Alberto Sancho: The brand was established in the year 1994 in Cabeceiras de Basto, Portugal, by a few business men. The purpose was to provide a brand with high quality blends, constant innovation and personalized service in order to reach the widest clientele as quick as possible. In 1997 Caffècel changed its facilities to the dynamic city of Paredes, near Porto, the industrious capital of the northern area of the country and closer to the urban centers, with high levels of coffee consumption, and installs a fully automated plant, plus adopting the system PROBAT, world leader in roasting equipment, to produce roasted coffee, ensuring higher quality and the required accuracy to offer consistent blends over time. Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Adquiriu uma insígnia há 4 meses e este fim-de-semana deixou de funcionar. Depois de marcar um encontro com o Esquadrão Geek, foi-nos dito que o ecrã estava avariado, e que precisamos de o levar de volta para a Loja. Fomos à Loja McKinley, e acabámos por ter de fazer um upgrade para uma Toshiba. Consegui-o em casa, animado para instalá-lo. Adivinhe, o comando não está com a TV. Atualmente, pendurado no telefone para alguém atender por mais de 20 minutos... É mesmo a melhor compra?

O Esquadrão Geek e o pessoal foi EXTREMELMENTE útil. Apesar de terem levado 30 dias para terem o meu portátil, todos eles descobriram que deram uma olhadela e decidiram que era inviolável, disseram-me que eu ia comprar um computador novinho em folha e puseram todo o saldo do antigo portátil num cartão de oferta bestbuy. Foi muito fácil. Eu pude escolher um laptop novo, e já o estava usando. Eu gosto muito dele. Obrigado Best Buy em Blaine no centro comercial de North Town Mall.

Se houvesse uma opção para dar 10 estrelas eu daria. Eu pedi um serviço de catering para um almoço de celebração para a minha mulher. Jenna e sua equipe não poderiam ter sido mais atenciosos, profissionais e acomodados. A comida era AMAZENTE!! Não havia nada que eu não recomendasse. A tábua de charcutaria, sopas, pão de lagosta, sanduíches de peru e salada de frango estavam todas perfeitas. Não comi batatas fritas melhores e o tabuleiro de sobremesas?...fuhgeddaboudit!
