Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do transportu publicznego, cicha i spokojna okolica. Negatywna: Kilka szczegółów: niewystarczająca ilość papieru w łazience czy brak klamerek do prania (a jest pralka). W czasie naszego pobytu dwukrotnie wybiło bezpieczniki elektryczne (skrzynka na korytarzu)..

Negativo: Fraca limpeza: talheres guardados nas gavetas sujos, loiça no geral suja; barata na dispensa e no pátio; lençóis com pó.

Positive: La posizione è comoda, veloce check-in. Negazione: Una camera da letto era senza la finestra, in bagno scendeva l'umidità dal piano superiore.

Positive: Molto carina la disposizione della casa, il bagno con doccia grande e il piccolo cortile. L'apertura della porta con combinazione è molto pratica.. Negazione: Poco spazio per mettere i vestiti di 4 persone.

Из хорошего только расположение. Сами апартаменты грязные и неуютные, а ещё соседи снизу приходят ругаться по поводу малейшего шума.

Позитивний: Гарне розташування.. Негативний: В апартаментах банально відсутнє мило для миття рук. Кухня х посудом, жодного кухонного рушника/серветок. Брудний посуд, брудна підлога, меблі. Запізно прислали листа щодо того, як потрапити в помешкання. Щобвідкрити двері, треба дзвонити з того номеру, на який було зроблено бронювання, проте ним я за кордоном не користуюсь...не радила б там зупинятися. +15 євро за прибирання мали б доплачувати тим, хто відпочиває, адже в апартаментах були присутні навіть забуті сторонні речі.....

Négatif: quasiment tout : - le plus grave c'est le manque (ou l'absence) d'isolation acoustique : on entend tout ce qui se passe à l'étage et aussi dans la rue !! là vraiment, il faut faire quelque chose, c'est trop grave ! - l'humidité : certains murs portent des flaques d'eau !!!! pas de ventilation ! - le manque de propreté ! - la chambre est minuscule ! à mon avis moins de 7 m². - le canapé est très bruyant !! - PAS d'accueil (on a vu personne), un code reçu pas SMS. Même pas une dosette de café, ou un sachet de thé pour dire ! - salle de bain : pas la moindre savonnette !!!.

Положительный: Останавливались в аппартаментах на 6 ночей в январе 2019. Заказывали трансфер из аэропорта, так как приезжали ночью, водитель передал нам ключи. Достаточно просторно для пяти человек. Полноценная кухня с плитой, микроволновкой, большим холодильником и необходимой посудой. Есть стиральная машина. Кровати удобные, белье чистое. Недалеко большой супермаркет Пинго Досе, до метро минут 20-25 пешком.. Негативный: В квартире центрального отопления нет, было весьма прохладно. Есть один обогреватель, но пользоваться им было проблематично, так как электрическая проводка не выдерживала два бытовых прибора одновременно (электрический рубильник находится в квартире в маленьком коридорчике между комнатами). Приходилось выбирать- или греться или готовить еду..

El apartamento es acogedor y dispone de todo lo necesario. Ni está adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida, tiene bastantes escaleras. Los anfitriones son amables.

Positiv: Die Kommunikation bzgl. Schlüssel Übergabe war einwandfrei. Ebenso konnten wir problemlos statt um 11 Uhr erst um 12 Uhr ausschecken. Die Grösse des Doppelbett Schlafzimmers.. Negativ: Der Hausflur war leider dreckig. Das Badezimmer leider nicht mehr in dem Zustand wie auf den Bildern. Die Etagenbetten leider ohne Lattenrost. Betten nur für Kinder geeignet. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und ohne Fenster..

Positiv: sehr ruhige Wohngegend, dennoch zentral genug ins Zentrum zu laufen oder die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Sehr großzügig für 4 Personen. Negativ: Leider hat es mit der codeeingabe an der Haustür zu Beginn nicht funktioniert.

Положительный: Очень приветливый хозяин, разрешил заехать пораньше и положить чемоданы, это было удобно. Расположение рядом с центром города, до площади Россио около 20 минут пешком, что на мой взгляд удобно. Вайфай хороший.. Негативный: Квартира не соответствует фотографиям, которые сделаны на букинг, она весьма "поношенная", все чисто, но ремонт был давно, одна из трех заявленных комнат не имеет окна, очевидно она была сделана из темной комнаты, куда просто поставили двух ярусную кровать, человеку, который там спал было весьма не удобно и душно..

