What a lovely historical place! Easy to visit from Lisbon, since there are so many buses..!

Lugar lindo, é como voltar no tempo e tentar imaginar como seria andar nestas ruelas em tempos medievais, para quem ama séries medievais é um convite a imaginação.
O acesso é ótimo, dá para estacionar na entrada.
O bom é não ter medo de andar, a cidade dentro da muralha é pequena, então dá para desbravar bastante.
Para quem quer economizar é bom levar um lanchinho, o almoço por pessoa um prato de bitoque com bebida ficou em torno dos 15€.
E levar água, pois andar dá sede kkkk.

Visited by chance on the way to Nazare, but got hooked to stay for 3-4 hours. It is a Medieval city with castles, churches, gift shops, restaurants. The atmosphere was great as there were not many tourists while I visited the place.

Local com grande visita de pessoas, principalmente por turistas de todas as nações, principalmente por pessoas oriundas dos países asiáticos, a maioria chineses e japoneses. Este lugar é visitado o ano inteiro, a altura forte é a feira do chocolate... Durante o verão a confusão é enorme. O estacionamento é bastante largo, algum dele é pago, mas normalmente a sempre lugar para mais um.

城壁に囲まれた街で、家々に、花が咲き乱れ綺麗です。
城壁はグルッと、上を一周でき、思ったより高く！眺めはサイコーです。
ブラブラしながら、可愛いお土産屋さんのぞきながら、疲れたら、お茶や、ビールで、ノドの乾きをいやしてたら、あっと言う間に、3時間位かかりました〜
どこの小道も、歩きたくなる、石畳のキレイな、小道でした〜

리스본에서 포루투 가는길에 처음 들린곳. 성벽앞 주차장이 시간당 1유로정도입니다.
동네 한바퀴 도는데 두시간 이면 충분합니다. 아기자기 이쁜 동네 입니다. 왕이 여왕에서 선물로 줄 만한 마을 입니다. 안에 그곳에서만 먹을수있는 베이커리와 술집이 있습니다. 꼭 가셔서 맛보시길.. 여행의 또다른 추억이 될듯합니다.

Très beau village fortifié. Vaut le détour. Atençao, les murailles sont très étroites donc à déconseiller aux enfants. Promenade très sympa dans les rues entièrement dédiées aux piétons dans une ambiance très moyen-âge.

Seguramente sea uno de los sitios más desconocidos para los turistas en Portugal, y realmente merece la pena acercarse y perderse por sus callejuelas. Lugar con un encanto increíble, tanto de sus construcciones, como las calles como los propios comercios que se encuentran por sus callejuelas. Nosotros llegamos al atardecer, y poder contemplar el atardecer desde lo alto de su muralla es indescriptible. Imprescindible comprar la botella mítica de chupito de guindas. No habéis probado nada igual seguro. 100% recomendable

Una ciudad que desconocía y sin duda me sorprendió gratamente, muy limpia se puede andar por su totalidad con muchos callejones rincones con encanto. Muchísimas tiendas de artesanía y tiendas en general de ropa recuerdos restauración y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de este rinconcito de pueblo medieval. Me sorprendió el que puedes andar por toda su muralla eso si con mucha precaución ya que por un lado está el vacío con una caida muy interesante, un castillo espléndido muy cuidado y conservado todo el pueblo está muy limpio y cuidado no pierdas la oportunidad de verlo si te pilla de paso

Ville fortifiée entourée de grands remparts pratiquable sur une grande partie. Attention aux personnes sujettes aux vertiges les remparts ont une largeur de moins de 1,50 m et ne sont pas sécurisés comme les escaliers avec des passages délicats à éviter pour les gens peu mobiles. Le village par lui-même est jolie mais basé sur le tourisme. Un peu trop même

Nice small ancient city with narrow alleys and many tourist shops and restaurant. I recommend spending few hours here, not more. You will enjoy and not be fed up. Unless you have alot of time, and want to explore many small alleys that tourists usualy don't get there. It has a sence of charm. You can find many corners of beauty, to take artistic photos, if this is your hobby.
The prices here are not low comparing with other touristic sites in Portugal. But the natives are very welcoming and friendly, if you don't make to mistake going to be hosted by a site that try to play the role of servicing knights.

