Great location and price. No frills. If you arrive at night you CANNOT drive down the street to check in first! No matter what they say. There is a parking garage a few blocks away that was 45 euro for 2 1/2 days.

Great guest house in a great location. It gets a little noisy at night so perhaps request a room at the back of the guest house, theres also no elevator so pack light! Even with these 2 issues, I still couldnt fault anything from my stay.

Zentral, sauber, günstig - sehr laut, 77 Stufen, tolle Aussicht!!!
Das Grande Oceano ist optimal zentral gelegen, DER große Pluspunkt!
Leider auch inmitten der "Partymeile". Nachts denkt man, dass man (trotz 4. Stockwerk = 77 Stufen (kein Aufzug)) gleich neben der lautesten Kneipe logiert. Auch früh um 7 noch Gegröhle am Wochenende...
Dank Ohropax geht das aber locker und wird früh mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt!
Die Portiers sind gut drauf und helfen mit guzen Tipps usw.
Ich kann das Guesthouse ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen, da es nicht nur sehr günstig ist und die Lage schlichtweg genial ist!

Very bad.
We had a very disappointing experience in this hotel. First of all there is a tax payment to sleep on the city of Porto of 10% but this tax is no where mentioned in the booking (personally I find it more correct to specify that there is this tax also to pay and that it is EXCLUDED from the price of the hotel). Secondly the WiFi is not working at all. When we told the guy at the reception his answer was:"yes I know" and then looked again at jai stuff without doing or saying something. In general in this hotel they don't know what is customer service. When we arrived nobody even cared. Nobody said welcome or hello, we had the impression they were almost bothered that we were there. Each time we come back and pass the reception we say hello to them but no answer. Very rude stuff. Last, in the building there is no elevator (also not specified in the booking) and our room was on the 4th floor so if you come with a heavy luggage it's definitely not recommended. Finnaly, room and bathroom were clean and satisfying.

This is a great place to stay here in Porto. Location is superb, very near a central part of this beautiful city. Nearby food and the beds are quite comfortable.

I really like the location. It is at very central point at the same time easy to access and not too noisy. Everywhere is very clean, from the entrance to the rooms and bathrooms. Place looks recently renovated. There are rooms with private bathrooms and some with shared bathroom on the floor and all of them are well maintained and clean. There are no other facilities. There is TV in the rooms with many English channels and good WiFi.

Vacanze a Porto..albergo molto vicino al centro piazza del municipio..camera molto piccola ma pulita.. Bagno con doccia. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Lo consiglio vivamente

Hotel muy centrico, bueno y barato.
En la misma calle hay un restaurante con menu diario a 6€ y esta el hard rock cafe.
A 1 minuto andando de avenida de los aliados. A 3 min de la estacion de Sao Bento.
Aunque eramos dos, nos dieron unahabitacion para tres.
Las camas muy comodas. Limpieza diaria de la habitacion.
Tiene codigo en la puerta de la calle para entrar por la noche.
No hay ascensor.
El recepcionista fue muy amable.
Recomiendo ir.

On hotels in general, Expedia was advertising in dollars when in actuality the hotels charged the same amount in Euros. Feels like I paid a lot more than i should have on this trip. Not sure if it was the fault of the expedia website or the hotel. Staff was friendly and helped store our luggage. Some flies in the reception area but wasnt too annoyed about it. No elevator. Room was pretty clean and comfortable. Great location.

Super bien placé au centre même de Porto. La vue côté place est géniale, les chambres sont correctes et les tarifs proposés en mars sont hyper compétitifs. L'établissement est propre et les chambres, sans être exceptionnelles , sont suffisantes et calme. Le seul hic...., Pas d'ascenseur et les étages sont costauds. Le petit déjeuner est complet et le personnel attentionné, un peu style auberge de jeunesse.

This hotel was booked by mistake. After 10 minutes of booking tried to cancel and was unable to! 5 days before the booked date received an email saying sorry but the hotel had to close due to work being carried out, no mention of my cash being returned.

We booked for 3 nights to spend New Year's Eve in Porto. Checked-in on December 31st and when we got into our room we realized that the heating was not working. The room was freezing cold and cold air was leaking through the old windows that didn't close properly. The room had two heating systems: hot-water radiators and air conditioning blowing hot air, but none of them worked! Hot water for shower was not working either. The hotel staff omitted this very important information when we checked-in, as if we were not going to realize, but when we complained they acknowledged it and told us that both systems were broken. However, they didn't offer any solution to us until we complained more effusively again on the next day. Then, they moved us to a nearby hotel for the remaining 2 nights. Really disappointed about how this situation was handled. Extremely unprofessional.

2020년초 3박했음.
[장점] 1. 상 벤투역 5분거리 (약간 오르막)
2. 주변 식당 및 관광지 가까움 (렐루서점 3분)
3. 생각보단 넓은 방 사이즈
[단점] 1. 엘베없음 (5층했다가 캐리어 들고 뒤질뻔 ㅠ) [feat.5층까지 날라다 준 host 아저씨 감동 ㅜㅜ]
그러함에도 5층이라 왔다리갔다리 힘듦. 심지어 계단이 수평이 아니고 좁고 가파라서, 관절 안좋으신분들 비추ㅠ
2. 가끔 정전 및 온수 안나옴. (정전 2번, 절온수1번)
3. 방이 추움 (추위 잘 안타는 편인데, 천정 히터로는 부족함. 방바닥 자체가 차가움)
4. 화장실 환풍기 없음
5. 건물 외벽 공사중 (아침9시정도에 인부들 작업하느라 시끄러움)
종합적으로 험블한 곳이지만, host 서비스 및 지리적 장점으로 2개 날림.