Pas signalé sur l'annonce! L'appartement conviens très bien à un couple , éventuellement avec 2 jeunes enfants, mais dois pas être proposé à plus que 2 adultes. Nous étions 3 adultes & nous n'aurons pas pu rester 1 nuit de plus à cause du lit. Les autres aspects de l'appart sont plutôt sympa & la situation géographique est très bien.

Positief: De ligging van het appartement ten opzichte van het centrum is ideaal. De prijs kwaliteit is heel goed.. Negatief: Het appartement was niet heel schoon. De prullenbak op de badkamer was niet leeggemaakt en de stang van de douche was kapot..

Positivo: Apenas a luz natural que entra no apartamento.. Negativo: Apartamento muito velho. A casa de banho cheirava a esgotos e existe uma carpete no quarto que está mais suja que o tapete de hall de entrada de um edifício. Para apartamento deveria estar muito melhor equipado já que também dei por falta de um espelho grande para que possamos ver como nos fica a roupa q estamos a vestir. Para piorar a situação ainda me pediram 8€ de taxas de alojamento que supostamente a Booking não cobra em separado. Se a Booking não cobra deveria fazê-lo!!!.

Positive: The apartment is located in the old town, quite near to the city center (taking only 10 -15 min by car). It is well equipped with washing machine, large bathroom, kitchen,... It's also convenient cuz there are many grocery stores, nice restaurants/cafe nearby. Negative: It's good when I can contact the host anytime if needing help, but it'd be great if there is someone who can guide us directly about the functions of this apart when checking-in. For example, we don't know that the electricity is quite weak, we cannot using the hair dryer and washing machine at the same time, otherwise, power cut will happen. Also, the heater wasn't working very well, only warm a little bit if we stand near to it.

Positiva: Independencia, porque el casero te envía un WhatsApp con información y la clave de acceso y te olvidas.. Negativa: Pese a ser céntrico estaba un poco lejos de todo..

Positiva: Decepcionante en todos los sentidos. Dos familias con niños, alquilamos dos aptos. El de arriba (para 5), tenía un baño diminuto, faltaba menaje, los enchufes (dos, no había más) estaban descolgados, la lavadora olía fatal, y el sofá cama estaba sin hacer. El de abajo no está preparado para 4 personas. El sofá cama sin preparar, abres la puerta del apto, que da directamente a la calle y está la cama en medio. Las sábanas para hacer el sofá cama estaban guardadas debajo, pero en una bolsa de tela con la cremallera rota, con lo cual puede entrar polvo, bichos...No era el caso, las sábanas y las toallas estaban limpias (eso sí, todo contado, ni una cosa de más), pero nos pareció un detalle cutre. No hay armarios en ninguno, ni sitio para dejar maletas. El baño grande y reformado, los sanitarios si estaban limpios, pero suelo sólo barrido y la limpieza en general cuestionable. El soporte de la ducha roto, con lo cual no se sujeta, y con niños horrible. La lámpara del dormitorio no funcionaba, faltaba menaje. Cuando llegamos hacía bastante frío; pusimos un radiador que funcionaba súper bien (estaba guardado en el armario), y estuvimos muy calentitos toda la estancia, pero el anfitrión quedó en llevarnos otro radiador para el apto. de arriba y nunca lo hizo. Nos envió un dossier por whatsap con información de los transportes y restaurantes, pero le falta información sobre las conexiones de transporte del apto. Creo que con un poco de atención a pequeños detalles la estancia hubiera sido mucho más agradable (limpiar los chorretes de las paredes y cambiar un soporte de ducha no cuesta tanto....).. Negativa: Lo peor, sin duda, la ducha, porque tienen un termo para agua caliente diminuto. Da para una ducha rapidita, el segundo se queda a medias, y para 4 imposible, tuve que duchar a los peques en días distintos. Hablé con el propietario y me dijo que debía estar mal regulada la caldera, pero no es cierto, el agua sale que escalda, y la temperatura bien, pero el termo es enano. Lo dicho, no está preparado para 4 personas, para dos todavía. La ubicación, pese a que mucha gente lo puntúa bien, no nos pareció especialmente buena. Es casi IMPOSIBLE aparcar por esa zona, no hay metro cerca, y en tranvía-bus se tarda una eternidad en llegar a a cualquier sitio céntrico. Las fotos muy monas en la web, pero nos ha parecido, como decía, decepcionante. Ni repetiría ni lo recomendaré..

