Alberto Sancho: The brand was established in the year 1994 in Cabeceiras de Basto, Portugal, by a few business men. In 1997 Caffècel changed its facilities to the dynamic city of Paredes, near Porto, the industrious capital of the northern area of the country and closer to the urban centers, with high levels of coffee consumption, and installs a fully automated plant, plus adopting the system PROBAT, world leader in roasting equipment, to produce roasted coffee, ensuring higher quality and the required accuracy to offer consistent blends over time. Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Eu nunca mais vou usar a pickup online. Posso nem voltar a entrar na loja depois da forma como fui tratada. Encomendei um microondas e eles também me ligaram dizendo que não o tinham depois de levar o meu dinheiro. Eles disseram que a única coisa que podiam fazer era reembolsar o meu dinheiro e que isso levaria dias. Eu disse que hoje era inaceitável. Eu disse que eles precisavam encontrá-lo em outra loja e de repente eles o encontraram. Ainda não estava pronto quando fomos buscá-lo. Fomos tratados como se não fôssemos importantes e no caminho, enquanto gastávamos mais de 100 dólares. Eles até levaram outro cliente enquanto nós estávamos tentando descobrir o que estava acontecendo. Felizmente, eles encontraram-no depois de uma longa espera e de mais maus tratamentos. Eu deveria ter ido com a Amazon ou Lowes.

Desfrute sempre melhor do Home Depot do que Lowes em todos os aspectos da experiência de compra. Só gostaria que eles tornassem obrigatório o uso de máscaras para os clientes. Um casal de funcionários não estava atento ao distanciamento social. Se eles levassem o mandato Covid-19 mais a sério eles estariam sempre a 5 estrelas.