Una ciudad medieval super bonita. Esta muy bien cuidada. Se puede caminar por encima de la muralla casi en su totalidad. Tiene un castillo de los mejores que he visto de lo bien cuidado que está.
Dentro de la muralla , el pueblo está en muy buen estado. Todas las casas tienen tiendas. Las vistas desde arriba son impresionantes. Recomendable 100%

Obidos est incontournable mais comme bon nombre d'endroit c'est saturé de monde dans les belles ruelles. Monter d'abord sur les remparts, vous serez déjà moins nombreux, car il n'y a pas de rambardes, c'est étroit, de nombreuses marches, déconseillé avec de jeunes enfants. Par contre de superbes perspectives sur l'ensemble de la vile et sa campagne environnante. Prendre ensuite un bain de foule et flâner dans les boutiques, goûter impérativement la spécialité local qu'est la Ginja, une liqueur de griotte dans un contenant en chocolat, vous ne vous ruinerez pas (1,5€).

Si vous vous trouvez à Lisbonne, ne manquez pas la visite d'óbidos. Un haut lieu du tourisme au Portugal. Il s'agit d'une ville fortifiée de 3400 habitants, environ, occupée par les maures en 1148 et fortifiée en 1527. La ville a conservée depuis la même superficie..
conseil : prenez les ruelles traversières pour prendre de la hauteur et rejoindre les remparts..

Portekiz'in şirin mi şirin, tursitik kasabası Obidos'un surlarla çevrili tarihi bölümüne giriş kapısı olan surlar ve kaledir burası. Merdivenler yardımı ile üst kısımlara çıkıp tarihi şehri ve etrafı seyredebilirsiniz. Obidos'u ziyaret etmeyi Portekiz'e giden herkese öneririm.

Óbidos is easy to reach by direct bus from Lisbon and very inexpensive. The bus leaves from a side street just outside the Lisbon bus terminal. Plan 3-4 hours here at most. It’s easy to walk and thoroughly enjoy in that time frame. It’s somewhat touristy but still beautiful.

Sehr schöner, historischer Ort. Eine Wanderung auf der Stadtmauer gehört unbedingt dazu. Es gibt viel zu entdecken, aber man muss sich, wie üblich in Portugal, durch Menschenmassen kämpfen.

리스본에서 포르토로 가는 길목에 위치한 작고 아담한 성채로 둘러싸인 마을입니다. 작은 커피숍에서 커피한잔 하고 마을을 둘러보는데 2시간 정도 걸린듯 합니다. 골목길 양쪽에 위치한 기념품 상점과 카페 그리고 개인 공방을 둘러보는 재미가 여느 유럽 소도시 못지않은 소소한 재미를 느낄 수 있습니다. 다만 잘 정돈된 보행자 도로가 아니니, 캐리어를 갖고 다니시기에는 다소 힘들 수 있습니다.

C'est la porte d'entrée pour accéder aux remparts d'Obidos.
Cette partie est entièrement recouverte d'azulejos.
Cela donne encore plus un caractère ancien aux lieux.

Gorgeous medieval little town fortified within walls that lead to a historical castle. All along the way, there are small boutiques and stores that sell medieval items of all sorts. There's even a medieval clothing rental store where you can rent a gown and buy a beautiful handmade fresh lavender head garland (or men's outfit) and join the rest of the parade (or not). The day we went, there was a medieval parade that led inside the castle. Once inside, you saw artisans (dressed up in medieval clothing) making knives, liquors (the most amazing cherry liquor), armors, pelts, belts, linen, jewelry, etc...all old fashion replicas BUT made in the same old fashioned way they did centuries ago, in front of your eyes. The prices are so reasonable and they are so very well constructed/crafted. I highly recommend you purchase a bottle of their liquor and look into their linen as well, it is handmade and the workmanship is amazing (and affordable).

성한바퀴돌고 마을구경 한시간이면충분. 주차는 공영 주차장에서. 긴자는 모든 가계가 가격은 거의 동일합니다. 1-1.5 유로정도.

