The apartment is small,but very well arranged. You have everything you need. The design is modern chic and there is also a small balcony with a great view into Praca da Figuiera square. We really liked it and would recommend it.

Espero el retorno de la reserva cancelada en el periodo libre de penalizacion. Son unos impresentables. Mucho cuidado so decides reservar con ellos, todavia no han dado ni la cara ni solución al problema

The caretaker of the apartment [2016) was very helpful and suggested some activities to try (Troia Beach) which worked out really well! The apartment was colourful but the lock did not work well, the stairwell was dark and scary and a resident of the building was always unlocking the external door because the drunk English couple couldn’t figure out the lock late at night when they came home to loudly enjoy their honeymoon. Worked out well and it was very memorable. Great location!

Lovely apartment for a reasonable price. We cannot complain, all was as expected. Location is great and we had definitely a good time.

Mold in shower. No air conditioning. Furniture dirty, threadbare. Dishwasher smelled like something died int it. 88 steps to the apartment. Very noisy. Dirty hallways with broken window.

Zwei Sterne gibt es, da die Lage des Apartments wirklich toll war und da der Check-In unkompliziert und nett war. Was allerdings für den Preis nicht in Ordnung war, dass das Apartment zum Teil wirklich "abgeranzt" war: Die Türklinke zum Bad hatte nur noch auf einer Seite eine Klinke und war nur lose reingesteckt. Es gab keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten für die eigene Kleidung. Die Wände hatten zum Teil dreckige Streifen. Das Glas der Kochplatten war kaputt. Die Kaffee-Kapselmaschine war defekt und nicht nutzbar. Nachts saß man senkrecht im Bett, wenn die Nachbarn nach Hause gekommen sind, da deren Türschloss, Türknallen und deren Unterhaltungen wirklich deutlich zu hören waren. Die 104 Stufen, die man ohne Fahrstuhl zum Apartment erklimmen musste, betrachte ich als sportlichen Nebeneffekt.

Really happy with this place.. its really clean and well equipped with a great view of the square right in the centre of Lisbon next to Rossio square. Really easy to get here by metro from the airport. Its really hard to find but its right next door to the Eight health food cafe. There was someone there to greet us and gave us a very useful talk, where to go and places to eat etc. The locks both to our apartment and the main door on the street are very tricky to open. You need a certain knack and a large amount of luck. Fortunately during the day and early evening the door is open and the entrance converts into a hat shop. No good for wheelchair users with no lifts and 8 flights if stairs to climb. Also not made aware of any fire exit...

Zentral gelegene Appartments im Herzen Lissabons. Was hat uns gut gefallen: - zentrale Lage - gut isolierte Fenster - hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung mit Kochecke (alles von Ikea) - nette kleine Dachterasse Was hat uns nicht gefallen: - Hellhörige Wohnung. Man hört die Nachbarn klar und deutlich. - Wohnungen in den obersten Stockwerken ohne einen Aufzug - während der Dauer des Aufenthaltes (in unserem Fall waren es neun Tage) gibt es keine Zimmerreinigung, frische Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier o.ä. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies lediglich gegen einen Aufpreis von 35 € möglich sei. Immerhin hat man auf die Bitte nach frisch gewaschenen Handtüchern reagiert und diese eimmal in neun Tagen ausgewechselt. - Die Wohnung ist stark abgenutzt. So war bspw. die Duschhalterung aus der Wand gerissen, der Toilettensitz wackelte, die Türklinke zum kleinen Bad fiel ständig ab, die Wände sind stark verkratzt und zermackt, der Kühlschrank stand lediglich auf drei Füßen und wackelte munter - Der Kühlschrank hat einen riesen Lärm gemacht, so das man Nachts ständig wach wurde. - es gab keine Möglichkeit nach dem Check-out das Gepäck zu hinterlegen und es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt abzuholen. (Wir mussten um 11:00 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen und unser Flieger ging erst um 18:00 Uhr) -Es gab prinzipiell viel zu wenig Ablagen für Gepäck, Kleidung, Beautyartikel... Alles in allem würde ich jedem bei dieser Preisklasse ein Hotelzimmer empfehlen.

Bruno picked us up from the airport and made sure we had tea & coffee and fully orientated us. Great location & great apartment.

Good location, near transportation, many sites and restaurants. There was a lot of construction in the building so it was loud. Our apartment was on the 6th floor with no elevator so be ready to walk up the stairs. The place is a little hard to find as well because the entrance is located through a hat and scarf shop. Walk through part of the shop to get to the stairs. Actually getting into your room may be a challenge as well--we had a check-in time previously confirmed by email with Bruno, the manager, but he wasn't there. Eventually we found someone who could call him and he arrived to tell us our apartment wasn't ready. We had to wait about an hour. Also, we were told coffee and tea would be provided. Bruno said he'd get us some, but it never showed up. For the price it was an OK place to stay, but I'd probably try somewhere else next time I visit.
