Fantastic location and apartments were great. We had two for a group of 9 and it was perfect. The hosts were really helpful with recomendations and sorted our xfer. Would definitely stay again.

its a residential flat so has everything your apartment would - washer dryer microwave oven etc. it does not have amenities such s concierge pool gym etc but of course that is reflected in the very reasonable rate. Close enough to walk downtown, Ubers are plenty and tuk tuks sit across street along a park, coffee shop below- all good. it is self checkin checkout and management was superb. Ines Marques was attentive and helpful to our needs - thank you Ines!

Fantastic accommodations! I stayed here with my husband and son for a week. We we were pleasantly surprised to walk into the property greeted with a lovely welcome note, table set with china, pastries, and fresh baked goods. The refrigerator was stocked with fresh yogurt, juice, fruits, and veggies. Best welcome ever! I am a stickler for cleanliness and the place was definitely up to my standards. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliances easy to use. Please be aware that you are staying in the city so the nights maybe a bit noisy, but other than that the location was perfect and a short walk to a bevy of restaurants, shops, malls, churches, and many sights to see. We enjoyed the place immensely and were definitely taken by its charm.

Lovely property in good location. Welcome was good.Bathroom was a little cold at this time of year, could do with a heated towel rail to warm and dry towels. Needs some of the grouting to be cleaned thoroughly. Would prefer a proper oven rather than combination microwave. Overall a good stay.

My wife and I stayed for 12 days, and could not have been happier with our accommodations. The apartment was spacious. We loved the day beds for relaxing between activities. The view from the front three windows is amazing. Great access to buses, trolllies/lifts, and there are lots taxis around. We enjoyed the central location and all the restaurants and bars right around our neighborhood. Having a washer/dryer made is easy for us to pack light and not incur extra baggage fees. Residentas made sure to give us contact information, stopped by to welcome us, and checked in via email a few times to make sure we had everything we need. The periodic maid service was also excellent. We could not be happier about choosing the Premium Apartment: One Bedroom.

We are a family of four traveling with our son and daughter ages 18 and 22. We had a very lovely stay at the apartment. It had everything that we needed and especially enjoyed the provisions that were available for us. Sipping a small glass of ginger and I am opening the windows to the street was at a very enjoyable experience.

Très joli appartement plein de charme, comme neuf. Excellent emplacement permettant de gagner le centre ville en quelques minutes. Possibilité d acheter de délicieux Pastel de Nata au pied de limmeuble ( parfait pour le petit déjeuner) et restaurant délicieux dun jeune chef à quelques mètres ( Mercado- simply portuguese).

Positive: Very nice place, outside is the view point. The staff is very friendly, easy to get in touch from WhatsApp. The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable. Lots of small touches are really nice, e.g prepare fruit, wine on arrival, also provide egg, bread, juice. The part I like the most is they provide all the necessary stuff for your stay as an apartment. E.g salt, oil, dishwasher powder, and pasta, rice!. Negative: The second bedroom is a bit noisy in the night , cause there are some bars under. But they do provide ear plug

Positivo: É um bom apartamento, bastante amplo. Tem uma bela vista da cidade, pois fica em frente ao mirador de São Pedro. Cozinha bem equipada. Está bem localizado, embora a rua São Pedro de Alcântara seja muito movimentada e com calçadas muito estreitas.. Negativo: A limpeza do apartamento é feita a cada dois dias. Na rua ao lado, Travessara da Cara, nos finais de semana acontece encontro de jovens que vai até altas horas da madrugada, fato que incomoda pelo barulho. O atendimento aos hospedes é remoto, não tem ninguém nas dependência do prédio.

Les petites attentions sont très appréciées, parapluie, cafetière, literie top...
La personne est agréable, arrangeante, disponible, on peut laisser les bagages...
L'emplacement est idéal, au centre de la vie nocturne !. Négatif: Forcément quand on est au centre de la vie nocturne, un peu de bruit la nuit, mais c'est tout à fait acceptable, l'appartement est très très bien isolé !

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und stylish eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer guten Lage, um Lissabon zu entdecken. Wir konnten schon morgens enchecken und wurden mit einem gedeckten Frühstückstisch empfangen - supernett!

