Muy céntrico. El colchón era malísimo.

Buena ubicación, falta menaje de cocina y detalles de aseo, confort...

O apartamento é excelente, assim como sua localização. Há, entretanto, dois "poréns" : o apartamento fica no 4º andar (sem elevador) e há um clube noturno que toca música até 1 da manhã (a música é ótima, mas pode atrapalhar quem pretende dormir cedo). Recomendo para grupos de viajantes mais jovens.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage. Trotz hohen Temperaturen, angenehm im Gebäude.. Negativ: Großbaustelle zur Zeit vor der Unterkunft! Treppe ins dritte OG, kein Aufzug!

Positif: Situation géographique de l'appartement en plein centre, avec parking public (14€ par jour) tout proche. Draps propres.. Négatif: Une chambre inutilisable à cause d'une forte odeur de moisissure, l'appart. n'est pas entretenu et donne une impression de vétusté : Lattes cassées dans un lit, scotch autour des fenêtres pour isoler ! aucune isolation, phonique. Tapis de bain tachés, murs tachés, canapé taché, . Au final nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'aise dans cet appartement.

Positiva: La ubicación . Negativa: Tercer piso sin ascensor. Mucho frio en la habitación. Y encima, entraron a robar. Curiosamente sólo se llevaron nuestro tabaco, la TV y el microondas.

Positiva: La ubicacion bastante espacio. Negativa: hay 6 camas pero en la sala que es muy grande le hace falta mas espacios donde sentarse

Positif: - spacieux - immeuble tranquille - 3ème et dernier étage avec escaliers confortables chambres agréables avec très bonne literie - linge de toilette suffisant et de qualité. Négatif: Menuiseries très abimées - chauffage déficient - L'électricité saute 2 plaques de cuisson pour une capacité de 6p - pas de machine à café - vaisselle et batterie de cuisine insufisants- Propreté sdb

Positif: Appartement très bien situé proche de tous commerces, transports et principaux centres d'intérêt de Porto. Négatif: Par contre comme il a plu pendant notre séjour de 5 jours, une des 3 chambres était très humide. Il faisait froid dans tout l appartement malgré l existence de 3 petits radiateurs électriques

Positive: Location was absolutely fantastic: right in the city centre, you can walk everywhere. There is a private parking right at the door at a cost of 14 euros per day, very economic. The apartment is big, charming and beautifully decorated. Marta was really nice and easy to communicate with.. Negative: The level of cleanliness wasn't very high, specially in the kitchen, where we even found dirty items. No sugar, salt, oil, or soap to clean the dishes are provided, you have to buy them yourself and if it is a short stay it is not very convenient. The bedstead of one of the beds was completely broken, to the point that we had to put the mattress on the floor and one of us had to sleep there. The heat wasn't central but individual heaters. It was cold and raining outside, and the house never got warm enough. There was a high level of humidity too. I am sure these issues disappear when the weather is not as extreme, as we were there in a particularly bad weekend in terms of weather, and in December, but still.

Positive: Location was great, nearby the city centre and walking distance of Ribeiro.. Negative: The apartment looked a bit worn out. It could use some maintenance.

Positief: De ruimte en goede locatie . Negatief: Onvoldoende zitplaatsen in de huiskamer en slechte verlichting

Positiv: Das Appartement war an zentraler Lage. Nahe zu den Bushaltestellen, den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Geräumige Küche.. Negativ: Kaffeekrug war alt, keine Maschine. Das Geschirr war schmutzig. Die Bratpfannen sus Teflon zerkratzt. Dusche-Abfluss müsste mal gereinigt werden.

Positief: Centrale ligging.. Negatief: Geen tweede sleutel voor een zespersoonsappartement, onvoldoende servies en glazen, een krakkemikkig bed en te weinig zitgelegenheid in de woonkamer.

Positive: Posizione strategica, in pieno centro. A piedi si può tranquillamente visitare la città senza problemi. . Negazione: Unico neo... terzo piano senza ascensore!

Es un tercer piso hay que subir 63 escalones. Mucho ruido de haviotas de noche. Se ve la luz atraves de las ventanas

Positief: De centrale ligging en het openbaar vervoer in de directe omgeving. Negatief: Het appartement lag op de 4e etage zonder lift. In het weekend is het erg luidruchtig ivm uitgaanspubliek. Karige meubels oa klapstoelen in de keuken en maar 1 klein 2 persoons bankje. En wat losse stoelen. Verder lekker ruim van opzet maar niet te veel luxe....

Negativ: Trotz telefonischer Terminvereinbarung zur Schlüsselübergabe war der Vermieter nicht vor Ort.

负面: 地点不错！出去没多远就是自由广场了！房东的人还不错，但英文能力没这样好，但慢慢跟她说还是可以理解的！房东换了电话号码可是在booking.com没有更改也没有提前说，所以在去的时候很紧张因没能提前联系她，还好她在楼下的餐厅等我们！. 正面: 带大行李是不能住这里的，楼梯暗有些楼层没有灯的，还有楼梯太小了！如果是在冬天来还好因他们只有暖气，夏天的话就会晕了，因完全没有空调的！所以不是太满意！
