Да,встретили очень хорошо было 9 вечера и предоставили гаражное место и на этом все! Когда зашли в квартиру были шокированные!!!! И заплатили 148 за две ночи! Обидно что владелец не интересуется состоянием квартир!!!

I booked one flat through Airbnb managing by Lovelystay; The agency is friendly when they are asking you getting into the apartment.Very expensive and terrible bad happening. Once I got into the apartment looks different than the pictures, smaller, in the bathroom are pretty stinky, I bought the products to clean it. The washing machine does not work. The most crucial part that they told me the blanket are wash each time, at night, I found many small and long hairs on the bed. Very disgusting! I got an allergy after one night slept. I send a request to the agency; they said the clean team will come from 5 pm until 6:48 pm still no ones show up. The guy name's Tiago is very mad that I asked the question about the cleaning. Lovelystay is that lovely and wonderful company who makes you drive crazy. If you had another choice do not book the flats with that company.

I stayed at an apartment managed by LovelyStay and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and provided good tips for visiting Porto. We had an unexpected issue with our apartment which was promptly fixed by the staff - very pleased with how professionally it was handled.

I stayed in a cute studio close to Campanhã for several weeks, the Lovelystay team took great care of me! Thanks for everything :)
