Excellent service. Used on June 2018 from Lisbon airport to Fatima for a group of 15 people. Picked us from airport to hotel at Fatima and dropped back at airport . Will recommend based on our experience.

Amazing! We booked a private minibus to accommodate our family of 9 with a private driver to take us to multiple locations across Portugal over the course of 10 days and never had any issues. We had an 18 seater minbus with ample storge and space to move around. Originally I was hesitant to book directly without an agent but Aerocoope made booking a seamless process working with our custom itinerary. Every morning we would receive an email informing us who, where and what time our driver would be ready to depart to the next destination. (Shift is typically 9am to 6pm). We had a fabulous driver (Marco Santos) who was very professional, always punctual and really friendly. He spoke English and Portuguese which was great for translation. I highly recommend Aerocoope for your traveling needs. It's the best way to get around without any stress. We didn't have to worry about parking, gas, toll routes, insurance, street maps or about enjoying a nice glass of wine. Thank you Aerocoope! For our wedding, we had ordered 2 buses to pick up guests at 2 different locations. One bus went to the wrong pick-up location, the other bus picked up the guests at the right location, but went to the wrong destination. Very unprofessional service, would not recommend to use this company

Aerocoope is A1, I sent an email requesting a quote for a bus from the airport and back to several bus companies and Aerocoope won the bid. All our communication was done by email and we still received the best service. Aerocoope picked my group up on time and returned them back to the airport with no issues. I appreciate all they have done for me and my group and their professionalism in taking very good care of our needs. I will share my experience of them with them others for their use. I organised a group visit in Lisbon this summer and we had such a wonderful experience. I hired a Mercedes Sprinter minibus from AEROCOOPE and the minibus was very species. It has a comfortable seat, freezer, announcement facility … The driver was very friendly, helpful person and very professional too. He has a very good English communication skills and that made a big difference to our tour. A special thanks to “Maria Joana” and "Mr. Castanheira” for the flexibility and support, I really appraise it. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

Trabalho nota 10! Estive com minha família em Lisboa em setembro de 2014 e contratei os serviços da Aerocoope para os transfers in e out, um passeio a Cascais e Estoril, um City Tour e um tour de compras. Não tínhamos referências da empresa mas fomos na fé. Nossa expectativa foi em muito superada. Microônibus (éramos 10 pessoas) em bom estado e limpos.
