Hemos hecho el tour de 3 horas por Lisboa el pasado viernes. Tuvimos la gran suerte de tener como guía a Anna Vaccari, que nos hizo la visita muy amena. Persona muy alegre y atenta. Nos contó la historia de Portugal y de Lisboa, indicando por cada sitio que pasábamos anécdotas y curiosidades. En 3 horas nos dio una visión general que nos vino muy bien para el resto de nuestra estancia. Visita bien organizada, guía recomendable al 100%. Ana y Teyo

I cannot expess how disappointed we were with the small group Sintra and Cascais tour. It was bad enough that we found out just after 9AM (after the tour should have began) that we would not have the chance to visit either scheduled palace due to fire danger, but Inside Lisbon gave us a take it or leave it option. Get your money back or go on the revised tour which included a much more obscure palace. Knowing that we were leaving the next day, we went on the revised tour. A BIG mistake. The closing of the Pena Palace caused a traffic jam in Sintra so the tour bus dumped us a 20 minute hike from the city center in 90 degree heat. Basically we spent the first 2 hours of our tour on the bus and then had 30 minutes to see Sintra when you factor in the roundtrip hike. No offer of any partial refund has been made. We will dispute the charges with our credit card company as we should have been notified in advance of the changes and could have made alternative tour plans. According to the Pena Palace website, the decision to close today was made as midnight, a full 9 hours before the the tour. Our tour guide, who wasn't the least bit sympathetic was named Nuno.

Our guide Anna Vaccari was very good guide, pleasant, very communicative and with knowledge about Lisabon history. Nicely spent 3 hours. Highly recommendable tour.

The Tour was fantastic. We had an individual named Anna that was simply awesome. She was knowledgeable of all the places, and was obliviously well known by the locals which made the experience feel authentic. Anytime you wanted to ask a question, she always had a great answer for you. if you just arrived to Lisbon, this should be the first thing you should do. Very professional and fun!

Wir hatten heute eine private Tour mit Ariane als Tour-Guide. Eine klasse Führung mit viel Hintergrundwissen! Hat Spaß gemacht und ist für einen allgemeinen Überblick zur Stadt und Kultur nur empfehlenswert!

Took the “Sintra Palaces Tour”. It’s 8hrs. €85 which was $135 AUD. I was worried that that was too expensive. It was worth every dollar. It’s a mini van tour, which l prefer. Not sure if it was intentional, but there were 7 people on our tour, 5 of us were solo travellers. I really appreciated that as a solo traveller. Met new people. Shared knowledge. Our host, Jose (spelling?) was amazing! So knowledgeable about many things. I learnt so much from him about the old & recent history of Portugal. He shared loads of little extras. I would definitely recommend this tour! It was a really rewarding day! Thank Inside Lisbon!

Tour of Sintra, Cabo da Roca & Cascais. Very practical option if you want to extend your visit outside of Lisbon, 8 people group, minivan, our guide was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend it!

Madalena was wonderful!!! Our tour had a hiccup at the start where one tour guide called out ill. This made the small groups a little larger which Madalena handled with grace (americans don't be ugly). We had a great time! The food, wine, and company were lovely!! Would recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys food and wine.

Ricardo was an amazing tour guide. We had a good time visiting Fatima, Batahla, Nazare and Obidos. Nazare and Obidos were my favorite and we really enjoyed the Ginja tasting at the small, local shop. I learned a lot about these Portugese towns and history, and the other facts throughout the ride. I enjoyed the music Ricardo played. Thanks for a great tour!

We did a half day tour today. Matthew was our guide and did a splendid job!! He astounded us with his knowledge of Portugal and even more. He has endless historical facts to share and not to mention his knowledge on the Portuguese wine and the industry. We really had a great tour and would recommend the Inside Lisbon definitely as a must. It is the best and worth the money!!!

We had a great trip today, by van with 6 others to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril, thanks to our knowledgeable, fun and engaging guide Miguel Soares!

We kozen voor de Arrabida wijntour. Het was een geweldige dagtocht met een vriendelijke gids. Eerste stop was het kasteel van Palmela, waar we konden genieten van het uitzicht. Nadien bezochten we een lokale wijnboer waar we konden genieten van 5 verschillende degustatie's. Gezellige locatie met een aangename sfeer.. Toen reden we verder naar het hoogste punt van Arrabia voor het prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en het lange strand. We hadden een lunch stop in Sesimbra waar we voldoende tijd kregen om een restaurantje op te zoeken en te genieten van onze lunch. Daarna kwam onze tweede wijn degustatie, dit was een commerciëler bedrijf. Deskundige uitleg gekregen van een vertegenwoordiger. Na dit bezoek hadden we nog een laatste halte aan Cristo Rei. Terug een fantastisch uitzicht ditmaal op de Pont 25 Avril en Lissabon aan de overkant van de Taag. Verzorgde tour, heel goed georganiseerd.

Great experience touring Sintra! I would recommend an Inside Lisbon tour to anyone looking to have a good time and learn more about Lisbon!

