It's just one of those gratifying experiences that make you believe that traditional stores are better than any other brand new flashy shopping mall stores. Don't let the appearance of the tall guy looking like Santa-Claus-has-shaved-his-beard fool you in thinking he's not skillful enough to take good care of you and your watch, change your battery, swap your strap or even to show you good quality products. I just went there to change my watch's' strap and when I left I wish I have bought something else because I'd certainly be well advised. From the first minute to getting to know what sort of strap I was looking for, showing me the straps adjusted to my taste and advising me on which one looked the best - because in the end I'm just a guy with no sense of fashion :D - I can easily state that he got a new customer.
