我們沒有預定房間，接待我們的人非常有禮貌的詢問我們的需求；房間裡有一個電暖管可以插電烘乾衣服，這是十分方便的設備~

The checkin is a bit complicated because no one is there. We have to call the responsable. There is lots of rules in the apartment, it seems like we are kids at school ! Management is not great, they did not received us really well. The flat is nice and clean but we were disappointed by the rest.

A primeira vez foi a 1 ano atrás fiquei por cá 10 dias e não tive reclamações...super higiênico e calmo,A 5 min da estação de metro Intendente.....voltei com marido e filha de 6 anos.. E contínuo a recomendar muito bom.

The owner is crazy. He didn't come to receive us, we called him and he hang. Then we found 2 more people waiting in the street for him too. We went tawsy to another place, he called around 1 hour late, saying why we were not at the door, and he even tried to charge us cause booking was made in booking dot Com, where we can not leave a review for this bad experience. Waiting at 22 hs tired for this crazy guy

Noisy street, on tram line. Strange, rather creepy proprietor named Eugenio. Not particularly clean although not dirty. A housekeeper comes in and tidied the room up a bit. Overall, not the best place in the world and definitely NOT worth the €50 per night charge!

Recepção feita de forma EXTREMAMENTE GROSSEIRA pelo responsável. Parecia estar nos fazendo um favor, pouco se importando com o que iríamos achar da atitude dele. Nunca mais voltarei a me hospedar lá, embora tenha um bom quarto e um banheiro compartilhado decente. O que estraga é o proprietário. NÃO RECOMENDO. É MUITO FÁCIL ENCONTRAR ALOJAMENTO IGUAL , NA MESMA ÁREA, POR PREÇO SIMILAR E, PROVAVELMENTE, COM MELHOR ATENDIMENTO.

Really overpriced. Small room, rude owner, no proper soap and toiletries, no good sleeping for the window on the tramline.

Péssimo atendimento péssima comida

Muito confuso o atendimento, o proprietário nos faz pagar em dinheiro para não pagar taxa do cartão!! Troca os hóspede de quarto no meio da viagem, gerando o maior transtorno e perda de tempo nos passeios agendados. Péssimo

Though place is clean.... I would rate less than 1 star just because of Unprofessional behaviour of the staff....he wasn't available and managing everything through phone...he needed payment in cash (even if you're staying more days)... Completely unfriendly...never would recommend this stay...he needs cash urgently but wouldn't bother to release the payment in card immediately (he says it's from bank...and it may delay)..

Es un pequeño piso, con cocina. Hay varias habitaciones privadas, y dos cuartos de baño con ducha para compartir. Hay servicio de limpieza diario y las zonas comunes están muy limpias y aseadas. Se encuentra situado cerca del centro, a menos de 20 minutos caminando a la plaza central (Rossio).

Something is seriously wrong here.... We got aggressively lectured about following rules and then thrown out on the street... The owner seems to be unstable...

This was such a dreadful experience! Apparently, we arrived 15mn earlier and broke some complex set of rules of the hostel, which gave the right to the owner of the place to a continuous round of insults, first by the phone, and after in person. In the end, and no mater how many times we said that we didn't care, that we just want to do the check-in, he literally *REFUSED* to host us, and left us to find new accommodation at almost 10pm in Lisbon! So much for welcoming... Not to mention the absolute lack of professionalism and basic manners. Also is to note that after booking we were informed that he only accept cash, one wonders how much is in fact declared for tax purposes... This is obvious a dodgy business, assuming the tourists/clients are there to be exploited and deserve no respect! Unless you like to be gratuitously insulted, or love the taste of adrenaline in the anticipation of a night in the streets... to be avoid at all cost.

Bem centralizado. Quarto simplew

Local simples mas muito bem arrumado e cuidado. Excelente para quem procura custo-benefício.

1. 我是使用booking預訂這間旅館，booking上有說明到旅館前的聯絡方式，所以我很快就辦理好入住的手續。 2. 交通位置很好，臨近Tram 28E路面電車站及Intedente地鐵站。 3. 衛浴設施又新又乾淨。 4. 因為臨近路面電車路線上，所以電車經過時會有些噪音。 整體而言，我覺得這間旅館還不錯。

The owner was absolutely horrific towards us. We never received his messages with his crazy instructions and instead of being apologetic he insulted us several times. Since it was late at night and other places were expensive we had no choice but to stay. He also charhed us more than we initially agreed on. The place is also full of passive aggressive notes further illustrating his mentality towards customers.

Posizione ottima vicino la metro, e praticamente sopra la fermata del famoso tram 28! Colazione abbondante e camere spaziose.

The owner knows nothing about punctuality. He was terribly late and quite comfortable with that, I had to wait for 40 minutes before he came. The building was locked, so I just waited there in full motorcycle gear after 900 km of road. Besides, they have no parking slots and do not even offer places in the open air. Searching for a place for a vehicle will be your own problem.

Genial Voyage Guest House. La ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del dueño ya que incluso nos ayudó a aparcar en la zona. Cabe recordar que no hay recepción y hay que confirmar la llegada. Nuestra opinión es excelente.Para los españolitos que critican este hostel y que se creen que por treinta y tantos euros al día les van a echar la alfombra roja al llegar, que se bajen de la nubes y un poquito de humildad. Es un hostel, no un hotel de cinco estrellas.

Abbiamo pernottato per sei notti. Situato a due minuti dalla metro intendente. Il centro storico è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Eugenio il proprietario è una persona cordiale, molto disponibile e prepara un'abbondante colazione. La struttura e in particolare i due bagni sono nuovi e pulitissimi.

Chambre et service cohérents avec le prix. Transport public à 5 min.

Estuve alojado en este lugar y el trato fue pésimo, tanto que habiendo previsto pasar unos días en Lisboa, sólo me quedé una noche en voyage guest house, buscando otro lugar para hospedarme el resto de los días. Cuando hice la reserva a través de Internet, el dueño me escribió un correo donde me decía donde debíamos encontrarnos y me preguntaba a qué hora tenía prevista mi llegada, añadiendo que le llamara media hora antes para ir al lugar de encuentro. Así lo hice y cuando me encontraba en el lugar, allí no había nadie, estuve cerca de 20 minutos esperando en una calle que no creo que sea considerada la más segura de lisboa, por fin apareció el tipo y me llevó al alojamiento, me dijo que prefería quedar en la calle y llevarme al lugar porque no había recepción y así no andaba molestando a los demás huéspedes. Una vez en el lugar me dijo que sólo aceptaba dinero en efectivo y que además tenía que cobrarme la tasa turística, en total eran poco menos que 30 euros, pero él redondeó hasta 30 y no me dio los pocos céntimos de la vuelta (era una miseria pero me pareció un gesto muy feo). Después me enseñó la habitación y el resto de zonas comunes y cual fue mi sorpresa cuando comprobé que no tenía nada que ver con lo publicitado en internet. Por si fuera poco, no me dejó entrar en mi habitación hasta que sacó de ella un tendedero que tenía con ropa. Después estuvo en la casa y a unos huéspedes que había les dijo que no utilizaran la cocina hasta que terminase la lavadora que tenía puesta ( alucinante). Por último, el desayuno... una loncha de queso, una de mortadela, un panecillo, un bollito, café y/o infusión. En resumen, una pena. No lo recomiendo

Simple et efficace, très bien placé

Alojamiento correcto para estancias cortas. Mejoraría el aislamiento de las ventanas y la comodidad de almohada y colchón. El servicio fue bueno y el desayuno incluido muy completo
