Based in the Algarve, we undertake work throughout Portugal, and are familiar with local planning procedures. The company director, Pedro Moreira, has worked in the property sector since the nineties, and is fluent in English, German and Portuguese, speaking some Spanish, French and Italian also. Pedro's professional experience ranges from private, individual villas to large urbanizations comprising townhouses and detached villas, as well as luxury villas in Quinta do Lago and Vila Sol. Prior to setting up his own practice, Pedro was a partner at Densham & Moreira Lda from 2003 to 2012.
