Hoje não fiquei satisfeito com o trabalho destes senhores por uma razão muito simples o meu voo chegou mais cedo e como eu não pode contatar com esta empresa porque o seu número de telefone não está a disposição dos clientes por não pode levantar o à hora que cheguei por isso o meu voto é zero fizeram me esperar 4 horas para poder ter o carro à minha disposição...bjinhos

Stay away from Interrent. They are criminals. No respect with clients. I have waited more than 2 hours at the meeting point with my 2 kids (3 and 7 years old) and nothing! Nobody answers contact phones. They gave me a broken car. No apologies were made. STAY AWAY!!

ATTENTION CARTE DE DEBIT REFUSÉE ! En effet, si vous disposez uniquement d'une carte de débit (non de crédit chose à vérifier sur votre carte) il ne vous sera pas possible de vous affranchir de la franchise ou de la caution et vous serez forcé de payer une assurance (d'un montant bien plus important que votre location). Autant dire qu'il vaut mieux abandonner la location et prendre ailleurs. Certaines compagnies au Portugal l'accepte la carte de débit mais pas celle-ci.

Worst experience ever. Was waiting for long time till somebody is helping us and then they're helping with an attitude. Very rude and unprofessional service. Same when we're bringing the car back. Cars were given without air conditioner and people were waiting long to get a car again and had to pay the fuel for having to drive back to get a proper car with the air conditioner. Long waiting time for the shuttle from the airport to the company to get the car and very bad organized. First and last time I've tried this '' company ''.

Horrible experience. I went there and I had a valid voucher for car rental. They refused to give me a car since their partner Goldcar put a negative feedback on me in the previous car rental in Barcelona. It's just outrageous that you discover these things when you get there when you are supposed to pick up the car. Really a bad surprise when you are in vacation and you have plans to drive around and all the hotels already booked and paid

Definitely one the worst customer ever seen 1 hour 30 wait to get the car, lazy and malcontents guys behind the desk
