Alberto Sancho: The brand was established in the year 1994 in Cabeceiras de Basto, Portugal, by a few business men. The purpose was to provide a brand with high quality blends, constant innovation and personalized service in order to reach the widest clientele as quick as possible. In 1997 Caffècel changed its facilities to the dynamic city of Paredes, near Porto, the industrious capital of the northern area of the country and closer to the urban centers, with high levels of coffee consumption, and installs a fully automated plant, plus adopting the system PROBAT, world leader in roasting equipment, to produce roasted coffee, ensuring higher quality and the required accuracy to offer consistent blends over time. Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Simao Monteiro: Excelente indústria corticeira!

Comprei um arco composto usado de um amigo e levei-o para a AItW para afinação e montagem. Esses caras fizeram um ótimo trabalho fazendo isso. Eles me mandaram atirar e depois afinaram o arco ainda mais, até ficar perfeito (bem, tão bom quanto o meu tiro permitiu!) Então eles rapidamente montaram uma dúzia de flechas para mim (por um preço muito razoável) e eu estava no meu caminho. Voltando amanhã para ter meu set-up recorrente :)Atualizar; eu voltei com meu recurvo, pensando que precisaria de uma nova corda, afinação completa etc. O Boyd montou (com a minha corda existente) novos silenciadores e o que não for. Dispara GRANDE agora. O custo foi MUITO razoável, muito menos do que eu esperava :)

O pior serviço ao cliente de sempre. Este lugar é uma piada. Os funcionários agem como se os clientes estivessem perdendo seu tempo. Você não pode obter uma resposta de nenhum deles sobre o produto que eles têm para venda e o gerente é igualmente ruim. Gastei $1100 neste lugar para o frigorífico e recentemente voltei à procura de uma máquina de lavar. Eu paguei em dinheiro da última vez e desta vez tenho dinheiro. Este sítio precisa de ser limpo e reposto a funcionar.
