Péssimo atendimento, o atendente sem educação, e o lugar é completamente diferente das fotos, muito desorganizado dos banheiros estão sempre sujos com cestos cheio de papel dando mal cheiro

This was my first time staying in a hostel, or should I say booked to stay in a hostel. As we walked in to the hostel my first impressions, were oh my god really, the state of this place and the smell, but ever the optimist I said to myself don’t judge the book by the cover, might be a great place. We two women had booked a double room and as we were being taken to be shown our room, we were taken to a room where there were eight other men sleeping and we were expected to bunk down with these eight strange men. At the point, I had a real bad feeling about this place. We then had to argue with reception over our booking, to then have them say ok, here we will show you a different room. As they opened the door to this room, we were presented with a naked man in front of us. At this point we grabbed our stuff and went to leave. When we went to the front door it was locked and the hostel owner was not going to leave us out until we threatened to call the Police. Then they unlocked the door and we left immediately without turning back and without any return of our money, as we were honestly afraid of what may happen to us, so we just left and booked in to another hotel just down the road, much safer, cleaner and gave us what we booked with them. THIS PLACE FOOTBALL HOSTEL IS BY A MILLION MILES THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN AND I WAS HONESTLY NEVER MORE AFRAID THAN WHEN I WAS IN THIS PLACE. While the behaviour of the residents and the hostel owner could be innocent, I would warn any female travellers to stay away from this hostel, as you may get way more than you paid for and way more than is wanted.

Bom lugar apesar das camas serem muito barulhentas. Tirando isso, local muito bem organizado e limpo. Só na hora do banho que é uma bagunça, mas faz parte kkkkk

Originally planed to stay for five nights because it was so cheap and was pretty close to the city centre and relevant train stations. Only spent three nights before my friend and I knew we had to get out. This is less of a hostel for travellers, and more of a hostel for long term living of nearly homeless people. The first night the hostel owner was unusually touchy and would not remove his arms from me even when I tried to move away and politely show him my discomfort. One of the long term residents staying in our room as well watched a movie and played music without headphones for most of the night, and refused to turn it down after I politely requested him to do so at 2am. The second night I woke up before my alarm to find the hostel owner just standing in the room staring at our beds. When he realized we were awake he just walked out. The room was also poorly secured. Many people who did not have a bed were in and out of the room all night and it was not possible to lock the balcony doors leading to other rooms. The third night me and my friend were quietly discussing checking out early to a new place as we were uncomfortable due to the behaviour of the owner and other people who were staying at the hostel. We did not tell anyone this discussion and had it quietly in our room alone. That night the hostel attendant confronted us in the room, shutting the door so he would remain uninterrupted. We had to lie and say we were still planning on checking out at the end rather than early. This scared us as it suggested he was either listening to our conversation or able to check the internet history of the place. While the behaviour of the residents and the hostel owner could be innocent, I would warn any lone female travellers to stay away from the hostel. In terms of conditions of the hostel, you get what you pay for. While there was no obvious mess, the hostel was dark and cramped, and looked as what you would expect a $11 dollar a night hostel to look like. The best aspect of the hostel is its location, it was only a 10 min walk to the city centre, and a 20 minute walk to the train station to get you to Sintra. The train station to get to Cascais was a bit farther away, approximately 40 min, but this was also doable and took you through the old part of Lisbon.

Terrible place to stay, especially the bathrooms, toilets.. Beds are not comfortable... But friendly staff.

The first impression you will have of this hostel is the smell. An amazing smell of sweat. Into the rooms the smell is even worse. At this point you will say "well I deserved it, i booked a 5€ room, what do you expect?" Then you go on the bathrooms. A common area where you can wash yourself... Full of water on the floor. The WC doesn't work, there are good smelling brown snakes laying there. Then the other hosts are really noisy. WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN. NOW IM AFRAID I HAVE SOME STRANGE DISEASE.

Awful hostel. Small rooms, extremely crowded and very noisy, bad smell. Hard to find the entrance, they don't answer the phone, reception not helpful and expeditive.