A entrada do prédio horrível, escadas sujas e com uma inclinação bem acentuada, a precisar de obras, janela do corredor com vidro partido, não vê limpeza à anos, no apartamento o piso não é nivelado, o sofá não é o mesmo das fotos, mas o pior de tudo é o barulho, as janelas não fecham e ouvimos tudo da rua, as pessoas a falar, os carros a descer a estrada de paralelos, horrível, tão horrível que não consegui dormir e logo pelo amanhecer fiz as malas e vim embora nem passei a outra noite conforme tinha pago. Quando fiz a reserva pelo site estava convicta que poderia confiar nos alojamentos disponíveis na vossa página, enganei me. Foi péssimo, estar num apartamento em que o prédio já nem deveria ser habitado..

Positiv: Die Lage war perfekt. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man die Tram. Es befinden sich viele kleine Cafés und Geschäfte in Fussweite. Auch ins Stadtzentrum ist es nicht weit.. Negativ: Das Kinderzimmer war etwas sehr klein und in dem Zimmer befindet sich der einzige Kleiderschrank/Kleiderstange..

Positive: Il bagno molto grande così come la doccia. Anche la cucina è spaziosa ed il cortile esterno molto utile. Bella la posizione della casa e la vista dalla strada sul Tago. Negazione: Una stanza era senza finestre e non si respirava l'altra aveva un sofà ma con le lenzuola e le coperte non adatte alle dimensioni del sofà. Mancava un asciugamano. Tra le cose promesse non abbiamo trovato un bagno schiuma. Inoltre la cucina non aveva altro che lo zucchero. Sale ed olio lo abbiamo acquistato noi e lo abbiamo lasciato per i futuri avventori. Non c'erano tovaglioli e mancavano le capsule della macchinetta del caffè..

Positive: Appartamento pulito, arredo moderno e completo di tutti gli accessori x la casa. Comodo ai mezzi pubblici. Negazione: Le scale d ingresso sporche.

Bello ma mancano un po' di cose sia in bagno che in cucina

Positive: posizione ottima letti comodi terrazza. Negazione: non c'è un armadio dove riporre i vestiti camera senza finestra.

Negativo: A porta de entrada estava cheia de folgas e ouvia- se tudo la fora. O terraço estava todo sujo.

Positif: La grande salle de bain et lave linge. Négatif: Propreté de la salle de bain *douche moisie qu on a nettoyé alors qu on nous prend 10 euros pour le ménage * Insonorisation de la porte d entree donnant sur la rue et logement pour 2 mais pas pour 4..

Positif: Paradoxalement, le mobilier est de qualité : meubles, lits, électroménager, canapé, literie... L'endroit est bien placé, des bus à proximité, tout comme les restaurants et les bars. Supermarchés à 400-500m, petits commerces également.... prévoyez vos chaussures de randonnée, ça grimpe !. Négatif: Appartement pas très propre. Les volets ferment mal ainsi que les fenêtres. Sommeil léger=boules Quies ! Les portes sont détériorées. Équipement incomplet (manque pinces à linge, serpillère...) ou cassé (plateau du micro-ondes). On n'a vu personne à l'arrivée, ni au départ. On a dû se faire les lits... C'est pour 5 personnes, pas plus ! C'est la location à la chaîne !.

