Foi a primeira vez que aluguei um carro nesta agencia de aluguer, no aeroporto do Porto.
Começou mal e terminou mal, para além de um serviço mais que lento do shuttle no aeroporto para nos levar para a Agencia e recuperar o carro em que estivemos 40 minutos à espera que nos viessem buscar, e com um bébé não é facil. Chegados à agencia fizeram-nos ficar com mais serviços do que aqueles que estavam previstos no contrato com a desculpa que não podiam entregar o carro, ficamos mais de 40 minutos na Agencia, deram-nos o veiculo na reserva e num estado deploravel de carrossaria e interior. Para alem disso nao marcaram tudo o que deveriam no contrato e no ato da entrega vieram com a desculpa que faltava peças?!? O Serviço deixa muito a desejar.

My flight was delayed and even though I had called beforehand and had been told that someone would be waiting for me, no one was there. I waited for a whole hour, asked around and tried to reach the company. As it was midnight it wasn’t possible to get another kind of transport and I had to take a taxi and spend the night in a hotel.
I asked for the money I had had to spend for the taxi and hotel but after a few month I was told that someone had been there... very strange, as I even asked people from other car rentals and the security guys in the airport.
That means that I have lost a lot of money because of the ‘service’ of drive on holiday.
I used to be happy with the service but this situation is unacceptable!!!

Worst 'get off the plane' experience ever! Transfer van had an accident, driver left us stranded for 20 minutes and only took us to the office when I yelled that it was inappropriate to leave us on the highway. Staff felt justified that the whole experience was fine. Still no apology. Definately not giving them permission to take a €1500 bond. Absolute a-holes.

I extend the previous review...If I could I would give 0 star, this is by far the worst car rental experience I had in my life.
My husband waited for 3 hours to pick-up the car in Porto (airport) because I have booked a car under my name (w/ a additional driver) and I wasn't there in personal to pickup the car.
The main reason was because I was 8 month pregnancy with a 1yr and a half baby and 8 yrs old child, waiting in the lobby of the hotel to my husband come back so we can continuous are vacation thru Portugal.
After any chance to resolve the situation and if their threats that the reservation was going to be cancel (because we were out of time by that time) and a penalty fee would be charge, I had to pick up a taxi to run all city thru airport to resolve the "problem" that were complain.
A soon as I already, the staff team was changed (after 4 hour), they were now saying that I was not able to pick-up the car because I have only my ID (w/ photo) and drive licenses but not my passport. This is absolutely unacceptable!! Passport is not a MUST HAVE document you need to have to pick up a rent car...I have never heard that before in any rent a car company, all over the word. We finally have the manager assistance us and was able to continuous are trip.
But of course, our nightmare with this TERRIBLE company, hasn't finished....because of that delay we have to rescheduled and reprogrammed the rest of our trip and we have delivered the car at final destination (Lisbon) with a delay of approximately 4 hours after the contracted time.
My husband was alone again, unfortunately, didn't have all the details of booking / contract terms and they charged him a penalty fee of 30% of booking rental (EUR270) for delivery the car 4 hours, not 4 day, 4 hours after the proposed time!!!! Their argument was that this is the terms in contract and that we need to contact the company we had made the reservation and their support (after pay it) to claim about any complain.
Seriously, runaway of this company!!!! They offer "low cost" at beginning and you end your trip paying more and with sooo much headache!

Tak zgadzam się z przedmówcami ta wypożyczalnia to katastrofa.
Samochód wypożyczaliśmy w Lizbonie. Na lotnisku nie mają stanowiska i dowozi autobus czekaliśmy 20 min. Autobus mają tylko jeden i nic dziwnego bo w biurze czekaliśmy 40 min. Samochód zamiast Nissana Juke Fiat 500X. Przy oddawaniu na szczęście zarezerwowaliśmy więcej czasu. Pracownicy mocno zmęczeni dużym przerobem i brakiem odpoczynku. Ta wypożyczalnia to wstyd dla całej Portugali.

If I could I would give 0 star, this is by far the worst car rental experience. We waited more than 4 hours in horrible conditions to have our cars, they have rented far more cars that they have. Organisation and attitude of people working there is the worst example of service. Avoid at any cost
