Requested a bigger load. At first, good experience with communication. Suddenly, communication dropped without any reason, not picking up the phone for several days, no answer to E-Mails. According to Neutroplast, no subsidiary of them. Behavior seems unreliable.

I have had dealings with a good few packaging company's and Package-point are by far the worst. On one order I was left short over 500 bottles, this was rectified (slowly) in fairness. Then I placed another order for 10,000 bottles. I soon found out that I was left short over 4500 caps! I told them, and after 2 weeks of messing my replacement caps were received only to find I was still short caps. On top of the obvious problem with these people not being able to count or use a scales properly the quality of the last batch of bottles was deplorable! A very weak base and spots on the walls where in places the material was as thin as 0.2mm. Wall thickness over the entire batch was very inconsistent, some being very hard, others so soft the machinery could not even grip them. There was lots of bottles that didn't form properly also! Please do not even consider using this company!
