Local Colares , Sintra com vista para a serra num edificio recuperado da antiga estação do comboios eléctricos encontra-se uma fábrica de cerveja artesanal . Brew pub Hopsin supreendeu-me pela positiva pelo espaço , pela simpatia e subretudo pela qualidade das cervejas , 8 torneiras , 8 boas experiências , recomendo vivamente.

A fantastic local brewery with a selection of beers to suit every taste.. my favourite is the cinnamon flavoured beer. The owner is second to none in his passion for brewing beer and on certain days you can take a tour of the brewing facilities. They have tasting trays that let you sample 5 beers at a very reasonable price and a small menu of food to cater for your hunger.. the specials on the menu are the English, Italian and German toasted sandwiches which are extremely well made. If you enjoy beer you will find yourself at home here. The building is a registered local landmark where the trams used to stop. You can catch a tram from Sintra right to the brewery. During the warmer months the building benefits from a terrace with a fantastic view of the Sintra mountains. Highly recommended as a stopping point.
