Lack of professionalism, and terrible customer service ! I went there with a file from my designer, with the code of the colors of my visit card, i ask for a certain quality and to respect the design as written in the file by my designer. The day i came back to pick it up, the quality wasnt the one i asked for, the color on the back of my card was suposed to be dark blue it was black. Not good for a company card ! The owner start to talk to me like i was retarded and started to explain that it wasnt his fault that we should have choosen the color before, that it was the machine ... Everything was in the file and i have had insisted on it, anyway he dodnt want to hear nothing. He told me he needed more days, even if he was the one that gave me the date of the pick up At the end he was disrespectful and he just turn his back on me like a kid .... He didnt event made a discount, he told me you can leave it here and dont come back or pay and go. No solution proposed, no discount, no proposal of redoing it... Never go there if you want good quality card and a normal customer service. Update after the response of the owner that is a joke regarding the situation (and a proof of the unprofessionalism of this company) : I gave him a file with rgb and cmyk reference of colors and a vectorized PDF file with the design. I asked him if the delay was good because I was traveling and needed it before my business trip ! I could have gone to another printer, 10 days for this job is far enough, I have done it again with another printer everything went well and the work is perfect and they did it in 3 days !! Of course I was not happy, (who would have been happy?) because he put me in a bad situation, and instead of fixing his mess he esplain it wasn't his fault, we should have chosen the colors and the delay was too short. I tried to explain to him that I gave a file with everything in he didn't wanted to listen, i told him he was the only one to tell me that it was possible to do it in the delay and that I could have been to another printer, he turned his back on me... My plane was 4 hours later, too short to redo it, and I ve had a special event where I needed card to distribute, i have had insisted on it before signing with them. Finally, thanks to this printer, It went straight to the trash. Even the cutting job was a mess... Avoid this printer