Omijać szerokim łukiem! W małym pomieszczeniu, bez żadnej wentylacji, wciśnięto po 6 osób. Tak, możesz sobie otworzyć okno, aby posłuchać huku z bardzo ruchliwej ulicy - to jest pierwsze piętro. Łóżka są takie, że przy każdym poruszeniu trzeszczą jakby się miały zawalić... Jest duszno, wilgotno, zimno i głośno. Jest chyba 7 czy 8 takich pokoi.... W każdym po 6 osób, a ubikacje 2. Prysznice 4, w tym dwa niezamykane, a dwa właśnie razem z ubikacją, więc kolejki czasem spore... Jest ciepła woda. Głównie mieszkają imigranci pracowniczy z Brazylii... Część z nich szuka pocieszenia w winie... Miałem szczęście, że w pokoju trafiłem na spokojnych i fajnych ludzi... Ogólnie Brazylijczycy zrobili na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Nastały złe czasy w Brazylii i muszą jechać za chlebem. Są tak samo wykorzystywani jak Polacy, którzy jeżdżą na prace sezonowe na zachód... Tragedia... Muszę jeszcze zaznaczyć, że przy rezerwacji widzicie wyraźnie napisane, że wszelkie podatki są wliczone w cenę, a potem na miejscu płacicie podatki jeszcze raz! Booking zaczyna kombinować z opłatami!!

Not bad, not good. Hostel was clean and well located. The problem is only 2 toilets with shower in the same place, so if 2 people are taking a shower, another 30 cant use toilet.

Bedbugs!!! Stay away from this hostel! Bathrooms are disgusting as well, very noisy from the street and from people at the common room! Still recovering from the 20+ bites I had from sleeping there!

That is the worst hostel i have ever stayed at. It shouldnt be allowed to be open!! Horrible place! the staff is the worst. conditions are bad. Everything is broken. the guy that works there is so rude. i would never stay there again and no one else should!

Uma palavra sobre esse hostel: Precário. Não pude usar o locker pois o manager disse que todos estavam ocupados e também não pude carregar meu celular dentro do quarto porque não havia tomadas, então durante a madrugada eu tinha de deixar meu celular carregando nas areas comuns, como corredores e cozinha à mercê de estranhos. E por falar em cozinha, a mesma é nojenta, minúscula e estranha. O único ponto bom desse hostel seria a localização, mas definitivamente não o recomendo!

Lugar bem localizado, a recepção é fantástica..Super Recomendo.

This place was HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! The beds are held up by wooden planks and can easily come apart. Also, the environment is super sketchy and it is all dirty and gross. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Oh no, We spent a night and the place is really messy, the ceilings have black things and they drag the mop through the corridors every second they can, It was always wet in the bathrooms. the place is dilapidated. But its really up to you though

É só ver o número de estrela que já nota a péssima avaliação A única coisa boa é a localização. Funcionários mal preparados, limpeza péssima. Precisei ir ao hospital tomar injeção para alergia e cancelei a reserva para os outros dias. Adicional a isso, que chuveiro é aquele que o "registro" para ligar é o mesmo que de torneira? Kkkkk Tem que tomar banho apertando o botão...senão "acaba" a água. Kkkk É de fato, péssimo e não recomendo. Ao redor do El corte Inglés tem muuuitas opção que deixam o football hostel "no chinelo" e pelo mesmo preço. Indico alugarem um quarto exclusivo pelo mesmo preço que poderiam pagar por um hostel péssimo. Cuidado turista...fique esperto na hora de pagar! Abraço,

A pior experiências que tive num hostel , entre que há barulho ate as tantas da noite, pessoas que entram a qualquer hora da noite, os lençóis não estão lavados....as camas são de mínima qualidade, a nossa reserva era de duas noites e na ultima noite desapareceu algumas das minhas pertencias, já que não se teve direito sequer a cacifo para cada um, era um cacifo para 3 pessoas.... para isto melhor dedicar esse espaço para outra coisa, não para o turismo. Uma vergonha.

The worst hostel I have been to. Photos on the site do not reflect reality. On the site they do not say that every day from 11am to 14pm you have to leave the facility because they have to clean. I have to get up on Sunday because you have to clean up? They say they have to clean but the structure is dirty and stinks. Two dilapidated bathrooms and kitchen. I asked for a partial refund of what I spent and they denied it. I had only two possibilities, either to kill them or go away. I chose the latter because he doesn't have to argue with certain people.

This hostel has a bugs infestation, we saw them on the sheets and walls after an awfal night, so if you don't want to scratch your body for a week find a different hostel, there are others with same price and in much better conditions.

Estuvimos 2 noches, las literas/cocina/baños estaban limpios, el encargado muy educado. El único inconveniente es que solo hay 2 baños para todo el piso (y uno de ellos lo cierran a la noche). Bien para su precio.

Awful horrible place. Really strange vibe and full of random men, would not recommend for solo female travellers. Its more like a half way house or something. Owner smelt like booze. The wall outside would probably be comfier than the beds. All beds wrapped in cling film. It’s cheap yeah but the anxiety isn’t worth it.

Hospedagem barata e bem localizada.