Kleines Apartment im EG mit kleiner Terrasse. Für 2 Personen ausgelegt, mit Kind auf der Schlafcouch geht es auch zu dritt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Delonghi Kapselmaschine, Toaster,Wasserkocher,Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine,Ofen und Herd,kleiner TV, kleine Terasse. Es ist ein altes Gebäude mit Holzböden und dünnen Wänden, d.h. man hört über sich die Kinder der portugiesischen Familie herumpoltern und die Geräusche der Straße , also es ist nichts für lärmempfindliche, uns hat es nicht gestört. Dummerweise fühlte sich dieser portugiesische Familienvater durch uns gestört, weil wir vor unsere Haustür standen und uns unterhielten, obwohl seine Kinder sicherlich nicht allzu leise sind... Was eher störte, das es immer dunkel ist, denn es gibt nur das eine kleine Fenster an der Eingangstür , ein Badfenster und die Terassentür zum lüften , das war uns dann halt zu dunkel. Ich bin 181 cm groß und musste immer den Kopf einziehen zur Terrasse hinaus. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt in der Nähe einige kleine Tante Emmaläden, einen Minisupermarkt, einige Cafes in der näheren Umgebung. Um die Ecke fährt die E25 und der 527 Bus. Parkplätze fanden wir direkt vor der Tür. Wer zu zweit mittendrin wohnen und das portugiesische Leben kennenlernen will, kenne großen Platzansprüche stellt und mit dem dunklen klar kommt, kann hier preiswert unterkommen. Für lärmempfindliche und größere Leute vielleich nicht ganz optimal.

Positive: The apartment is small but clean and cosy, with comfortable beds. Good dining area with all kitchen facilities you need. Shouldn't say it is in the central part of Lisbon but the walk took us about 25 minutes. Because of the late arrival, we had to contact the host via e-mail, and the driver of the transfer taxi delivered the key, which was nice! The price is really reasonable.. Negative: not to compain

Positive: One of the two bedrooms was ok.. Negative: The second bedroom was horrible. It was a room without a window and there was a place only for bed. The room was really dark. There was mold in the bathroom. But price vs. quality is quite good. But we asked for a recommendation about parking and the owner of the apartment told us that we should ask his employee who gave us the key from the accommodation. She told us, that we park in a bad place and we have to move our car to the place that she showed us. We asked her multiple times if it is a good place and she told us it is the only place where we can park for free. But we got a fine and later found out, that we parked correctly before in the place where the employee told us we cannot park. We contacted the owner of the apartment if it is possible to get at least partial compensation for this and did not receive any reply. We are disappointed.

Positiva: El propietario nos recibió antes de la hora, lo que le agrdecimos mucho. La ubicación era fantástica y el apartamento estaba perfectamente dotado de todo lo que podías necesitar. Es obvio que el establecimiento se reformó para su uso turístico, pero supieron hacerlo sin quitarle nada de su encanto, como las contraventanas de madera y las puertas, que me parecieron preciosas. Muy cerca hay un lugar para tomar un café regentado por un señor encantador. Ha sido un placer alojarse aquí. Muchas gracias por todo, de verdad.. Negativa: Parece que la limpieza anterior fue un poco acelerada, pero era aceptable. El edredón de la cama de matrimonio era muy corto. Nos divertimos bajando las almohadas para que nos cubriera. Estábamos de vacaciones y en Lisboa. Ojalá nunca tengamos un problema mayor. No hay nada que no me gustase. Volvería hoy, si pudiera:)

Positive: Clean, tidy and comfortable for a short stay. . Negative: Black humidity ceiling in the bathroom. Very narrowed steeped stairs to the second floor: not easy at all to climb with large suitcases or small children and buggies.

Positief: Goede bedden, voldoende ruimte, uitstekende locatie. Negatief: bij gelijktijdig gebruik van waterkoker en meerdere pitten van elektrisch fornuis, viel de stroom soms uit.

Positiv: In einer netten Straße, die allerdings ein gutes Stück abseits des Zentrums lag. Im Prinzip war die Wohnung nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber, aber es gab fast meine Fenster und es war sehr feucht in der Wohnung, dass im neu renovierten Bad, beispielsweise die Farbe an einigen Teilen abblätterte. Die Dusche war sehr schick, aber der Abfluss funktionierte icht richtig, daher hat man schnell das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Die Küche war schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. . Negativ: Die Bilder sind so angeordnet, dass wir dachten eine komfortablere Unterkunft zu bekommen, weshalb wir etwas enttäuscht waren. Es gab wenige Fenster, worauf man hinweisen sollte. Im Schlafraum war kein Fenster. Das Doppelbett war so klein und in einem engen Raum, dass eine Person auf dem Sofa schlafen musste. Ich hätte auch erwartet dass zumindest eine Portion Kaffe und/oder Tee da gewesen wäre. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die wackelige Tür für manche ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit hervorruft, obwohl es für uns ok war.

