Nightmare spot. Avoid at all cost. Rip Off prices, rude staff, run, run, run. They charge what they think they can get away with. No prices listed. Patrons were arguing very loudly with the bartender and waiter. This continued for at least 30 minutes with both yelling and gesticulating intensely.
We were taking pictures of the inside of the restaurant and our drinks when one of the regulars jumped out of his seat and literally grabbed my phone. We literally had a fight in the middle of the bar. The staff did nothing. It came close to fisticuffs with pushing and shoving and me grabbing my phone back and my wife slugging the guy. STAY AWAY at all cost.

HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!! Food disgusting, aggressive angry waiters!! Drunk patrons picking fights with tourists!! Charged whatever prices they wanted too! Gives Portugal a bad image. I am a woman and was told to “F” off by a drunk patron. Don’t go here EVER!!

Did not like this restaurant at all. Waiter was very rude, brought tapas to the table which we said we did not want (we had ordered 2 mains). He said he would leave them there and if we did not eat them we would not be charged. Did not get our mains until 45 minutes later (tapas still sat on the table!!). Can only imagine that the next people to arrive would have been given the same plate of cheese which had been sitting in the sun for the 45 minutes. People all around us were getting their food, obviously us not wanting the bread/cheese/olives did not go down too well. One word ‘Avoid’

Carisiimo y muy poca cantidad de comida, nos cobraron 10 euros por dos cervezas! Donde se a visto eso? Ni en el centro de madrid te hacen eso... 8 euros por "una racion de calamares" la cual parecia una tapa de lo poco que era... penoso de verda que roben asi a la gente hay muchisimos sitios cerca mejor y con mejores vistas!

Very nice, no idea why people have an issue with this restaurant. Food was good, service was easy and friendly, price was ok. Good spot for lunch or a drink and watch everyone go by.

Lo más excepcional es su pasión por el futbol. Por 20€ me tomé un refresco, una tapa d queso con una tarrina de pate, pan, un plato combinado generoso y una copa de Ginjinha. La calidad de la comida era buena.

Pas agréable du tout....
Nous sommes debout en terrasse devant une table haute.
Je vais au bar pour commander 2 bières au barman et j’attends ....le serveur revenant au bar, le barman me dit d’aller sur la terrasse et qu’il me les amènera....et paf «tarif terrasse» 3€ la bière au lieu de 2....et le tout pas sympa et qu’en portugais....

O Restaurante típico Lisboeta! Passagem obrigatória a turistas e ponto de relax na vinda do trabalho. A 50 metros da Estação de Comboios Rossio. Óptimo atendimento. Um Must da Cidade Lídia.

Do not recommend it at all!!!
Uff I can not find any good words for this restaurant. Rude waiter, dry bread (1 piece for one 1€), cheese plate for a starter was a disaster and not even close to the value of 6€, drinks were very expensive and at the end when I asked for the bill they just gave me hand written paper. I asked for a printout and they just looked stunted. We just wanted something small to eat with the glass of wine and we got a really "small" service for not so small amount of money. They have deffinetly effect my good mood that evening.
The taste of cheese and tuna pate was good but it was served from a conserve...

REALLY BAD. A perfect example of why you have to check the reviews before sitting down. Cocky waiter, 2 dry and hard small baggels (charged as 2 portions lol), mixed tapas plate was two small cans of butter, two 22 gram cans of fish pate and a little bit of cheese. Not kidding, canned fish and butter (was quite tasty for canned fish though). House wine was nice (6€ for 0,375L).
All in all, an extremely pathetic restaurant, who serves canned fish nowadays and in a trendy european capital? Sad. Highly non-recommended.

Visited yesterday to escape the rain and enjoy first pints in Lisbon and had great fun. Leaving the review as many people commented on the staff but we dealt with three different people and all of them were friendly and attentive. We had a delicious lunch that appeared very quickly and a few refreshing pints of Super Bock. Will visit again before heading home. Thanks all!