Ciężko jest mi ocenić ten hostel, ponieważ moim zdaniem nie zasługuje nawet na 1 gwiazdkę. Brak mi słów, aby opisać to wszystko co widziałam i co mi się tam przydarzyło... -brudna pościel -do przykrycia jedynie poszewka na kołdrę o wątpliwej czystości, po prostu śmierdziała -dwie toalety/łazienki na kilkadziesiąt osób -wygląd hostelu zupełnie odbiega od tego co widzimy na zdjęciach -kuchnia w opłakanym stanie Przechodząc do części sypialnej: -zastrechowane materace, niezbyt czyste -ludzie, niebędący zakwaterowani w naszym pokoju, wchodzili do niego o każdej porze dnia i nocy, otwierali balkon, palili, byli głośno.. Hostel swoim wyglądem nie zachęcał, ale po męczącej podróży zdecydowaliśmy jednak w nim zostać. I to był błąd. Już o 2 w nocy, po zaledwie 3 godzinach snu obudziłam się, ponieważ po całym łóżku w tym po moim ciele chodziły PLUSKWY!!! Było ich mnóstwo i były wszędzie!! Były na materacu, w poduszkach, chodziły po ścianie i co najgorsze, po naszych rzeczach osobistych zostawionych przy łóżku!!! (do dyspozycji nie ma żadnych szafek). Byłam przerażona, na ciele miałam już ślady po niechcianych "lokatorach". Sprawę natychmiast zgłosiłam pracownikowi, jednak nie był on tym wcale zaskoczony... Zaproponował zwrot pieniędzy jednak dopiero następnego dnia rano, gdyż teraz ich nie ma, bo inny pracownik je zabrał (????!). Pieniądze szybko się znalazły w momencie kiedy chciałam powiadomić o sytuacji odpowiednie służby. Jednak zostałam w środku nocy bez noclegu, a po moich ubraniach chodziły insekty. Zgłosiłam tę sytuację do serwisu, z którego rezerowałam nocleg, jednak hostel nie poczuwa się do żadnej odpowiedzialności, przeprosin. Jedynym pozytywem jest to, że pracownik jednak zwrócił mi pieniądze na nocleg, a po spędzonej nocy włócząc się po mieście z torbami udało mi się znaleźć bardzo fajny, schludny hostel i to w tej samej cenie!!! Hostelu Football nie polecam, a wręcz odradzam. Nie spałabym tam nawet jeśli mieliby mi za to zapłacić!

Don’t go to this hostel!!! After first night we were all bitten by bedbugs! The bathroom was stinky and you share showers with other people. The owner was rude and lying to us just to get other guest inside and didn’t want to give us our money back!

Jak komuś nie przeszkadzają łóżka poskładane na paski zaciskowe i wyglądające jakby miały się zaraz zarwać, materace owinięte strechem i dwie łazienki na cały hostel (ok 40-50 osób) to polecam, w miarę czysto, nie było żadnych robaków, pluskiew ani niczego.

A fuir tant qu’il n’y aura pas de traitement contre les punaises de lit! Absolument ! Je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit et je suis recouverte de piqûres. Sachant que ces petites bêtes sont très dures à faire partir vérifiez les matelas une fois qu’ils auront traité (s’ils traitent bien sûr)

Это просто кошмар!!! На кухне страшно прикасаться к вещам. Спать невозможно, все постоянно кричат, пахнет сигаретами. Матрасы замотаны пленкой от клопов, а кровати шатаются так сильно, что страшно. Ещё тут очевидно есть тараканы. Короче никаких денег такое удовольствие не стоит.

!!!!!SCONSIGLIO!!!! Posto sporco e personale poco disponibile. Più che uno ostello è un centro di accoglienza per sudamericani sbandati. In più, lasciano sempre le finestre aperte per far corrente, anche quando si sta dormendo (l'impiegato indiano entra senza bussare, come se fosse camera sua): ho rischiato la febbre, ma il raffreddore me lo sono preso in pieno... e tra l'altro nella settimana di ferragosto.

Barato que más quieres. Gente maja y bien situado. Ví críticas sobre la suciedad. No es cierto. No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Pero esta todo en perfectas condiciones. Y los que lo regentan no tendrán ningún problema en ayudarte en lo que necesites.

À fuir, et vite!! Nous avions réservé pour 7 nuits mais : surprise ! Au bout de 3 nuits une soixantaine (au bas mot) de piqûres de punaises de lit sur tout le corps. Cela fait une semaine et ça empire. Nous avons pu nous faire rembourser seulement une partie des nuits annulées, le gérant (saoul en permanence) est malhonnête et a fait mine de ne pas pouvoir en faire plus pour nous. Quand je lui ai montré les piqûres il a répondu "c'est la vie c'est comme ça". Nous nous sommes disputés et sommes partis avant qu'il devienne violent, vu l'alcoolémie. Même pendant la semaine, vous n'aurez pas d'intimité car il rentrera dans la chambre à n'importe quelle heure et sans prévenir. Ne perdez pas votre argent là-bas!

