Com exame marcado e atraso de tal forma que desisti, desorganização total no atendimento se não têm capacidade de resposta aos utentes não podem aceitar tantas marcações horas de espera tal como nos piores hospitais, 1a e ultima vez que usei esta clínica.

Um local a não voltar,já que das 3 vezes que houve a necessidade de recorrer à clinica, houve muita demora para realizar os exames/colheita de sangue, atendimento arrogante por parte da funcionária da recepção e má gestão no agendamento, o que resulta em intermináveis horas de espera.

Sinceramente até me custa um pouco ler um comentário que vi aqui de uns senhores supostamente ingleses, a dizer que tiveram uma má experiência nesta clinica, porque eu conheço bem quem trabalha nesta clinica e garanto a todos que são os melhores profissionais que podem encontrar. My name is Diogo Cabral, I'm 28 years old, I've lived in Belas since I was a child, and I've been going to the Belassistil clinic for many years and I just have to say that the people in charge of this clinic are one of the references that Belas has in regards to professionalism, , honesty, everything a person needs to trust a company and its services. It honestly even seems super strange reading a comment here from English people( I suppose), saying that they had a bad experience in this clinic, because I know very well who works in this clinic and I can assure everyone that they are the best professionals they can find. And this is not misleading advertising, It is the purest of truths. You just need to go there and find out with your own eyes =). I assure you that you will be very happy! Local a não voltar, rececionista incompetente e arrogante, percebi agora a razão da clínica estar sempre vazia, saudades da antiga gerência que durante anos nos serviram com competência e simpatia

Já recorri por diversas vezes a esta clínica e fui sempre bem tratado. Muito atenciosos e profissionais

I am sorry to write in English but we have just arrived from England and although we are learning Portuguese we are not ready to write yet! We attended for health checks for our Portuguese driving licence. We arrived with all of our paperwork but unfortunately our health forms had been issued without a number. Obviously that was a problem and we understood that. What was terrible was that the doctor we were meant to see was incredibly rude. He didn’t even introduce himself but starting shouting aggressively at us about the numbers missing. We walked out. We got the numbers added to our forms and then attended another clinic and had a fantastic experience. We find this type of attitude very rare in Portugal. We love this country and it’s people. It’s a shame and a surprise that such behaviour came from a doctor.
