Horrible experience. I had pain in my shoulder. Went to see a doctor. He told me to take x-rays so I went to see an MRI clinic they recommended. I had to pay out of my own pocket 250 EUR !!! since my insurance didn't cover this - the doctor was on vacation so I would have to wait couple weeks to hear the result. Well the doctor never contacted me and I had to ask several times what the result from the MRI clinic which is not their job to tell a patient what the result is. Absolutely stunned by the lack of customer service given by Desporsano. I wasted a lot of money for nothing. Eventually I asked my friend who is a doctor and specializes in xrays readings if the result was negative or positive. The fact the clinic and the doctor never contacted me I found truly unprofessional. If you send a patient to undertake xrays at a recommended clinic you should have communications. There was zero support whatsoever.

The Doctors are really nice and professional. If you have a sports related injury I would totally recommend this place. It's best if you have insurance as you will pay much less :p