Muy barato pero pocos vamos para tantas habitaciones

Lugar céntrico y barato pero el dueño al principio un pesado y el lugar dónde dormirnos podía estar más higiénico

Les chambres sont assez exiguë entre 6 et 8 personnes. Les lits sont super posé et très brillant lorsqu' on se retourne un peu.
l'odeur des chambres n'est pas toujours agréables du au nombre de personne dans une même pièce. Il est possible d'ouvrir la portes fenêtre  qui donne sur une route brillante... À vous de choisir ce que vous préférés.  Il n'y a que deux WC pour tout "l'hôtel " dont un qui est pas accessible pendent la nuits car le propriétaire ferme la porte à clé ou il y a la cuisine une salle de bain, une toilette et l'acceuil.  Si vous voulez prendre une douche ou aller au toilette il faudra donc être patient et encore avoir la chance d'avoir de l'eau chaude pour vous douché. Au pire l'eau glacée rafermi les chères...
La cuisine n'est pas très propre chacun y fait un peu ce qu'il y veut. Il y a la présence d'un réfrigérateur commun ou vous pouvez mettre votre nourriture. Mais j'espère pour vous que personne ne la mangera à votre place
Et enfin je terminerai par l'hygiène de la literie. Je suis resté 9 nuits
dans cette endroit. J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises si s'était possible que mes draps de lit soient changé
'c'est seulement 2 jours avant mon départ que ça été fait. De plus même dans votre lit vous ne serez pas seule. Vous aurez la charmante compagnie de punaise de lit.  Qui vous mordron pendent votre sommeil. Malgré que ça été signalé plusieurs fois le propriétaire fait mine de dire qu'il va entreprendre  de mette de l'insecticide mais rien est fait. De toute façons il faudrait carrément appelé une agence professionnel de désinfection pour traiter se genre de nuible car il y en a dans tout les lits et le mobilier comme les chaises et les tabouret en bois de "l'Hôtel ".
Si vous voulez ramener un souvenir de Lisbonne dans vos valise aller au football hôtel les punaise de lit se feront un plaisir de vous tenir compagnie une fois rentré chez vous.
FUYEZ CETTE ENDROIT NY ALLÉ PAS.
Les seules points positif sont : 
- les gens sont sympathique
-  l'hébergement est bien situé et donne facilement un accès au centre ville grace à la station de métro, de bus et des
taxi qui y sont proche.

Never stay there Receptionist was drunk and he got into a fight with us because we wanted to see the rooms first. When I say fight I really mean it. He called for his friends to fight us. The place smelled like weed and sweat. The most disgusting human being. This place should be raided by police.

There were bed bugs !! And the Mexican lady that lives here with her children is incredibly rude and has no manners what so ever, she literally threw a chair at me because she was mad that I sat on the counter top- I didn’t even know who she was or anything. She just walked in, told me it’s not normal to sit on the counter and then went and grabbed a chair and threw it in front of me before I could even respond. The night only got worse when my friend found bed bugs in her bed and bites all over her body and face. We proceeded to check the other beds in the room and they were all stained with dead bed bugs, if not had some on them crawling already. After we told the owner of the hostel he refunded us part of the money but didn’t seem concerned over the fact that rooms full of travellers will be carrying bed bugs around now. He just said he needs to go to sleep. It all happened around 2 until 3 am and we had to leave the hostel at 4 because we were too uncomfortable to go back into any of the rooms.

I was just staying at this hostel and I got bed bug bites all over me. I woke up from an hour of sleep and had bites all over me. I have photos and videos of the bugs and the mattresses were stained underneath. I woke up the manager to inform him and he right away gave me my money back and then said “ I have to go to sleep”. So now I’m sitting here with my friend no where to sleep. Please don’t come here and ruin your travels.

Un sitio genial, mucho mejor de lo que dicen las opiniones, un sitio limpio saludable y acogedor, el recepcionista McKenzie un hombre encantador, muy recomendable llevar tapones porque el pobre se trago un silbato de pequeño y me revento el timpano un par de veces.

Péssimo, você tem wi-fi acompado de muita sujeira e percevejos de cama vem junto com cada onda. Você entra bem e são doente. Tive uma crise alérgica terrível precisei buscar médico. Sujo... Coloquei 1 estrela apenas para entrar nos comentários e poder alertar para não contratarem esse lugar.

Stay away from this place, just go 1 or 2 euros over and you'll find infinitely better hostels in Lisbon.