We went to to Fátima, Óbidos, Nazaré and Batalha with Inside Lisbon tour a few weeks ago. It was a very fun day although it was rain ☔️ too much. The tour guy, his name is Juan or Joan or John something........ I don’t know how to pronounce his name . He was amazing, high energy, very knowledgeable, great social life skill, speak very good English, has a University Degree in Lisbon. Inside Lisbon should glad to have him.

We had a great tour with Madalena on our food & wine tour in Lisbon. She's super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't recommend this enough. If you are staying in Lisbon definitely go on this tour with Madalena at the start of your holiday (if you can) she helped us out for the rest of our stay, where to eat, cost, what to see etc.. :)

Simplesmente me fizeram desmarcar um passeio alegando que era em inglês, mesmo sem saber se eu falava a língua ou não. Eu compareci ao local do encontro para o passeio e não encontrei ninguém. Liguei para o Inside Lisbon e a Sra. Verônica me perguntou se era a Sra. Maysa( ou seja, ela já sabia com quem estava falando), e alegou que eu não deveria fazer este passeio que seria em inglês. Fiquei muito desconfortável. Espero receber meu dinheiro de volta. Já passou uma semana e nada. Continuarei colocando minhas avaliações negativas em todos os sites de viagens até solucionar o caso. Liguei duas vezes e nada.

We had a great tour with Sebastio Braga in Lisboa. It was a beatiful day, beautifull weather, a nice mixed group of tourists and most of all a very friendly and joyfull tourleader. In 3 hours Sebastio leaded us through Lisboa and told us many historical details, we would never known about this city, and brings you in an other perspective of seeing Lisboa. All compliments to Sebastio, highly recommended!

Em 27 de novembro passado, fizemos um tour por Fátima, Batalha, Óbidos e Nazaré que superou as nossas expectativas. Nosso guia, João Ferrão, nos presenteou com todo o seu conhecimento, simpatia e bom humor. Voltando a Lisboa, com certeza, faremos outros tours e esperamos q seja com o mesmo guia.

Nossa família fez ontem (17/12/19) um tour por Sintra, Cabo da Roca e Cascais. O passeio foi muito agradável e interessante, principalmente pela nossa guia Joana, um pessoa muito competente e capacitada (respondeu a todas as nossas dúvidas) e muito agradável, que demonstrou realizar seu trabalho com muito profissionalismo e atenção. Nossas 5 estrelas vão principalmente para ela! Parabéns, Joana!

We did a couple of tours with Inside Lisbon. 1) The Fatima , Obidos tour - Nuno was out tour guide. He was amazing, helpful and funny. The tour itself was great. We would never have gone on our own to these towns and hence this day trip from Lisbon was perfect. We loved Obidos and it was a delightful little village! The tour gave us enough time at Obidos , Fatima. We stopped at Nazare for lunch and also at Batalha. Both were nice. Overall a great experience. We were travelling with our daughter who is 7 years old and she enjoyed the tour too. The car was convenient. Highly recommend this tour. 2) The Sintra Cascais tour - Patricia was our tour guide. We did this tour today. :) she was amazing again. Our daughter enjoyed interacting with her. She was informative and funny as well. Sintra is a great choice. A must see here is the Pena palace , it was gorgeous. The tour allowed enough time explore the Pena palace. We had lunch near the historic centre at Sintra. We then proceeded to visit the Capa de Roca ( western most tip of the European continent ). Also had enough time here for soaking in the beauty and some great pictures. We stopped at Guincho for a quick photo break and then went to Cascais. Cascais was great and we had an hour to explore. Both the tours were compact and perfect. However you could spend atleast a day at Sintra and Cascais. I would have skipped Fatima. The tours gave us exactly what we were looking for and it worked very well for us.

Had a 2 day tour with inside Lisbon and our tour guide was Nuno machado , and our tour exceeded our expectations, he is nice , helpful and knowledgeable, and we highly recommend him .

We took a walking food & wine tour with Pedro Osorlo recently & he did a fantastic job! very knowledgeable, tour started on time, polite & informative. I would highly recommend this tour!

If I could I’d give 0 star. We booked our tour to Sintra and Cascais on-line. The day of the tour we were waiting at the pick up point for our names to be called but it never happened. We asked the guy who rang the office and surprisingly they didn’t have room for us, even if the tour was fully sold and confirmed. Really bad organization and really disappointing, absolutely not professional! We’re still waiting for the refund which is the only option they provided. I’ll never reccomend a service like that! Avoid!

Today I did a tour to Arrabida with wine tasting. Pedro was the Guide. It was a nice tour in a small group.. I enjoyed all places. Very recommandable.

Small group Sintra tour could have improved significantly if the guide’s purpose was to ‘guide’ and not just be a private driver. Our guide just dropped us at each location for free time and did not enter or explain each place well (compared to other tours). No passion for the job was definitely felt. Suggest looking for other tour operators as you should get a high caliber of tour operator for price paid.

