Alberto Sancho: The brand was established in the year 1994 in Cabeceiras de Basto, Portugal, by a few business men. The purpose was to provide a brand with high quality blends, constant innovation and personalized service in order to reach the widest clientele as quick as possible. In 1997 Caffècel changed its facilities to the dynamic city of Paredes, near Porto, the industrious capital of the northern area of the country and closer to the urban centers, with high levels of coffee consumption, and installs a fully automated plant, plus adopting the system PROBAT, world leader in roasting equipment, to produce roasted coffee, ensuring higher quality and the required accuracy to offer consistent blends over time. Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. The distinctive quality of their blends and the way it approaches the market makes Caffècel–NewCoffee, truthful and reliable to the consumer. Então vá até Best buy e encontrei muitos itens que eu estava procurando em estoque. Eu também gosto que é uma das poucas lojas em que o preço online está no preço da loja. Comprei aqui alguns artigos a preços razoáveis. Recentemente comprei uma geladeira aqui porque minha geladeira antiga não funcionava e não valia a pena consertar. Os funcionários do departamento de aparelhos são ótimos e me emprestaram um refrigerador até que meu novo refrigerador fosse entregue sem nenhum custo. Por isto estou muito grato. Minha única decepção é que em outros departamentos da loja é muitas vezes difícil encontrar uma pessoa do departamento para ajudar. Como sou cliente do Home Depot há cerca de 20 anos, a dificuldade em encontrar alguém para ajudar não é exclusiva do Cottonwood Home Depot. No entanto, eu ainda recomendaria o Home Depot se você não tiver pressa e estiver disposto a esperar para encontrar uma pessoa do departamento para ajudar.
