Una manicura tradicional que me costó 22 euros, y al día después se llenó de burbujas mala experiencia, no entendí porque tan caro si era esmalte tradicional, me recomendaron un esmalte y se lleno de burbujas, eso es porque el material esta malo, pésima experiencia.

I went here for shellac two times and am very pleased with their service. The girls who work there are kind and take their time to make your nails look nice. The polish lasts for weeks and they have lots of colours to choose from. I'll be going back.

I walked in without an appointment and they squeezed me into their schedule right away. It was just in time because it got very busy right after I sat down. It’s a busy place so make sure to book in advance. Everything about the treatment was very good! The AC was working, the staff was nice and the result is perfect. Will come here again.

You can def find better places for a mani and pedi in lisbon. The lady who did my pedi had a lovely personality, I was happy with her work but the lady who did the mani was honestly frustrating. She seemed to be the owner of the place, did not speak a word to me, rushing around, stopped to pickup her cellphone twice, terrible job. It is ok not to get right every time but it was def frustrating. Overpriced place to get home and redo my mani myself.

Alice & Livea are true miracle workers. The first two pictures below with the yellow nails are the work of another shop that I went to about two days ago and they did a very unprofessional job on my nails. I spent half of my morning looking for a salon to fix my nails however most of them had no available appointments and were booked. However I came across bbnails and decided to give them a chance based on the reviews that I saw. I came in and spoke to one of the nail technicians and let her know what was going on with my nails she was very kind and receptive to my issue. I was so grateful that she took me even though I didn’t I have an appointment. The salon looked very clean and neat and the workers were very professional and efficient. Alice did exactly what I requested for my nails and took her time to make sure that every detail was right & Livea as well. Plus I will have to say for both services it was reasonably priced I only paid €89. Needless to say I left with a smile on my face. If I ever come back to Lisbon in need my nails done I will definitely be going to them and will recommend anyone else who lives here to also go to this shop ———————————————————————— Alice e Livea são verdadeiros trabalhadores de milagres. No entanto, me deparei com bbnails e decidi dar-lhes uma chance com base nos comentários que eu vi. Eu entrei e falei com um dos técnicos de unhas e a deixei saber o que estava acontecendo com minhas unhas, ela foi muito gentil e receptiva ao meu problema. Eu estava tão grata que ela me levou embora eu não tivesse um compromisso. O salão parecia muito limpo e arrumado e os trabalhadores foram muito profissional e eficiente. Alice fez exatamente o que eu pedi para as minhas unhas e levou seu tempo para se certificar de que cada detalhe estava certo e Livea também. Além disso, vou ter de dizer que, para ambos os serviços, a preços razoáveis, paguei apenas 89 euros. Desnecessário dizer que saí com um sorriso no rosto. Se algum dia eu voltar a Lisboa precisando de minhas unhas, definitivamente irei até elas e recomendarei a qualquer outra pessoa que mora aqui para ir a essa loja.

The lady cut my skin with one of her tools. And I honesty do not think the metal piece was sterilised as the tool came directly from her pocket and back to it. I also asked for a “round” shape for my feet nails and got “square” instead. Both my hand and feet were cut so short it is almost painful. So don’t come here if you want to be safe on the healthy side of things. And they really need to learn to listen to what clients ask for. (And ditch the “I know what I am doing attitude”. Did I forget to mention it is super expensive for Lisbon prices.

I take an appointment for my mother in law and myself for manicure and pedicure . Ok first such the mess in the salon . I do not stay on the first impression and wait for the benefit. I come for a manicure and pedicure all in white color. I can observe that no sterilization of the equipment has made. The girls play instruments from one client to the other. We walk on it in the institute, change two or three times of space. After two hours of service, I expect a perfect result, my beautiful mother found with a white varnish on the hands and a different white on the feet. After reflection it is said that it is almost the same! the institute therefore corrects his hands. All that for the sum of 60 euro. Coming from Switzerland I am used to expensive benefits. But I do not have words. I would not recommend it

Amazing work! Carla paid great attention to the shaping detail. Despite me moving around a lot, she still worked magic and made my nails look better than I could have asked for.

While sitting at this place all I could thinking was, “do these girls even know what sterilization of Instruments is?”. Why do you use same nail polish removal attachments on all of your clients? I could literally see old polish on them. All the instruments should go though 3 levels of sterilization and nail files should be used only once. I don’t know what to say about the place that does not care about their costumes health./ while being there I haven’t seen any instruments being taken out of kraft packaging. Old nail files were used on me and girls close by, and instruments were taken from an old metal box full of nail leftovers.

Tres bon institut, rapide, efficace, bien fait

Worst manicure i ever had. 1- the adress on google maps is wrong and instead of warning when scheduling and apologizing, the owner greets me with a " its life" face. 2- my fingers were bleeding. 3- the ac was broken and i was sweating the whole time.

Bad experience, I don't recommend. Not very sympathetic, and painful ! They do it very quickly so I had all my nails bleeding. Otherwise, I put 3 stars cause the job is done and the color is good but let's see how much it's stay on my nails
