Pelo atendimento merece 5 estrelas. No entanto, os quartos não são os melhores (em específico o meu não tinha janela, só uma ventoinha e estava sempre super quente), as casas de banho também não estavam muito bem limpas. Fora isso, é um bom local, a cama estava limpa e confortável e a localização é boa porque é perto de várias paragens de autocarro

Really nice room for the price. Had a nice kitchen but only had a microwave. The only other bad thing I could say it's the hot water system is an immersion heater, and when the hostel is full its hit or miss if you have a hot shower or if the hot water is running out. Apart from that it's very good and a good location as well

Quarto pequeno com pouca ventilação, sem entrada de luz natural, sem proteção de ruídos, dá pra ouvir os sons vindo dosoutros quartos, não tem equipamento de cozinha, só um microondas, porém, há um item que salvar o local são os atendentes, em especial a Débora e o Bruno muito solícitos , agradáveis, pessoas amáveis, adorei o tratamento dispensado pelos dois, parabéns Débora e Bruno pelo atendimento.

À fuir !!! Chambre sans fenêtre (bon ok au vu du prix) mais sanitaires dans un état de propreté lamentable, impossible d'y mettre un pied. Personne à la recéption le matin pour la remise des clés (pratique quand on à un vol dans la foulée) donc adieu la caution !!

Instalações sem manutenções. Péssimo para estacionar. Rota de aviões. Sem geladeira e fogão. Sem elevador.

Quarto minúsculo, privacidade zero, banheiras entupidas. Quando chegamos para fazer check-in tivemos que esperar porque o atendente chegou atrasado e não tinha ninguém pra receber os hóspedes.

Die Zimmer sind super klein, haben teilweise Löcher in den offenliegenden Dachziegeln und sind ohne Heizung sehr kalt. Das Badezimmer ist dreckig und zeitweise ohne Toilettenpapier. Es gibt weder im Zimmer noch im Bad Möglichkeiten, Handtücher oder Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption erfolgt mangels Englischkenntnissen über Google Übersetzer. Ein Stern ist leider noch zu viel, wir sind bereits vorher angereist.

A Ana (recepcionista) é incrível (Brasileira né?) Rsrsrs super simpática. A estrutura dos quartos deveria ser melhor, quarto frio... Chuveiro muito bom...

Hostal bastante limpio la verdad, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, y la chica que atiende muy agradable.

Think twice before staying here. + Stuff provided laundry service for us (for an additional 8€ fee) + Not far away from the city centre - Stuff doesn't speak English. - Bad smell all over the hostel and especially in a bathroom. - Nice portuguese style tiles in a bathroom for some reason are covered with white paint which is already loosened, peeling and chipped. - Our room was without window but nodody worn us. Though the "decorative" window was visible on photos. - Far from a subway - No cups for tea or coffee (only in very small size like 50 ml or even less) - Very thin walls, we could hear neighborhood's breathing (and not only breathing). We moved to another hostel, which was nice and clean, closer to the city centre and near the Subway station for almost the same price! I totally don't recommend this property, there are much better options available in Lisbon
