozytywna: Doskonałe miejsce - rewelacyjne położenie. Prawdziwa, stara, klimatyczna Lizbona! Super wyposażony apartament - nowy, czysty, przestronny - komfortowy dla 3 osób - 2 łazienki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duży salon - bardzo mili właściciele. Blisko do knajpek, niedaleko stacja metra, blisko do centrum starego miasta :)

Kladný: Líbilo se nám úplně všechno. Místo ubytování je blízko centra města. V blízkosti ubytování jsou bary, restaurace, tramvajové a autobusové zastávky. Ubytování v historickém domě a Portugalskou atmosférou.. Záporný: Ve večerních hodinách silný dopravní provoz po přilehlé silnici, hluk z cesty.

Positivo: O estado impecável do apartamento, totalmente reformado e muito confortável.. Negativo: Não há ressalvas.

Positief: Top-locatie!. Negatief: Heel erg kleine ruimte, met laag plafond. Er is maar één raam, naast de ramen die je in de deur kan openen. Resultaat is: weinig luchtcirculatie. Het zijn dan ook zeker geen twee volwaardige slaapkamers: in de kamer met tweepersoonsbed kan je geen bagage stockeren en nauwelijks de deur dicht krijgen (deden wij dan ook niet door warmte en vochtigheid). Het ruikt ook best een beetje muf door de vochtigheid(zou zijn door lek bij waterzuiveringsinstallatie). ook verschrikkelijk warm: er zijn meerdere ventilatoren voorzien. Maar wij hebben een airco eigenlijk wel gemist (dachten ook dat dit aanwezig zou zijn). Samen met de kleine/lage ruimtes en vochtigheid was het niet zo fantastisch. Hadden een wasje gedaan maar die was na twee dagen nog niet droog door de vochtigheid. Er zijn heel veel voorzieningen (luchtontvochtiger, vaatwasmachine, wasmachine, meerdere ventilatoren). wij hadden liever in plaats van al deze toestellen een mobiel-airco systeem gehad. Boeken normaal altijd een appartement om te koken, maar hadden er hier geen zin in!