La ville d'Obidos est au Portugal ce que le Mont Saint-Michel ou Carcassonne sont à la France. Il faut absolument aller se promener le long des murailles, passer ces portes fortifiées et surtout, passer la nuit dans cette ville close qui ne devient supportable que lorsque les cars de touristes s'en sont allés.

Circunda toda o vilarejo! Você pode caminhar por toda a extensão do vilarejo pelas muralhas, apreciando a vista!

Na data que estive la estava tendi um festival de chocolates dentro do castelo!
Normalmente a entrada é gratuita, apenas nesta data era necessário pagar, devido a degustação dos chocolates!

There is a lovely storefront by the gates that offers one of the best cherry wine ever. (Sweetness and alcohol content, well-balanced) served in a chocolate cup (or any cup of your choice). They are kind enough to provide a pottery jar by the counter to dispose the toothpicks. Recommend to drop by either when you're entering or exiting the city walls.

Climb the steps up to the walls to see outstanding views across Obidos and the surrounding area. But beware, the steps are high and steep. Once on the walls beware, they are very narrow and have no hand rails. If you walk to the end and go down to the town the steps end half way down and you have to scramble down the very slippy rocks.

Nice medieval fortified walls. Beware of slippery steps and streets during rainy, coudy or misty season. Walls not as clean as expected, you can see garbage disposed in the narrow streets everywhere except on the main street and surrounding alleys with restaurants and bars.

Ein sehr gut erhaltenes Burgdorf. Bei einem Aufenthalt In Centralportugal darf der Besuch von Obidus nicht fehlen. MSN kann durch die Gassen des Dorfes laufen Und die verschiedenen Geschäfte laden zum Verweilen ein. Auch ein Rundgang auf der gut erhaltenen Stadtmauer belohnt mit wunderbaren Aussichten.

És una visita interessant.
Nosaltres hi vam anar de passada, esperant que foa un poble enmurallat restaurat i també pensant en comprar-hi una ampolla de Ginja de Òbidos i va ser unagran experiència.
A l'entrada hi ha molt aparcament, ja que el poble no és accesible en cotxe, hi ha tota una part d'aparcament de pagament, però una mica més allunyat és gratuït.
A l'entrada hi ha una oficina d'informació turística amb personal molt amable i eficient, no et donen molta informació però quan entres al poble te n'adones de que no és necessari.
Passant la porta d'entrada es pot pujar a les muralles i fer la volta sencera al poble per dalt, baixant un moment a la zona del castell on es pot visitar una llibreria molt curiosa.
Després per dins es un poble estil medieval, amb moltes botigues artesanals i turístiques.
Molt recomanable.

Wonderful place to spend a morning exploring it with your family, loads of coffee shops and amazing people who will answer your questions and help any way they can.
Beautiful place to take photos inside and outside of the castle and the landscape around it is just gorgeous.
One thing I didn't like was the amount of cars inside the castle which shouldn't be the way it is.

Great place to spend 3 hours to look around. There are many small shops with lovely souvenirs. The streets and buildings here are historic. You can also walk along the wall.

オビドス城は町自体が要塞化された城、現在も人が済み生活している大変貴重な場所ですね。
ホテルの部分を除いて城壁の上を徒歩で回ることができ、そこから見る風景は城内城外とも最高です。

Крутое место, по дороге из Порто в Лиссабон всем заезжать обязательно!!!)))
Мы были около 17.00, народ разезжался и не было толп. На территорию замка проход бесплатный, обязательно пройтись по стене с которой открываются великолепные виды.

Obidos es una de las poblaciones más pintorescas de Portugal. El compacto casco antiguo está lleno de callejuelas empedradas y casas pintadas tradicionales, en tanto que toda la ciudad está rodeada por los sólidos muros de la ciudad. Tradicionalmente, Obidos era propiedad de la Reina de Portugal, un hecho que ha garantizado el amoroso cuidado y mantenimiento de todas sus casas y tiendas. Por esta y otras muchas razones, no hay mejor ejemplo de ciudad tradicional portuguesa que Obidos.