Positiv: Sehr unkomplizierte nette Betreuung, tolle zentrale Lage!
Wir könnten das Gepäck in der Wohnung parken, das war sehr hilfreich.. Negativ: Sehr laut abends, da beliebte Bar direkt darunter. Bettenkomfort ok, aber nicht für den Preis. Dusche hat wenig Wasser und ist kaum einstellbar, das ist ärgerlich.
Vergleicht man Hotelpreise mit dem Apartement ist es deutlich zu teuer.

Positivo: Trata-se de apartamento muito confortável e decoração de bom gosto, com excelente localização, bem equipado, com cozinha americana, forno de micro-ondas, máquina de lavar pratos, máquina de lavar/secar roupas, cafeteira, torradeira, refrigerador, condicionadores de ar com dupla função, aquecedor.. Negativo: O condicionador de ar da sala de estar está precisando de revisão pois estar fazendo muito barulho.

Positives: Great location. Room was clean and comfortable.Things to be aware of ...Street outside is very loud and noise is heard all night. If you have a car, parking is at the city parking garage about 2 blocks away. Not a big expense, but helpful to know in advance for planning.There is a washing machine and dryer included in the room and a nice benefit if you are traveling with a family.

Positiv: Einzigartige Lage, viel Platz und geschmackvolle, individuelle Einrichtung. Einem x-Sterne Hotel in jedem Fall vorzuziehen, wenn man etwas Individuelles sucht.
Hervorzuheben sind die mehrfachen Geschenke der Gastgeber, incl kleinem Snack bei Ankunft und einer kulinarischen Erinnerung bei der Abreise.. Negativ: Die Einstellung der Wassertemperatur in der Dusche war schwierig, vielleicht kann man das mal anpassen?

Positive: Appartamento ampio , con tutti i confort , elettrodomestici di tutti i tipi (lavatrice/asciugatrice , lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè a cialde nespresso ecc.), letti comodissimi. Accesso senza chiave con il codice, per tanto siamo arrivati fuori orario , siamo entrati ed abbiamo fatto il check-in la mattina dopo.

PROS:- comfortable stay, good location, easy to get places on foot, very clean- buying grocery and cooking also easy to do as they provide everything you need- The hotel management communication is great and super friendly- we stayed in late Nov, they have multiple wall mounted heaters which you can easily remote control allowing you to stay cozy and warmCONS:- main street/bars near, can be noise at late night - shower water control sensitive, finding sweet spot for perfect temp needs some practice.

Positief: Heerlijke plek, prachtig uitzicht aan de voorkant. Het is in hartje centrum, dus ja het is wat lawaaiig, maar met gesloten ramen gaat het prima als je gaat slapen. Airco kan dan gebruikt.

Positive: Lo staff molto cordiale e gentile, siamo stati accolti con tavola imbandita per un tè con i dolcini e liquore tipici di Lisbona. Frigo e dispensa riforniti con il necessario per una buona colazione. L'appartamento è arredato con molto gusto, ben accessoriato e gode di un bel panorama. Posizione centrale.. 好意的: アシスタントの対応が素晴らしい。
到着したら冷蔵庫に果物、テーブルにエッグタルト、パンが準備されていた。
シリアルやパスタも使い放題でよかった。
ケーブルカーでアルカンタラ展望台の登りきったところにあり素晴らしいロケーションである。
近くにポートワイン協会のバーもあり購入することもできる。
WiFiのパスワードが間違えていたりしたがすぐに対応してくれた。素晴らしい。. 否定的: アルカンタラ展望台が修復中でうるさかった。（早朝夜間もやっていた、公園の端の眺めのいいところまで行けなかった。しばらく続きそうです。）目の前にクレーンがあった。
便利なところにありすぎて宿の前の車を止めるのが難しかった。
部屋がメゾネットだったが床、階段の木の軋みの音が激しくうるさかった。

Appartement sans vis à vis avec une vue sur Lisbonne et situé en face du funiculaire .Cartier animé avec de nombreux restaurants . Cétait pour nous lendroit idéal pour visiter la ville et ses environs . Léquipe est très attentive ( petites attentions ) et discrète . Les personnes de léquipe rencontrées ne parlent pas Français mais un parfait Anglais .

