Very beautifully decorated room with sufficient amenities. Staff are very helpful. Overall a very satisfied stay.

Nice place, cosy and clean, not too central but well connected and quiet at night. Negative: not much light in the flat and one of the few bulbs was broken.

Poor management experience, NO CLEANING AT ALL.... WE ARE BEEN LEFT INSIDE THE APARTMENT FOR 4 LONG DAYS WITHOUT NEITHER THE PLASTIC BAGS FOR THE GARBAGE and NEITHER WITH SOAP TO CLEAN DIAHES OR FOR THE DISHWASHER. The safe didnt work and I had my documents locked in with my keys and other things, so I tried for over 30 hours to call Beatrice that was the person that open the door the first day and collected all the money, and NOBOFMDYVASSISTED ME AND NEITHER ANSWERED MY NEEDS AND FIX THE SAFE FOR OVER A DAY. THIS IS NOT ACCETTABLE WHEN YOU HAD TO PAY OVER 100 euro per night.... THE SHERATON AND MARIOTT PROPERTIES could cost me less if I knew all those issues ND I had a 5 star service with daily cleaning and immediate HELP BY THEIR FRONT DESK. I paid over 50 euro to buy cleaning products for the apartment....the management refused to me to bring me anything even to disinfect my washroom and as EVERYBODY KNOWS, AT LAST THE BATHROOM NEEDS TO VE CLEAN 2 TIMES A DAY.WHAT A HELL OF STAY IS BEEN. NO COMMUNICATION OR HELP AT ALL, THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS even if you had to use your INTERNAZIONAL PHONE NUMBER. LEFT ALONE FOR ALL OUR STAY AND KICKED OUT AT 11:05 AM cause THEY NEED NANDATORY TO CLEAN THE ROOM FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER.... A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.... LOST OVER 380 EURO FOR JUST SLEEPING CAUSE CANNOT USE THE KITCHEN after the first night cause I had a nice dinner with my partner and the kitchen was very dirty and cannot clean with ANYTHING.PLEASE GUYS, READ MY REVIEW

Très dégradé et sale le linge de toilette et menage pas fait pendant 5 nuits.le tapis très très sale.plus de thé et café.l'annee d'avant tout était parfait.cette année service minimum.pas de femme de menage,elle j'interviens que si on loue 6 nuits.les prix ont a.ugmentes.plus jamais.

Leider war in unserem Zimmer eine Schlafcouch und kein Bett :-( Die Matratze war unterdurchschnittlich, so dass wir ab Tag 2 nicht mehr gut geschlafen haben. Ansonsten eine superschöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Very friendly staffs, clean and newly furnished rooms. Some might find the showerbooth somewhat uncomfortable. The location is not bad, but it is on a hill.

Great location and well equipped. Check-in very straight forward. Walking distance to all attractions - small supermarket just around the corner. Highly recommended - good value. Fast wifi and fairly sound proof from street noise. Would stay again

Appartamento pulito e molto bello, dotato di tutti i comfort e a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Rato... Unica pecca l'acqua calda, eravamo in quattro e a malapena riuscivamo a fare la doccia in due consecutivamente. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Não percebo, como um sítio tão bonito , acabado de ser renovado tem como camas de dormir um divã.?

A localização é boa, o atendimento é bom, o quarto é de bom gosto mas é impossível tomar banho sem molhar todo o banheiro e o quarto podia ser melhor iluminado.

Nice clean studio, very well equipped. Felt extremely safe and location was great - walking distance of busy areas of Bairro Alto and Chiado but nice and quiet at night. Price was extremely reasonable in a city experiencing a tourism boom. Duarte at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Everything was nice and clean, the staff members are very polite friendly and professional, the property is in very good condition and in a very convenient location.this place would be my first choice in any future trip to Lisbon.

The convenience to my husbands dental meeting at the Altis hotel on the next block and to the Alfama area was exceptional. Tomas, our property manager, was amazing in his response time and was so helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend the apartments! (We were lucky to get a parking spot in front of the building..approx €10 from 9am to 7pm. Free after 7pm. No maximum number of times to pay and stay like some cities. Thank you for a great stay!!

The cleanliness and chic design of the apartment was absolutely lovely! And in my many stays around Europe, this was by far the best bed I've got to retire to at night. Location is great as well, and the phone provides by the apartment for navigating around lisbon was so helpful! Thank you inside out, for such a wonderful and worry free stay in Lisbon :)

Very large room, at 15 minutes walk from the historical center. I didnt particulary liked the surronding with an annoying bad smell in the street next door. The service was great this is why I put 4 stars and not 3.

Понравилось обслуживание: мы приезжали поздно ночью, нам заранее администратор выслала все данные для того чтобы мы попали в номер. Центр минут 15 пешком.. Негативный: Номер не очень большой.

Positiv: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Studio war perfekt ausgestattet, nichts auszusetzen! Durch den täglichen Reinigungsservice ist das Zimmer sehr sauber! Die Laage ist gut, die nächste U-Bahn Station ( Rato) ist ca. 5min entfernt! :)

The place is clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Close to the metro. And a big grocery store just up the hill from there. Quiet neighborhood. I wanted to stay but had only booked for three nights and had to find another place, which sucked compared to this place. Forgot to put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and the cleaning woman saw me in my undies. C'est la vie. Best place I stayed in Lisbon. If it's available get it. And if you guys are reading this, thanks again!