Positif: La situation dans la ville, au calme et le centre ville très facile d'accès. Négatif: Un peu juste pour quatre personnes

Положительный: Отличное расположение квартиры, рядом находятся паштеларии,закусочные,до главных достопримечательностей пешком в целом мин 15-20. Номер чистый, постоянно были на связи с владельцем,он уточнял,все ли нам нравится. Буду рекомендовать данные апартаменты для визита в Лиссабон!

Pozytywna: Świetnie zlokalizowany obiekt...praktycznie w centrum. Czysto, wyposażenie super - praktycznie bez zastrzeżeń. Negatywna: Sąsiad na górze, był nie do zniesienia. Groził, wyzywał i robił na złość swoim zachowaniem. Nie było mowy o zwykłych - wieczornych, rozmowach na patio - przed godzinami ciszy nocnej - a w rezultacie sam, nie zachowywał się przykładnie. Tupał - skakał i lał wodą z góry. Przestrzegam !

Pozytywna: Blisko do przystanku tramwajowego, względnie cicho pomimo lokalizacji w centrum miasta. Wystarczające wyposażenie apartamentu.. Negatywna: mała łazienka, skromny wystrój apartamentu, problem z zaparkowaniem samochodu

Positif: LA LOCALISATION est ideale, 10 min en bus du centre de Lisbonne.. Négatif: Lorsque le four, la douche (boiler electrique) et la plaque de cuisson fonctionnent ensemble, l'electricite saute. Nous avons aussi du attendre 1 heure dans la voiture a l'arrivee avant de recevoir les clefs. Mais l'hote a toujours repondus a nos questions et s'est excuse.

No quarto apenas uma cama de casal, mas nenhum problema quanto a isso pois encontramos privacidade, pois os demais cômodos estavam todos a nossa disposição: sala, banheiro, cozinha e área externa ( pequeno quintal). Recomendo e um dia que voltar a Lisboa, fico novamente aqui!

Positiv: Sehr angenehm, weil nicht protzig und angenehm normal, schlicht, schön .... Negativ: War alles gut!

Positivo: Cozinha e casa de banho. Negativo: Quarto sem janela onde só cabia mesmo a cama e quente.Limpeza má e cheiro pouco agradável.No apartamento ouvia-se tudo o que se passava nas casas de lado e de cima.

Positiv: Die Terrasse bietet eine angenehme Möglichkeit in der Stadt zu entspannen. Die Ausstatung ist gut, in der Küche ist eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.. Negativ: - Sauberkeit: das Bad war bei unserer Ankunft inakzeptabel dreckig (Kot, Haare, Staub, Schimmel in der Dusche, riesige Kakerlake). Das Geschirr und die Schränke in der Küche waren nicht sauber, die Pfannen und Töpfe rochen ranzig und Essensreste konnte man erkennen. - Sicherheit: die Eingangstür geht direkt zur Straße und wenn man den Zugangscode kennt, kommt man problemlos rein. -Befremdlich: kontakt zum "Vermieter" ausschließlich per WhatsApp. -Die Eingangstür hat zentmeterdicker Spalten, sowohl der Dreck von der Straße als auch jedes Geräusch kommen ungehindert rein.

Положительный: Приветливый хозяин. В пешей доступности от центра. Колоритный такой райончик.. Негативный: Нету крючков в ванной. Для семьи с маленьким ребенком не лучший вариант, так как на 3 этаж по крутой лестнице коляску сложно таскать. И сам район на горах и с коляской там ходить очень сложно.

Positive: Casetta in posizione tranquilla , si può raggiungere sia il fiume che il barrio alto a piedi con una camminata di 10-15 minuti, oppure usufruire dei taxi facilmente reperibili e soprattutto super economici! Letto comodissimo divano letto invece da rivedere assolutamente. Nel comolesso carina per soggiorni di qualche giorno.

Положительный: Чисто.Есть все необходимое.Хорошая сантехника.. Негативный: Аппреты для 4 человек,мы отдыхали семьей,не удобный.Кровать отличная,а диван просто ужасен!Окон нет вообще!Воздух только на"террасе",которая окружена бетонными высокими стенами.Вообщем,для нескольких ночей,чтоб познакомиться с Лиссабоном,нормально,но для 2 человек.Семье не рекомендую.
