La residencial paranhos est bien située métro boulangerie, petite épicerie. Par ailleurs, la chambre où j’ai séjourné avec mon compagnon Était moyennement propre, les draps étaient refaits tous les jours, les serviettes changées tous les jours. Cependant, la chambre sentait l’humidité, les draps certes refaits tous les jours mais pas changés, les rainures de la douche étaient noires, le lit double était en faite deux lits Simples accolés, déplus il n’était pas confortable . La residencial paranhos était interdite aux fumeurs mais à l’entrée se dégageait une forte odeur de tabac.

Lugar agradável e com atendimento simpático. Mas não espere por luxo, é simples e bom para uma noite de sono.

The most unfriendly check in and treatment i got in my life... Clean and free wlan, but the check in lady is downright aggressive . Not a good experience.

Nettes Zimmer für einen anständigen Preis. Etwas weiter weg vom Stadtzentrum. Die nächste Metro Station liegt rund 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Ist it outside of Porto? Yes. Are other rooms smaller than ours was? Yes. We had a larger one as we stayed for four nights but the rooms are nice, clean, the towels fresh every day (although we hung them up), the owner friendly and there is plenty of free parking.We walked into town but there is also a bus stop right at the residencial. WiFi worked perfectly.Tiny signs of mold in shower ceiling but we did not mind the slightest.Positive: rooms, although without A/C are not boiling hot.

Atendimento horrível. Foram mesmo muito mal educados. Nao recomendo de todo. Reclamar com os clientes só mostra o fraco nível deste local.

Cozy little family run hotel. It's little inconvenient that you don't get keys to the main door and have to ring the bell everything you come back... Also, there's such a nice breakfast place nearby! Breakfast with coffee/tea and some fresh pastry for 2 for 3.50€!

Nice residential hotel next to ISEP and near the University of Porto. The subway station (IPO yellow line) is about 10 min walk. Clean with minimum facilities. Cable TV with some english channels. Good WiFi.

Problème de compréhension Booking/Salarié de l'hôtel 1)Nous avons décalé la nuit d'arrivée d'un jour. Booking était au courant et tout était bon "soit disant". Cependant, le jour même de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un mail pour nous avertir que vu que nous étions pas venue la première nuit, et que du coup ils nous supprimaient la réservation entière... 2)Nous avons donc appelé l'hôtel, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème, que c'était bon. 3) Nous arrivons à l'hôtel a 00h et on nous informe que ca ne va pas être possible et qu'il va falloir aller à un hôtel "proche" (dont personne ne connait les prix...) 4)De plus, on nous fait remarqué que l'heure d'arrivée était 22h max alors que sur leur site il y 'a écrit 24/24h.... Après discussion, nous sommes restés à cet hôtel, et tout s'est très bien passé.

There is nothing special about the Hotel but it was convenient for us and the lady looking after the place was very helpful. Facilities are very average and rooms vary a lot.

Nos ha gustado mucho el trato recibido pero el hotel tiene dos inconvenientes. El colchón y ls almohada son insufriblesEl baño incorporado en la habitacion esta separado por poco más que un biombo por lo que se carece de intimidad a la hora de usar el aseo.Por lo demas...el metro está muy cerca. Las instalaciones muy limpias y el trato muyyyyyy agradable.