Staff didn't speak English and couldn't really help with parking questions. It was clean and had what we needed but a very impersonal experience, electricity went away for a bit, quite loud rooms as you can hear everyone come and go

Não cheguei a me hospedar. Desisti e preferi perder o dinheiro da reserva porque não tem elevadores. No site diz que tem estacionamento pago. Mentira... fica3a 600 metros de distância...

The hotels location was ideal for my needs and I received the help I needed to make my stay successful. The spiral stairs made it a little difficult to take luggage up and down but the positive aspects compensated for this.

Small hotel in the city center. Walking distance to many attractions. Friendly reception. Due to city center location, young folks passe by in the evening so you need to close the window to avoid noise.

Amazing location - walking distance to the best attractions. Note that this residence is 5 floors with no elevator, and the rooms are quite small. One of the bathrooms has a stunning view.

계단이 정말 정말 많음. 근데 계단이 수평이 아님... 무서움....방음이 안됨. 정말 안됨. 밖에서 나는 소리 다 들림. 근데 방자체는 괜찮음. 스태프 친절.

Impeccable place. Quiet. New amenities. Great area 10 mins walking to shopping area, good eats, coast, historical points of interest. Viktor Manager was very professional, knowledgable, corteus even helped me with my luggage :) I will definitely recommend this to others.I think we must open our heads to be adaptable when we travel instead of complaining for things that are irrelevant. If we get out to a different place it is in fact to experience different emotions, situations, food, noise, aromas, etc.Thank you for the great stay.

Très bon emplacement.Le personnel est très peu présent mais la chambre était propre avec une très belle vue.Lorsquil a commencé à faire chaud, un ventilateur a été installé dans ma chambre sans que jai eu besoin de demander.Un petit hôtel sympathique.

Gute zentrale Lage. Bahnhof und Kathedrale jeweils nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In direkter Nähe diverse Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Das Hard Rock Cafe ist z. B. gleich die Straße runter (ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Das Zimmer war sauber und etwas kleiner, was jedoch kein Thema war. Es gab einen kleinen Balkon. Leider war im Bad die Duschwand defekt, was zu unnötigem Wasser außerhalb der Dusche führte. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Empfang war freundlich, sowie die Abstimmung per E-Mail im Vorfeld. Wir waren hier für 1 Nacht und können es durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése és jó áron kaptunk szobát. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Tisztaság és jól felszereltség (kivéve hajszárító) jellemezte a szállást. Negatívum az volt számomra, hogy a szobám a lépcső mellett volt, így sokszor felébredtem a megérkező vendégekre.

Bad stinkt grausam nach Kanalisation.Steckdose 10cm von der Dusche entfernt sehr gefährlich!! Feuchtigsflecken im Zimmer! Kein Fenster oder Lüftung im Bad. Sehr hellhörig.

Una experiencia muy buena. Limpieza, ubicación y trato del personal un 10. Teníamos reservado habitación doble sin baño y al tener más disponibles, nos dieron una superior al mismo precio.

Sitio tranquilo y bien situado, cerca de los puntos de interes de Oporto. La habitación bastante pequeña pero muy limpia. El personal amable. Lo recomiendo para pasar dos o tres días en esta ciudad.

Rooms are clean and Basic. The only negative is that the walls are very thin and we stayed on a Weekend so there were a lot of People coming in and out in the middle of the night after a night out. Earplugs helped. It is a great value Overall for the Location and clean amenities.

Buena ubicación y camas cómodas. Lugar ruidoso por las limpiadoras que desde las 8:00 se ponen a tender en cuerdas no engrasadas que chirrían fuerte. El baño es pequeño, incomodo y apenas sin luz. Pagué 70€/n y fue excesivo para Oporto, esperaba algo mejor. No lo recomendaría

방이 좁고 오래되고 복도에선 담배냄새가 납니다. 언덕을 한참 올라가야 되고 엘리베이터도 없으며 샤워부스는 매우 좁습니다. 돈 조금 더 주더라도 다른 숙소 가세요..

Fuimos un grupo de 5. Nos ubicaron en una habitación muy amplia. La limpieza un 10. Limpiaban todos los días e incluso una vez que nos habíamos dejado el pijama por ahí, nos lo doblaron y pudieron bajo la almohada.

Ótimo em todos os sentidos, muito bem localizado, super fofo, quartos ótimos, camas confortáveis, internet, realmente não tenho do que reclamar. O preço super compensou tudo! Não tem café da manhã, mas ali perto você encontra vários lugares pra comer uma tosta mista e tomar um galão.

Zentrale Lage unmittelbar im Nachtlebenviertel. Am WE kann es also ziemlich laut sein. Zimmer ringhörig (mit Oropax kein Problem) mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, sehr sauber und genug gross. Kleines Bad. Klimaanlage als Heizung einwandfrei. Treppenhaus etwas muffig. Zimmer aber ganz angenehm. Service zuvorkommend, nett und höflich aber sprachlich ziemlich begrenzt, wenn der Junior nicht im Hause ist.Tolle Pension. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Lassen Sie sich nicht vom Eingangsbereich irritieren. Sobald man die Holztreppe nach oben betritt, ändert sich das Bild zum Positiven. Die Zimmer sind klein, sauber und praktisch. Für den Preis und die Lage unschlagbar.

Une nuit improvisée a Porto pour prolonger le séjour. Très bien situé quartier des Aliados, les bars et Restos du coin méritent le détour.
Accord de stationnement avec le parking du centre commercial. Hotel avec les chambres sur plusieurs étages, séance de Step naturelle. Bon séjour.
