You get what you pay for. The only two negative poits: only two bathrooms, and the inexistet sound proofing of the rooms (seriously, the doors have framed glasses, covered with hastly taped pictures of landscapes...so much for the privacy)

Marcamos quarto em Fevereiro para a primeira semana de Maio, quando chegamos lá disseram que tinha havido double booking e que a nossa reserva tinha sido cancelada 10 minutos atrás (só viram o double booking passados 3 meses) , do nada ficamos com as férias estragadas e sem sítio para dormir num dia que a cidade estava a abarrotar devido ao concerto dos metálica, não conseguiram nos arranjar solução para a estadia, e ainda nos queriam levar para o outro lado da cidade, não recomendo a ninguém ficar neste sítio. Pois reservas da booking para eles só vêm a própria da hora, para além que não falam português. Parece que até acontece bastante pois uma pessoa que entrou a seguir a nós também teve double booking e ficou sem o quarto.

Very nice place to stay, not far from city center. Its close to subway, Lidl and directly at tram 28.

War meine Rettung in letzter Sekunde. Ich war mit Freunden unterwegs und mein Schlüssel meiner Wohnung machte Probleme, niemand war mehr erreichbar und dann habe ich bis 2Uhr früh zahlreiche Hotels und Hostels abgecheckt. Entweder war niemand erreichbar oder alles voll. Irgendwann. Total übermüdet habe ich dann dieses coole Hostel gefunden. War super simpel. Rein. Einchecken. Und ab ins Bett. Und super günstig. 15€ für einen Nacht ist sehr cool.

Starting with the positives:cheap, the room was overall clean the bed was comfy.Not too bad location - but not city center. But this place is creepy. You enter the building, weird smell. You enter the hostel even worse, different kind of smell. It's dark, the doors are made of paper, it feels like a haunted house, you just want to get out of there..you won't get the hostel experience as you don't want to spend time there. The staff is not particularly nice and within 5 days of us staying there we didn't see cleaning service once (in our room or in the hostel itself). We felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave it. If you want something cheerful and warm where you are happy to go to, don't choose this hostel.

Os quartos não tem aquecedor nem televisão.

I stayed here for a few days during winter. It doesn't have heathing so the feeling of staying in any room is not pleasant at all. The bathroom is not clean, as well as kitchen, all of the surfaces were sticky and very dirty. The stay here was not nice and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially during winter.

O hostel é pequeno e a localização deixa um pouco a desejar, apesar de ter metrô próximo . Apenas 2 banheiros e a higiene poderia ser melhor. Não possui serviço de lavanderia.

Reservei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. O quarto era tão pequeno, que não dava pra ficar confortável com as nossas 3 malas. O quarto era limpo e a localização é boa, perto do metrô. Apesar dos funcionários serem gentis, eles são indianos e não falam muito bem português, o que eu acho um erro fatal, já que é a língua do país. O banheiro compartilhado e os hospedes não respeitam, homens entram no banheiro masculino e feminino tb e ainda saem de toalha pelos corredores. Acho que deveriam fiscalizar melhor. O hostel fica num prédio residencial em que o elevador é bemmm antigo e acabamos ficando presas, sorte que uma moradora nos ajudou.

the hostel was created in a former 4th floor apartment. so the rooms are small, and only the three street facing ones have some view. sound insulation is very bad, the doors don't keep the noise. the 3 bathrooms are shared, and are not the freshest and cleanest.

Lisbon Angels Hostel provides service to tourist and local people. Well, it is a very nice place to stay in our vacation. The hostel is located in the city of (Intendente) Lisbon. The rooms are very neat and clean. The Hostel is situated in the 4th Floor. They have both elevator and stairs. We can either ring the bell or call directly to the reception to enter.The Hostel has CCTV cameras installed in the most areas. The Staffs are very attentive and honest. They are very friendly and polite to customers. They can speak English very well. They are very professional and the best in guiding us. This is one of the cheapest Hostel ever. What do you want if you are looking for the low price and good service Hostel. However, they do not accept the payment form Card. In Future, I hope they will pay attention to the drawbacks and improve them in the best way. I strongly suggest tourist to stay here and enjoy your vacation.

Local de dormida com sentido espartano. Cumpre a função, dormir e ir embora,vêem gastar muito dinheiro. Não há pequeno almoço. Milagres só Deus.

Despicable hostel. We reserved this hostel and one day before the check in they let us know that we couldn't go there. Unbelievable but true. Rude service.

Me enviaron un correo el último día diciendo que había un fallo informático por overbooking y no nos dieron ninguna solución, un trato por correo pésimo y nos dejaron en la calle el último día. No lo recomiendo para nada.

If you're looking for a quiet hostel this would be a good option. Although my room was between the front door and reception so not the quietest if you are going for one of the doubles at the back it could be a good option.

It smelled bad in the toilets, in the rooms. The owner entered the room in the morning around 9am without knocking the door (2 min before I was dressing up and was naked). The toilet rugs I thought were never getting washed. The shower (where it was supposed to hang) was broken and seemed like they didn't mean to fix it. The trash from our room wasn't taken out since 5 days or so. Somehow in general I had the feeling they didn't really care much.

My worst experience in a Youth Hostel, and I’ve visited quite a few along my travels! We got here at 1:30AM and were told « did you get our email? ». No, we did not but it can happen. Except that for a booking made on July 2nd (and confirmed), we were apparently sent an email on July 20th (24h before our arrival) saying they had overbooked and we got a twin room for the first night and a dorm on the following. What a nice weekend with my boyfriend ... At 2:00 AM, we were on the hunt for a new hotel. In the morning, I sat for 45 minutes at the reception to pay for my night in our cramped room (the one we were supposed to have was much bigger). Finally someone came. Be reassured, we paid the price of a twin room and not for the expected room. And then came the moment to pay. Apparently they couldn’t take credit cards because the machine was down. Trip to the ATM. 3 days here in Lisbon and half a day handling bookings and moving to a different hotel. Splendid start for a trip.

Fiquei 4 noites, estava tudo indo bem, até que me roubaram meu dinheiro que estava em uma bolsinha no fundo da minha mochila que ficava trancadao tempo todo com cadeado que me deram, sempre saia com a chave e na hora de dormir colocava dentro do travesseiro, não sei como aconteceu, sou muito cuidadosa, sou brasileira, sou acostumada a cuidar das coisas, e mesmo assim fui roubada! Estou bem decepcionada!

Cleanest hostel I've been in. Quiet at nights and attentive staff. Very close to a metro station. Neighborhood is a bit shady, but nothing too bad. Definitely recommend.

I will not give the fourth star because two points: 1) girl’s toilet was not only for girls. And due to wc and bath was in the same room, it was the whole day busy. And not by girls but boys. They have their own bathroom but they user the girl’s one. 2) Noises at the sleeping time. Our room was next to living room and the noises stopped at 12.30 pm... it is difficult to sleep. And many lights coming from ouside. But there is an advice forbidden noise from 10pm to 8am. Positive: All very clean and people from service very nice. There is a place near to have breakfast: capri. So good.

Bardzo przyzwoite warunki. Czysto, miła obsługa, dają ręczniki, pościel. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Za tą cenę nie ma czego się czepiać. Polecam ....
