Terrible service. I bought a pair of shoes which costs more than 50 euros. After wore it only two times, it was broken. And it happened only one week passed after bought it. So I went the shop and asked them after service very politely, they told me come back in the next Tuesday. And then I came back on that day, a maneger was there but gone somewhere as soon as she saw me. And then other stuff told me it was lunch time and she wasnt there. It was so funny because 1 second ago, she treated other costomers. I saw that very clearly. And they asked me my number and told me they will call later. Still I got no no phone call after that. If they dont want to refund or exchange the new one, then they should have tell me at the first place. Why do they waste my valuable time. One star only for being unable to give zero. I am done with this shop.
