Let's be fair - the food was ok, although the soup did look strange (buttered water with white bread soaking in it) and the fish steak was way too salty, arosing suspicions as to the freshness. But our greatest surpurise was the amount charged - twice against what we expected. Some of the things brought we had not ordered, but when they arrived we tried them. It is another matter that we didn't really want and didn't really like them. And we didn't like what they cost later. On top of that, the bill featured positions unjustified at all. And I only decided to really check it after some confusion with the final amounts. When exposed, these positions were removed, but the fact remains: THEY CHEATED US TWICE!

Siamo stati il 3 marzo a cena. Attirati dalla cortesia dei camerieri che su strada invitavano i turisti ad entrare spacciando il posto per caratteristico del portogallo e non di tipo turistico. Si è rivelato il peggior posto di Lisbona. Cibo ai limiti dell'edibile, finanche il bachalau o BACCALÀ, che più o meno tutti sanno cucinare in PORTOGALLO, lo hanno reso disgustoso. Paella vergognosa e prezzi da ristorante serio. EVITATELO!

3 Feb 2019 The food was not bad. The service was fine and prompt. There was a cover charge added to our bill... Not sure why. The restaurant is not at all noticeable from the main street. You would never even know it's there if not for the guy standing on the main street near the Hard Rock Cafe (which is noticeable from the main street) telling you to go down to the side street to the restaurant. As you walk down to this place, you will notice a Brazilian style rodizio/churrascaria restaurant and an India restaurant. The both looked good. The all you can eat buffet price at the Brazilian style restaurant was inky €9.99. That's probably a try. The friend I dined with had paella. He ate most of it and commented it was good. Anyway, as you can see from my pictures, the food looks clearly good. Well seasoned meat, nice fresh tomatoes, and fresh French fries. My biggest complaint was the surprise surcharge at the end of the meal in the amt or 4 or 5 euros.

Horrible food, extremely overcharged! Avoid this place! It's a tourist trap! The fish soup was filled with bread, soo hardly soup in it! For a tiny cheese we paid 6,- and bread 2,50, a tea (just water with lemon peel) they are adding costs, that doesn't exist! This is fraud and crime! Should be closed by the police!

Da evitare ASSOLUTAMENTE!! Ci siamo fermati in 4 x cenare e appena ci siamo seduti ci hanno portato un entrè ,che a detta loro è una tradizione, composta da un vasetto di olive, del formaggio (1 pezzetto) del burro confezionato e due vaschette di paté di non si capiva cosa... alla fine questa tradizione è costata 14€. Poi è arrivata la paella, che era accettabile...ma quando è stato il turno della frittura di calamari mi si è rivoltato il fegato!! Calamari in pastella abilmente tolti dalla busta dei surgelati e impregnati all’inverosimile di olio. Il sapore era pari a zero..ma il bello doveva ancora arrivare... il conto! Con 2.50 a bottiglietta d’acqua... l’entrè che ho già menzionato, 8,50 di coperto...e quello che abbiamo mangiato è arrivato un bel 93€ x mangiare da schifo!!

Per carità non andare in questo posto di ladri cibo pessimo e conto salatissimo. Non posso mettere 0 stelle altrimenti L avrei fatto

Ojo que te cobran por todo: copita de oporto como aperitivo 4.50€, cerveza 5€, y lo peor cubierto por 2.5€ y no nos pusieron ni pan y como cuchara una paleta de plástico de las máquinas de café a lo que nos contestó que era por sus servicios. Engaño a los turistas turistas total. Cobran por todo. En total 56€ de los cuales 26€ en bebidas y otros.

Avoid this place, we got talked into it by street tout, worst meal I've had in my life, Rip off charges added, they charge for individual breads and olives, paste's, then also bill you for couvert which as far as I was aware is breads,olives ,and paste's,then I ordered pepper steak I got more gristle than steak, don't even know what the pepper sauce was meant to be, and some french fries, that's it no veg no salad,This was September 2018, we complained and asked them to explain the charges and they just kept saying it was a tax, I,m not one to give bad review's normally but had to warn other's,

Остановились на ужин не почитав отзывы. Очень дорого. Блюдо из рыбы на двоих стояло 40 евро и порция не очень большая. 0.3 вина стоит 9.50, хлеб 2.50. 2 рюмки порто 9 евро. Включили даже сервис. Ужин на двоих обошелся 76 евро. Официант назойливый.Даже не ожидали такой стоимости.

Un sitio carísimo para el mal servicio y la baja calidad de la comida. Te cobran incluso por los cubiertos.

Sehr unseriös. Arbeiten mit nicht identischen Speisekarte. Beim bestellen hat sie andere Preise als bei der Abrechnung. Wucher.

Esausti da una giornata con molti chilometri nelle gambe ci siamo imbattuti in questo "ristorante": il servizio poco professionale e per niente attento al cliente. prezzi non bassi per la qualità (2,5€ una bottiglia di plastica di acqua da mezzo litro), antipasti scadenti un'insalata di polipo presentata in una tazza piena di liquido nero (5,90€ per la cronaca) l'olio del condimento non pervenuto. Patate fritte annacquate di olio per friggere, mezze crude e mezze cotte. Un piatto di riso chiamato paelha negra 8paella nera) con al posto del riso venere, c'era il riso bianco con una salsetta nera. Belle le foto del menù che forse sono pietanze di altre parti. E' una vergogna il chiamarsi "Cervejaria" e "Bar"

Un timo! Comida pésima y te la cobran a precio de oro, añadiendo impuestos a la cuenta que no te indican en la carta. Con la cantidad de restaurantes que hay en los alrededores, caímos en este...Gran error!

Nefasto..un timo....la comida no es mala..te cobran por todo: cerveza 5 euros, cubierto 2.5 euros, una copa de oportunidades 4.5 euros. ..y supuestamente te lo venden como un sitio tradicional portugués. Dos cartas: una para los portugueses y otra para el resto.....No entréis! !!!

Definitely a tourist trap. Don't go ! Disgusting codfish and charged me a higher price by putting a higher priced item which I didn't order and adding an mysterious other item and told me it was the mandatory tax.

Alors on est sur le piège à touriste. Les méthodes sont plus que limite. Attention on vous sert une entrée que vous n'avez pas commandé et après discussion avec le serveur, il nous explique que l'on paiera se qu'on mangera de l'entrée. Naturellement aucun prix est donné. A la fin dans l'addition le prix sur le ticket est 1€ plus chère que le prix sur la carte. La cataplana à 38€ passe à 39€. Je vous laisse faire le rapprochement avec les photos La nourriture est correct et le service aussi.

I ORDERED A SEAFOOD RICE BUT THEY CHARGED ME €49 EURO WHEN THIS PRICE WAS NOT SPECIFIED IN THEIR MENU(THE HIGHEST PRICE WAS AROUND €2X ON THEIR MENU). THEY INSISTED THAT THEY SERVED A MARISCO PLATTER TO US WHICH WAS NOT ON THEIR MENU AT ALL. ALSO WE ASKED FOR 2GLASSES OF WATER N THEY OPENED TWO BOTTLES OF WATER AND CHARGES US FOR €2.5 EACH. WHAT THE HELL EVEN HIGH END RESTAURANTS DO NOT CHARGE THIS MUCH. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DON'T GO. MORE TO THAT , THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS TO THE 'LOWER END' OF THEIR INDUSTRY.... THE HIGH PRICE DOESN'T NOT JUSTIFY THE QUALITY AT ALL....
