deanna melo: The owner was absolutely horrible to me and my family. I took four photos of ceramic items to send to my boyfriend in Canada for his opinion on what I should bring home for his mother. The owner abruptly started yelling at us for taking photos. We immediately apologized profusely as we did not see the tiny sign. He continued to yell at us regardless of our sincere apologies and saying we did not see the sign. I tried telling him that I was trying to get someone’s opinion but he called me a liar and accused me of trying to “steal his designs”. I’m just a tourist from Canada looking to buy souvenirs. At that point, I could not take his yelling and humiliating me for several minutes and decided to take my money elsewhere.

Really Really Love this place.... Nós amamos totalmente o estilo e seus produtos são construídos muito bem. Então porque apenas 4 estrelas???? Cada encomenda que fizemos teve sempre um pequeno defeito que exigiu uma substituição. Não é sério, apenas irritante. Não se esqueça de verificar o seu pedido. MAS sempre foram muito solidários, simpáticos e diligentes na correcção de qualquer problema. Ótimo lugar. Em breve voltaremos a comprar lá. Comprou vários suportes de descarga, dois lustres diferentes e um par de ventiladores de teto.

FUI RECEBIDO PELA SHANNON MUSHANT NO ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE COM UM SORRISO E UM OLÁ MUITO ALEGRE. QUANDO A SUA PRIMEIRA CHAMADA FOI UM NÃO, ELA DISSE QUE ME DEIXASSE EXPERIMENTAR UM OUTRO LUGAR. EU NÃO CONHEÇO MUITA GENTE QUE ME DARIA O TEMPO EXTRA. COMO ESPEREI ELA AJUDOU OUTRA PESSOA... ELA É REALMENTE UMA PESSOA ESPECIAL. FELIZMENTE O MEU CARTÃO FOI ENCONTRADO COM O SEU SEGUNDO TELEFONEMA. POR FAVOR, CERTIFIQUE-SE DE RECONHECÊ-LA
