Pros: very cheap, great location, and friendly staff. Cons: very old building, the showers in the rooms wore in poor state, the hose to the shower head was leaking a lot of water out the side making it very difficult to shower, uncomfortable bed, thin walls so you could hear everything, there is an Indian restaurant down stairs and the very small ally causes the smell of Indian food to fill your room.

The location is awesome, it has supermarkets and different stores around. The hotel itself is good but old. For the price you paid is a very good option.

Muito bem localizado, localização perfeita, mas o quarto e principalmente o banheiro deixam a desejar, o cheiro não é muito agradável. Quando a parte da segurança achei bem seguro, pois o próprio rececionista abre o portão.

Great location and cheap too. The accommodation was located less than a 5 minute walk from the Rossio metro train station and bus stops. However rooms and facilities were very basic and walls were paper thin. I was woken up early in the morning on several occasions by other guests and also from the cleaners moving about outside.

Muy viejo, la ventana da a un patio en el que hay ruidos de máquinas contìnuamente, el baño da un poco de asquete. Lo bueno es el precio y que es muy céntrico.

Good location in the centre, expecelly if you want to move around there are a lot bus stop and it's situate 5 minutes by walk from the station. Inside, very friendly staff and ready to answer for every question. Also the reception open 24h/24h and always with someone over there. I had a room in the second floor, it was cute but nothing of special. Just a bed, a chair, a wardrobe and a TV, the bad part was just one plug in all room. That was a bit annoying. My room had include also a toilet, unfortunately the toilet wasn't the best. Another negative part was the Wi-Fi. I came from another country, so for me was helpful use internet for collect information and plan the day. The Wi-Fi there was really slow and really really low. I had my internet but in front of my room there was a close building. Anyway the price was really cheap and

地理位置很好，就在无花果广场旁边，但是也是由于在闹市，晚上噪音较多。整体是个很简朴的风格。每天有人整理房间，保持干净，有趣的是服务员每天把床整整齐，还给叠出花样的东西，很有心。住的双人正常间，没有独立便池，洗手间没有门，洗澡时热气都会飞到卧室，潮气很大。没有电视。总体还行。

El hotel esta muy viejo, huele mal, esta sucio, no hay suficientes toma corrientes. No lo recomiendo.

Great value and very good position. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are old with ugly furniture, so don't expect much. Still: great choice!

Nice location in the centre of Lisbon. The rooms are small and without air con, but clean and very much sufficient if you are just going to sleep there.

Ótima localização, atendimento bem atencioso, quarto bom. Mas a ducha do quarto não é a melhor. No entanto no geral pelo valor é um ótimo hotel. Cuso benefício bem bacana.

The staff here is awesome! The actual room we were in was not particularly luxurious, but it was clean, and the location was great. this place is perfect for the budget traveler. Highly recommended!

Bereits als wir die zugeteilte Etage erreichten, stieg uns ein muffiger Gestank in die Nase, der bereits Schlimmes vermuten ließ. Das Hotelzimmer betretend, bewahrheitete sich diese Befürchtung. Es stank nach dicker, abgestandener Luft und Feuchtigkeit. Die Fenster waren nass, als hätte es von innen geregnet. Die Feuchtigkeit hatte auch Spuren an der Wand unter den Fenstern hinterlassen, die übersät war mit schwarzem Schimmel. Es war wirklich eine Zumutung. Unvorstellbar, dass wirklich versucht wird, Gäste in diesem Zimmer unterzubringen. Nach sehr kurzer Bedenkzeit entschieden wir uns, nach einem anderen Zimmer zu fragen, da wir nicht in einem gesundheitsschädigenden Umfeld übernachten wollten. Uns wurde auch gleich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, jedoch mit dem Zusatz, dass da die Klimaanlage (die gleichzeitig auch als Heizung diente) kaputt sei. Nun gut, lieber frieren als krank werden. Wir bezogen also das neu zugeteilte Zimmer, Klimaanlage hat wie angekündigt nicht funktioniert, ansonsten schien es sauber und generell ok. Schnell merkten wir aber, dass auch hier einiges eher suboptimal war. Der Fernseher war lieblos und zudem schief an die Wand angebracht, die Kabel hingen lose vor sich hin. Eine Fernbedienung dazu gab es nicht. Der Abfluss war komplett verstopft, Warmwasser kriegten wir erst, wenn die Dusche für einige Minuten lief. Ein traumhafter Ausblick bot sich uns aus unserem Zimmer. Die gegenüberliegende Wand war vielleicht zwei Meter von uns entfernt und eine Klimaanlage reihte sich an die andere, die sich auch im Lärmpegel zu überbieten versuchten. Das WLAN funktionierte schlecht bis gar nicht. Es ist fast schon komisch, so tragisch ist es. Da nun also unsere Klimaanlage kaputt war, fragten wir nach einer zusätzlichen Decke, woraufhin wir mit einem vielsagenden "ich werde mal nachsehen" abgewimmelt wurden. Natürlich haben wir keine gekriegt. Als wir einige Tage später erwähnten, dass unser Abfluss verstopft wäre, hat sich auch keiner darum gekümmert. Wir besorgten also Heizlüfter und Rohrreiniger (!). Gern geschehen an der Stelle. Die zwei kleinen Seifenstückchen, die uns netterweise zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, waren nach ca. 3-4 Tagen aufgebraucht. Neue hätte man sich für einen kleinen Betrag kaufen müssen (kann mich leider nicht mehr genau daran erinnern, war zwischen 50 Cent und 1 Euro). Zum Heizlüfter und Rohrreiniger kam nun also ein 5 Liter Kanister Seife für 30 Cent dazu. Die Lage ist unbestreitbar super, trotzdem ist das investierte Geld anderswo besser aufgehoben. Zum Beispiel wenn man es bei 120 km/h aus dem fahrenden Auto schmeißt.