The apartment was absolutely lovely and the staff, particularly Claudia was outstanding! Claudia was so thoughtful and helpful during our entire stay - leaving yummy warm croissants for a morning surprise, making special birthday dinner reservations and checking in on us periodically.The accommodations were just perfect, with everything that one could want - washer/dryer, china, dishwasher, air conditioning, private floor entry and charmingly decorated. It is very located in the heart of the city with close walking proximity to everything - We felt like locals living there for 2 weeks.

好意的: 環境がよかった。２世帯家族での滞在に最適な部屋数。
ポルトガル名物のPastel de nataがおやつに用意されていたり、
翌朝の朝食（パン、ヨーグルト、チーズ、フルーツなど）が用意されていて、細やかな気遣いを感じられました。
お土産もいただきました。
とても嬉しかったです。. 否定的: WIFIが繋がりにくい部屋がある。
少し汚れているところがあった。
シャワールームがガラスの小さい板１枚で仕切られているため、
シャワーの後は飛び散った水で床が濡れているのが気になった。

The best hotel so far. It's spacious, clean,beautiful and comfort decor. Locate on the famous interest point, the hop on hop off bus stop right in front of the building, many restaurants around, staff are nice with good service. They ready everything for you even the cleaner of the dish washer and cloth washing machine. Surprised by the first day welcome snack! Only weakness is a bit noisy at night since it's locate on a busy street with night life bars around. Should pay more money to take the higher unit with beautiful view!

好意的: 着いたらテーブルにウェルカムワインやパン、エッグタルトが用意されていました。冷蔵庫にも自家製ヨーグルトやフルーツがありました。
アパートにも関わらずリクエストすればタオル交換やゴミ捨てをしてくれました。. 否定的: お風呂場の換気扇がちょっと臭いました。
Miradouro de Sao Pedro de Alcantaraの真ん前なのでロケーションは最高ですが、夜景を見に来る観光客で少し煩かったです。

The check in was easy and fast. Mónica welcomed us at the apartment and gave a quick overview about the apartment and facilities. We loved the nice touchs, they provide a delicious Nata, fresh bread and load thle fridge with breakfast stuffs. Beside, the great design of the apartment -i fall in love with te dining set, and cooked just to use them-. The location is good, its in the middle and you can reach everything by walk or public transportation. They also provide great recommendations, maps, and guides.There is only one negative comment, there is a garden and bar just under the windows, so, the noise and music doesnt stop before 1 a.m. You can hear the sound even if that we colse the windows and open the a/c just the cover the noise with machines noise.

Positiivinen: Valoisa ja viihtyisä asunto. Meistä huolehdittiin hyvin ja jokainen yksityiskohta oli mietitty valmiiksi, joten oli todella helppoa vain rentoutua!. Negatiivinen: Sijainti on hieno mutta samalla myös jonkin verran meluisa, koska ravintoloita sijaitsee paljon tällä alueella. Meitä se ei häirinnyt, mutta herkkäunisilla saattaa olla vaikeaa.

Positiv: Fantastisk mottagande när vi kom till lägenheten vid 23-tiden, fint dukat bord med god nattmat och välkomstbrev. Kylskåpet laddad med ägg, mjölk, juice,yogart mm för vår första frukost. Fräsch och fin lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över Lissabon. Jättebra läge i stan Sista kvällen ett avskedsbrev och presentpåse. Allt detta för ett bra pris. Vi rekommenderar verkligen denna lägenhet. Negativ: Vi har inget att klaga på.

체크인하고 들어갔을때, 식탁에 놓인
환영메시지와 함께 빵, 전통술, 기타 간식까지 놓여있어서 감동이었습니다.
잠자리도 아늑하고, 숙소도 아주 고급스러워서 좋았습니다. 주방시설이나 식기도 아주 품질이 좋았습니다.
그리고 스태프 분들의 친절은 기대이상으로
체크아웃후에 짐을 맡겨놓았는데, 나중에 짐을 찾고나서 공항으로 가는 차를 탈때까지 직접나와서 차도 잡아주고 배웅까지해주어서 마치 리스본의 친척집에 들렀다온 기분이 들었습니다.
