Excellent customer service we have ever experienced! We have been visiting the Algarve for many years and have always rented, fortunately for us our last rental company fell through and we had to search for another, lucky we found Waratah Villa Rentals. We always have a lot of questions just to make sure everything is in place, and all my questions were patiently and professionally answered from booking our beachfront villa to the day we checked out! Also, the staff gave great advice on activities and restaurants near by. Not only was the staff absolutely amazing, but our villa could not have been more perfect. You may have heard that navigating the internet for real estate is a challenge....I'd say that comment is an understatement! It's not only challenging...it's frustrating, confusing, time consuming and sometimes downright annoying! Our team at Waratah helped to smooth the process at each step with professional introductions and solid knowledge of the Algarve real estate market. We have booked with Waratah Villa Rentals several times and my experience was always very positive! The staff was kind and available to give information and help us when we needed it. The properties are stunning and amazing, we stayed in Quinta do Lago the first few visits and then tried Vale do Lobo, although the experience were similar we did prefer Quinta do Lago. The weather, food and people are just above quality here not to mention the restaurants on the beach. We will always use and fully recommend Waratah Villa Rentals.

Words and pictures can not describe this dream villa. The sea view is fantastic. The rooms are pure luxury with huge spa baths, large infinity pool, a great gym in the lower floor. The villa has my wife and I totally in love, so in love we are seriously thinking of buy it. Nothing has ever compared to it. if that wasn’t enough the Waratah team are the most accommodating, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will gladly recommend them.

Een waardeloos bedrijf, wij hadden zoveel vertrouwen in deze Nederlandse makelaars..broer en zus, maar helaas. Waarschijnljk hadden wíj niet de euro's waar de klantenkring uit bestaat van Thomas. Afspraken die niet nagekomen werden. Echt waar..nog nooit zo waardeloos behandeld als door dit bedrijf in Portugal!
