What a horrible experience. After ordering the way over priced business cards (we had no choice because we needed something urgent), we got them delivered but with our logo completely Jangled and wrongly placed. The employee of the company ordered immediately the cards again and gave us a “generous” discount of 20€ for a “slightly less qualitative”(at least that is what we thought) alternative set of Business cards . The cards got delivered and the quality was terrible! Whatever you do, do not order your cards here. It is way overpriced and they do not even print them by themselves but rely on other printing companies.

We have not collaborated with Finepaper until the end of our project, however I would like to offer 5 stars for the excellent customer service and prompt responses!

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Finepaper! Needed help with an urgent project for a traveling client and had a 48 hour turnaround time demand. Sonia was wonderful, she helped me narrow down the materials to get the best product for what was needed, and talked me through every step of the way. We had a bit of a delay with the delivery, but she was on top of it and it still got there on time for what the client requested.