Came here 3 times. The food was delicious — try grilled octopus. Amazing sangria! The service was great, attentive and honest. Felipe is the best. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Típica tasca de cualquier barrio de cualquier ciudad. Desmedida afición al fútbol, las decenas de bufandas de diferentes equipos de todos los lugares del planeta que cuelgan en el local lo atestiguan. Por lo demás un local normal y corriente, con una terraza con vistas a la plaza Rossio y a la estación.

the drinks are grossly overpriced and they don't have a drinks menu to show you...... they keep it away from clear sight indoors, and then surprise you with the most expensive drinks in Lisbon........ I would never go there again

Excellent location with nice view for Rossio square, a bit pricey, however shrimps are amazing and are worth it all the way.
Waiter seemed a bit off, but tried his best.

Sehr, sehr einfaches Lokal, dafür war das Bier sehr teuer. Kellner gewöhnungsbedürftig, leicht kantig.
Toiletten alt und schmuddelig. Sonst aber doch ein gewisser Flair vorhanden .

A éviter.
Serveur extrêmement désagréable, presque agressif, nous dit, entre autres, ne pas parler une autre langue que le portugais parce que nous somme au Portugal, apporte un vin que nous n'avions pas commandé (mais beaucoup plus cher), s'énerve lorsque nous lui disons qu'il y a erreur...
Il y a tellement d'autres endroits chaleureux et délicieux à choisir!

Sitio caro, la comida nada fuera de lo normal. Y trato pésimo. Por ese precio te vas a comer a un restaurante en condiciones donde el trato sea mejor. Aprovechan su ubicación para intentar captar turistas que saben van a pagar esas cantidades. No acepten el aperitivo (aceitunas, queso...) porque es el principal motivo por el que la cuenta haga que suba considerablemente, eso por no hablar de la bebida que lógicamente, al no salir en la carta, era de esperar que fuera a ser otro motivo de subida de la cuenta (2 cervezas normales 10€).

Mit den Rolltreppen den Bahnhof hinauf und oben wieder raus oder die Straße und Treppe hoch. Klein Lokal, nettes Personal nicht viel aufwand aber leckeres Essen zu normalen Preisen. Fast ein Geheimtipp.

El sitio es una tasca portuguesa bien situada al lado de la estación de tren de Rossio al que alguien ha decidido sacar provecho crucificando de forma inmisericorde a cualquier turista que se arrime a su terraza, total vistas muy caras y si puedes evitarlo no bajes al servicio a no ser que lleves botas de agua

O Adriano é unha testemuña viva dos lugares tradicionais da Lisboa do XX previa á masificación turística da cidade. Co característico estilo de servizo de bar portugués, o Adriano fica nun lugar privilexiado con ampla terraza sobre o Rossío e xusto a carón da Estación de proximidade desta praza, que permite coller os trens, comboios portugueses, cara Sintra e outros lugares. Na conexión a pe entre o Rossío e o Chiado, O Adriano está no medio da conexión entre as fermosas Calçada do Carmo e a Calçada do Duque. Comida alfacinha tradicional e bos prezos. Pola súa autenticidade local, un moi bo alto no camiño dos paseos por esta parte da cidade que inclúan o Elevador de Sta. Justa, o Convento e Museo do Carmo e a zona de S. Roque.

The worst fish I have ever had in my life. The fish was not prepared at all: the fish was fried with the intestines inside and skin flakes still present. Everything tasted like a mixture of fish poo and fish liver. My girlfried ordered octopus. It tasted like it had been lying on the sun for hours before frying (more like boiling). I tasted it and had to puke out the food Gordon Ramsay style for the first time in my life.
At the time of payment the restaurateur did not bother to ask how the food was. Probably knew the answer beforehand. Instead they billed separately for the potatoes (that were not ordered separately). So the place wasn't even cheap to match the horrible quality. At least the wine was drinkable.

Meat was raw and the fries were limp. The salad looked liked it came out of the ocean. The waiters were not so nice. The older guy was cool but the other is arrogant. Don't go here! Beer is not overpriced though, so if you just wanna get a drink, go and get some.

The food is pricey, but the food quality is not worth it. My bacalhau taste was all vinegar. The barmen is cocky. The waiter, older guy, was very professional though. Could get a job at much better restaurant. Seems like a lottery when trying such touristy places. Did not surprise me when I saw 3.1 stars average when coming to write this review.

Spot agréable au soleil, mais ça se paie. L'eau, qui n'est pas sur le menu, semble facturée à la tête du client. Resto à touristes, pour ne pas dire attrape-touristes.