Avons passé une journée de 8 heures avec l’excellent guide André, professionnel et attentionné. Il aime ce qu’il fait et très au fait de l’histoire de son pays. Nous avons bien aimé le groupe de 8 personnes. Minibus confortable et climatisé. Connaît bien l histoire et les anecdotes, bonne coordination pour limiter les délais dans les files d attente. Important: apporter imperméable et polar à cause du micro climat connu à Sintra. Excellente journée sur toute la ligne.

Goede service, uitstekende hulp. En waanzinnig personeel die de tours doet!! Super

Tour of Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais & Estoril Guide: Maria Bettencourt The highlight of our trip to Lisbon was this beautiful private tour of Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais and Estoril with our tour guide Maria Bettencourt. Our guide Maria was super informative, flexible, friendly, professional and knowledgeable in history. She was like a family member. Maria drove us from Lisbon to the gorgeous Pena Palace (Palacia da Pena) the palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal colored in red, yellow and white. Almost the entire palace stands on rock in the Sintra Mountains. The interiors of the Pena Palace were adapted to serve as the summer residence of the royal family. It is divided in four sections: Foundations and its enveloping walls with two gateways, clock tower and arches yard in front of chapel with its wall of Moorish arches, cylindrical bastion with interiors decorated in cathedral style. The Pena Park is a vast forested area completely surrounding the Pena Palace, spreading for over 200 hectares of uneven terrain. We enjoyed strolling in this fairytale town of Sintra then we headed for a photoshoot at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe breathing in the fresh air on the beach of Cascais. Treasure views of waves crashing into the majestic Cliffside and granite boulders. Down the hill, we passed by Guincho Beach one of the best beaches near Lisbon and visit Cascais, enjoying some free time in Cascais bay. Towards the end of the tour, on the return, we passed Estoril. I had a great walking tour led by a very charismatic and knowledgeable young man by the name of Tiago. He is by trade an architect and knows so much about local history and the architecture of the Lisbon. The tour is nicely tailored where you stop for a break in the middle and taste Portuguese pastry and at the end you’ll have wine and cheese. It is a very generous tour for the price you pay and you get to know Lisbon quite well.

Je rentre d'un séjour a Lisbonne. Le 19/12, j'ai effectué une visite de Lisbonne avec votre guide Numo, excellent guide qui adore sa ville et la fait partager aux touristes. Il connaît également l'histoire de sa ville, ce qui rend extrêmement intéressante la visite. Bref, un grand bravo a ce guide que je recommande volontier.

My wife and I recently went on our honeymoon to Lisbon and Cascais. It was incredible! One of our favorite aspects of the trip was a wine tour with Nuno Palma! The man knows Portugal inside and out. A true gentlemen and intellectual. We had a blast on an all day tour. Hit up an awesome castle, a few vineyards, a couple quiet little beach spots for excellent food and site seeing.... all around an increidble experience. Lisbon has a remarkably rich history. Nuno was able to give a fairly detailed answer on virtually anything we asked about. It was pretty impressive to say the least. Also, the man has a great sense of humor! We went with 6 people total, and it was super laid back. I cannot recommend Nuno enough to be your tour guide. Thanks bud!

Contraté un tour a Sintra y Cascais en grupo pequeño(7), la guia no llegó a la hora convenida cuando a ti te piden que estés 15 minutos antes, no hablaba un buen español y no te acompaña a la visita del palacio de Pena !!! ¿a esto se le puede llamar visita guiada? Te llevan, te cuentan algo de historia, te sueltan porque el aparcamiento es dificil y te recogen, esto lo podria hacer un taxista con algo de español. La recomendacion para el lugar donde comer malisima.

Just returned from a private tour of Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais & Estoril with our family and fabulous guide Bruno. We had a wonderful day. Bruno was great fun & hugely knowledgeable. He sensibly advised on in the best sites at which to spend time and allowed us plenty of free time to discover each area at our leisure. Well worth every Euro! Highly recommended! Ask for Bruno!

Went on the Sunset Fado and Tapas tour. Very enjoyable! Lots of interesting information provided about Fado and the old neighbourhoods of Lisbon. The Fado was delightful and the food was good.

Ich hatte eine Super-Tour nach Sintra und viele interessante Orte in der Umgebung. Reiseführer Christoph war sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent, sprach sehr gut Deutsch und kutschierte die bunt zusammengewürfelte Reisegruppe ausgesprochen sicher. Besser geht es nicht!

Very much enjoyed my tour to Sintra (Village and Palace de Pena), Cabo de Roca and Cascais with Caterina on a small group tour. She was very entertaining and, having a background in art history and communications, she was full of interesting facts about the places we passed along the way, as well as our intended destinations. The tour started promptly in the morning and also ended right on time. We had enough structure to learn interesting facts, but also freedom to shop and wander around. Would highly recommend this tour and Caterina to other non-Portuguese speakers and anyone interested in seeing the sights in the Lisbon area!

The "Food and Wine" walking tour was fun. The tour guide Pedro Sorio told us a little about the history of Portugal on our way, and most famous vineyards and which food and wine are very popular in this country.
