Awful service. If there was a no star rate I would have choose that one. Avoid their service if you can ! First I booked online to do Porto Airport - Ponte de Lima. As my plane was delayed I told them and booked the following bus. When I arrive, I wait for a long time and there is NO BUS coming. As I was worried, I call them, nobody speak english or french (or so few you can't have a conversation). I find somebody in the airport to talk to them and they're being rude to the person "because she's an intermediate speaking for me" !! They're saying I wasn't at the bus stop so it went without me (which is a complete lie). Then she finally admit that the bus has been delayed and will come in 20 minutes (after hanging up on us). 45 minutes later the bus arrives and the driver creates a new price of 14 € (it was supposed to be 7€) When I ask to be reimbursed the person ask me for a Portuguese account number !! What TF or to come back to their agency. I'm a tourist and I was on transit so impossible for me to go back or have a portuguese account. Or, they "generously" offer me a voucher to book one of their bus again, after this experience WHAT A JOKE :) Of course it's not even for the 5 euros but for the principle !!
